    @santanderuk must be the worst bank to deal with online. Impossible to log on and impossible to contact anyone. False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service

    @santanderuk hi, Inhave been on the phone for 29 minutes listening to music and you have just cut me off. I am trying to sort out an account for a 95 year old man. Are you being deliberately unhelpful or is this your normal customer service?

    Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!

    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤
