I think @santanderuk's digital banking services must be the worst of all the UK banks. Must make it so hard for their customer service teams. Needs serious overhaul.

  • MattCorbould Matt Corbould (@MattCorbould) reported

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp in this digital age I can’t believe it’s taking over a week for you to supply a simple email or letter of proof of a buy to let mortgage for me. Over a week?? Come on. This is ridiculously poor customer service.

.@santanderuk It’s been nearly a year waiting for my £130 for switching current accounts. The online chat always comes back unable to help, so I call and it always rings out. I want to arrange a callback and get my money for meeting all the terms of eligibility, DM for my number!

  • mayte10000 May (@mayte10000) reported

@santanderuk need help with one of your subsidiary who's not letting me withdraw money from my account!

@MorganBroadcast So glad to see you've been reimbursed, along with two rare things: admitting a mistake and apologising. Much work to do by @VirginActiveUK and @santanderuk to protect customers. Hopefully the noise keeps going and they and other companies start taking these issues more seriously.

  • AllyLlorente Alejandra Llorente Tascon (@AllyLlorente) reported

Trying to get hold of anyone @santanderuk is impossible. Card blocked due to suspected fraudulent transactions on my account and nobody picks up the phone. Went to the branch to be told they couldn’t help and I had to call the helpline. Absolutely useless! 😡

  • MarkBurleyUK Mark Burley (@MarkBurleyUK) reported

@santanderuk Why is it impossible to speak to anyone there - appalling customer service been on hold for hours today

  • SJ_Harris Simon Harris (@SJ_Harris) reported

@santanderuk Spent 45 minutes waiting in branch to make a money transfer because they are on hold to your own internal team!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Shocking service! Had to abandon and will have to go through the same debacle no doubt tomorrow!
