    Never good when you go to pay for your trolley full of shopping (£116 worth!) in a busy @tesco and your @santanderuk card won’t work! Mobile banking wasn’t working either 😩 thankfully I could get cash out but my word, not a good experience especially when you have anxiety!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk no access to my bank account!! What is going on? You need to give customers an inconvenience fee because you’re quick to charge if someone is overdrawn. Tried to pay a tab last night & my card was card rejected! Had to switch to my other bank!!
