    @santanderuk Anyone who believes in Internet banking should not sign up with this poor excuse for a bank. On hold for 40 minutes so far. Poor, poor service.

    @santanderuk attempt number 3: 18 mins and no one even answering now. Meanwhile some scum is truing their best to steal my money and cant even block them via the app as that function is currently disabled. Extremely disappointing service!

    Can someone with a @santanderuk account help me out here- I think someone tried to fraudulently use my credit card. I was notified about this via text to stop the purchase (of esports stuff lol) but now my credit card details on mobile banking has vanished?

    @MartinSLewis @santanderuk every time I try and decrease my overdraft online it won’t work. This has been ongoing for some time so it forces me to have to call them which they know is an inconvenience. It’s like they don’t want to make it easy for the customer!

    ...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

    @santanderuk Every month I transferred money £s to my web saver account from Saudi salary account as usual. Yesterday I sent £10k and up till now it is not reflected in my account. Can someone help complete the transaction coz I need to pay my bills including mortgage, etc.
