    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I was on the phone for 100m to remove a block on my account. It was a regular payment. This is not acceptable. Your web chat team did not help and need more training. As a result, I will be closing my account as coupled with the batch closures, if both the internet/physical

    @santanderuk been holding on for over 40mins waiting for Santander to answer the Credit Card line for existing customers. Disgraceful service…….Still no answer

    @santanderuk What is going on? Everyones Card is Declining everywhere in shops, Nobody working in Customer Service, currently on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone, my card is suspended, absolute joke. I will definitely change banks after this, embarrassing.
