@santanderuk ok, I've been more than patient with this. I have called more times than I can remember. I've been into the branch twice to get this resolved and after 3 weeks I still can't access online banking. I can't use cards as I need online banking to get PIN number. HELP ME

The Columbo mac ain't cutting it. T-shirt bought at a gig. Damaged. @aoarena only facilitate payment. @bsimerch won't help, know who CAN, but won't SAY who. @santanderuk won't help either. Somewhere is my money. But I don't know WHERE. The Columbo mac ain't cutting it.

@santanderuk I’ve been calling multiple times everyday this week to be put through to a mortgage advisor in order to fix my mortgage rate each time I get cut off after holding for over 2hrs!!!!!
