  @santanderuk Sort out your customer service & security team immediately. Husband on call now for 90 mins whilst in garage trying to pay for car & you’ve blocked his acct. He’s called back 3 times and you just put on hold. 90 mins now and still no further on. SORT YOURSELVES OUT.

  Hi @santanderuk Not a customer but I've been trying to get through to your fraud team to report a fraudulent credit card application in my name. Was on hold for half an hour and got got cut off. Not easy.

  @Bounce_BackLoan @scullyp I suppose you only really hear the bad, it's like any forum. That said mine is with @santanderuk and I've had no issues thus far. Just for balance 👍
