@santanderuk So i hang up as stuck in this menu option now. Back on your useless website and decide to use online chat..... surprise surprise something else that doesnt work! Whoever is in charge of your website and phone system need replacing with people that know what they are doing!

@santanderuk Why is your website confirming customers can still withdraw cash when that is not the case. Once again you have left your customers high and dry with no access to their money.

@santanderuk Do you have a timescale for fixing this? We sell on Amazon and cannot access our Amazon account because Amazon are saying our card is invalid!
