    @TCymreig @santanderuk Had a terrible time trying to get our money from them when our mortgage finished. 25 yrs without a missed payment & they couldn't have been less helpful. Turns out we hadn't filled in a form that they hadn't sent us. Best part of 6 months it took for them to work that one out!

    Tried to phone #Santander about a technical problem with my account. Waited ages before hanging up. Seems Ant and Dec weren't in the office today. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I wouldn't switch to bank with you for £130,000. You are a horrible company to deal with as a customer. You are STILL sending post in my name to my sister's address 10 years after I stopped having anything to do with you.
