DO NOT bank with @santanderuk been waiting since 17/05/2021 for a security call back from to them declining me buying a car when I have the funds!! Also 2nd decline 19/05/2021 different payment still waiting over 24 hours!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE! TIME FOR ACC SWITCH!

@santanderuk extremely dissatisfied with your service, requested replacement debit card on 9th May! As lost ours…. Still waiting… spoken to ‘help’ desk twice who suggested we order it again! & start the process off again! Think it’s time to move mortgage etc somewhere else

@santanderuk I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday and was told to all beck today. I was waiting 90 minutes and no one replied. You have cancelled my card in error. I am in Brazil without access to my credit card

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Congrats. You’ve suspended my PoA access to my aged mum and mum in law accounts and because I could only provide details of just one transaction I fail security and need to ring again tomorrow WHEN I STILL WONT KNOW DETAILS OF TXNS.

@santanderuk Well it bloody well isn’t up and running. My daughter and 8 year old granddaughter have had no access to their account since Friday! My friend also cannot transfer money from his account! What the hell is going on?

@santanderuk My card isn't. You have cancelled it erroneously. I can't spend all my time waiting for you to answer. Please treat this urgently as I am Brazil with out access to money
