If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

@santanderuk sort your **** OTP bollocks out, wasted my time trying to put the right code in multiple times only to be told it isn't the right code when I have 5 ppl stood with me telling me I've entered the exact same code. You aren't the only bank I can take my money elsewhere
