    @santanderukhelp In my case - and doubt I’m unique in this regard - letters have either disappeared or arrived beyond 28-day deadline. Again and again. And Danish postal service is excellent. Best part was I was travelling in Far East when I first had log on problems and contacted @santanderuk

    I’m done shopping on TikTok shop. I returned stuff that went missing after I dropped it off, I lost my money. Now Evri is saying they delivered my item which went missing&it’s a £400 order, they’re telling me to talk to my neighbours and the council🥴 @santanderuk can you help?

    I’m so stressed. My bank account is blocked because @santanderuk sucks, OnlyFans website is extremely slow right now and my bank statements aren’t accessible. Just… amazing

    @santanderuk Very disappointed Santander don’t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. It’s not good enough .

    @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames I’m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I can’t access my money for “10 working days” die you bastards.
