@santanderuk It could only get 'better' Your app was so bad and unreliable, no point in new features when it's down for maintenance or not logging in so frequently. We switched to Starling a month ago and never looked back.

@santanderuk my son has been waiting for his railcard for 3 weeks, still no sign of it! Great service for students, we also had to chase for a missing letter, after 2 weeks and several calls later, they gave him the ID on the phone, not a great start!

Over the last two weeks I’ve been on hold to @santanderuk for a total of 3 hrs, 30 minutes and counting. Change that ******* awful tune that you guys force on your customers!!!!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp @santanderpb What is your policy re supporting non-mobile impaired clients? A patient changed address during hospital admission. Despite knowing passwords, they were denied a new card PIN via post, thus denied access to their money! They had no food!
