@BanklessHQ @santanderuk But until fraud rates come down, Banks will use the only tools they have like limits. Think of it like the Fed and interest rates. It's a blunt instrument but it's the only one they have

  • Scottymillar Scott Millar (@Scottymillar) reported

@DeanRobinson4 @santanderuk I think there just might be bigger issues in the world right now than, whether you can access your bank card

  • sytaylor Simon Taylor (@sytaylor) reported

@BanklessHQ @santanderuk The question is how do we help users who are being scammed. Some good things happening in wallets and CeFi exchanges. But it's not connected to Banks. That's a fixable problem

  • RentFreeLTC Litecoin  (@RentFreeLTC) reported

@scottmelker Terrible mistake @santanderuk. You don’t realise what a bad mistake this is.

  • killerofwatches Claire Ann Teresa (@killerofwatches) reported

@santanderuk the Ant and Dec adverts have made me question banking with you for some time, considering that at least one of them is a massive Tory & a drink driver, but the latest one is so god awful it may actually be the last straw. #embarassedforyou

  • suzylosep Susan Lowe (@suzylosep) reported

@Sparky07620347 @santanderuk Instead of paying huge fees to those idiots And and Dec, why don’t you use the money you paid them to help your customers who have been scammed and desperately need help? These scammers are so clever and those two are dancing around like circus clowns.

  • TheRealDanSaedi Daniel Saedi (@TheRealDanSaedi) reported

@mdudas @santanderuk Almost certainly is in the terms of service when you sign up that they can limit payments to certain entities

  • NewThinkable NewThinkable (@NewThinkable) reported

@santanderuk why are you banning payments to crypto exchanges? If it's about protecting the customer, why are you still allowing payments to gambling sites? I understand you are under threat, but you have no right to decide how people spend their money. I've closed my account.

  • Footsie31 Footsie3 (@Footsie31) reported

@santanderuk on hold now for 2 hrs. Spoke to someone briefly and put back on hold. I have now been on hold for over 6 hrs in 2.5 weeks and problem still unresolved despite your complaints department writing to me to say it was. Utterly unbelievable.

  • Peter_6_5 Peter (@Peter_6_5) reported

@santanderuk Santana UK is a SCAM! They limit payments or even stop them for no reason, if you want to send your own money to a crypto exchange. #bitcoin will fix it.
