@martin_farley @santanderuk Also a @santanderuk customer, also can’t get through. Haven’t had a working debit card in months, online service doesn’t work and on the phone it’s just an hour of hold music followed by them hanging up.

@santanderuk insisting @CooperativeBank need to provide ARN numbers so they can trace/refund payment, @CooperativeBank saying they don't have access to ARN numbers and can only provide Auth Codes

@santanderuk I have a huge problem I hope you can deal with. I set up a balance transfer online with my new Santander card. It didn't accept 15 digit reference from Amex so I added a 0. The application went through. I called to reset the transfer using the correct number 1/2

arrrrgh @santanderuk you've blocked both online and mobile banking for me today and I keep getting cut off on your phone line. No access to online chat, need to pay people for my kitchen renovation. Absolutely shocking service. #worstbankever

@santanderuk are your systems down as I've sent money to my monzo which hasn't arrived. Have also sent money from monzo to santander which has been declined.
