Wait for over 40 minutes every time to be hung up on or go through to an automated voice telling me I can’t leave a message! Absolute joke! Went in to the branch and couldn’t help either!

V (@Rawle74) reported@santanderuk unable to process international payments at weekends. At risk of missing out on a property having tried to transfer only £5k at 2pm Friday. Missed the cutoff apparently. ‘should’ process tomorrow, likely too late for us. Terrible terrible bank @santanderukhelp

James James (@Jimmybogeyman) reported@santanderuk Santander can **** right off, firstly they overcharged us by a long way for home insurance but worse was when we asked for a mortgage break due to funds during covid and were in other words told to **** right off. Thankfully I'm doing pretty good now but no thanks to Santander
