@santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤

Terrible terrible service again today @santanderuk @santanderukhelp , lots of ‘I dont’ know, I can’t help you, its in a queue, blah blah blah, the worst service I’ve ever had from a bank in all my life. Consumer Duty clearly of no interest to you. Time to escalate now

@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.

@santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

@santanderuk any chance of someone helping me with a query as your chat is returning this message: ‘Oops, I’m experiencing some issues. We are trying to resolve it, please try again later’

@santanderuk I was expecting that response, and I get to pay for the poor service too with a monthly fee yay!

@santanderuk so disappointed that the help people can’t actually help, no calls, no support, no customer duty - this should serve as a warning to anyone thinking @bancosantander can operate a banking licence - they can’t

@santanderuk The issue is that after four hours a customer service rep has yet to join the online chat.

@HMRCgovuk @santanderuk @HMRCcustomers My Start Up $DelphineMining is about to get it's first pay cheque, problem is, it is chartered accounted by the Blockchain, what connections remain from the original idea, but the capacity is between $6000 to milti-million and tax has to be applied. All company wallets are included (4) of the company, to see outputs and input with research and development side but there will be a breakpoint of Finances input. I bled into this project to exact it, sit as a multi million pound business and a bank account is needed so. 5th September $6000 5th October $59000 ⁸ to be calculated After that the company is predesignated to mine cryptocurrency as designed via digital media not physical hardware due ⁸% risk factored in. I spent alot of time and borrowed assets to set my company up, know that decentralised finances are not theft or Nullified and they are the future, as for my two boats and many mansion's, my bank account. Advice to HMRC: Considerate of government you need a stricter policy on HMRC and benefit checks and Web 3 not just systems to monitor like an AI system over our own National insurance numbers as benefit fraud and web 3 can work together to friction the situation out so noone is trafficked to abuse in future potential. There must be a transitioning period of web 3 users web 3 companies and Government agencies because someone is actually homeless in this situation and government was poop poor maybe there is another recommendation, fix your government structure and employment reviews needed to adjust for the ⁸th probability of vanity within your own services.
