    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @ForeverScept @santanderuk @antanddec Id check out the Martin Lewis website or download his app. There will be a deal to move to another bank and get cash back for doing it. Think my brother just moved to Nationwide for £175.

    @MartinSLewis Two emails to @santanderuk via your website contact. No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. What is my next step please? Ombudsman?

    @santanderuk I need some help. I have been rejected for a basic bank account but by law you after accept me underpayment account regulation 2015 you are designated by HM treasury and must offer a basic account I fit the criteria can somebody help me with this inquiry
