    Having real problems with my sons bank account @santanderuk, asking for more ID over a month after setting it up and having several IDs provided, now locked his account. Would be nice if there was some way of speaking to them, but seems not, got to be a better option elsewhere

    Come on @santanderuk I’ve spent 30 minutes holding already, for a 6 minute call, and now 18 minutes with the phone just ringing out to the Mortgage Dept. #pandemic #covid can no longer be used as an excuse for crappy customer service @financialombuds is this acceptable?
