    @santanderuk Zero. That’s the concerning thing. I have repeatedly asked your customer service team who have no even referred me on to the relevant department - one lady just said the department is called “the back office” I have 2 children under 8

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    Update day 7 @santanderuk have proved they are a joke of a bank and allowed a company @AirFranceUK @airfrance to take money out of my account for a service (flights)not provide any flights or confirmation regarding flights but because its not the banks money they are ok with it

    @PolitlcsUK Hey @bankofengland - time to lower the base rates so my @santanderuk stop ripping me off. Inflation at 2.8% but the banks are offering a 5.5% mortgage. The profiteering off working people in this country is abysmal.
