Jesus @santanderuk - 36 mins on hold so far! For a business customer. Hopeless

  • Pnegouldie Stephen Gould (@Pnegouldie) reported

@santanderuk as a customer, I feel strongly about you condoning drink driving. About the advert with Anthony Mcpartlin in. Not a good way to do business, if that was me on a drink driving charge, I would've been sacked straightaway.

@calvinrobinson Not @santanderuk . They consistently lowered all the benefits they got people to sign up with. My elderly mum was caught in a scam and santander wouldn’t refund - we are with the ombudsman now. It’s a truly awful bank. Arrogant and uncaring.

How long does an investigation last for? It’s Been 7 days and you have frozen my mobile banking?! I need to access my funds @santanderuk

Ever tried to place a formal complaint with Santander @santanderuk don't bother !! The 0800 171 2171 number is a mass if prerecorded questions to which you press 1or2or3etc, and then you are DUMPED into an anwswerphone. Again SHOCKING service from Santander.

@santanderuk Absolute rubbish, I tried to use my Santander credit card yesterday, denied as I apparently need to register a mobile phone with them. They haven't even let me know I need to! Not very good customer care!!!

  • mk_gr Marcus is still my name (@mk_gr) reported

@santanderukhelp It's now June 29th, and apart from an email saying something along the lines of "we have raised this with the specialist loan contact" I still haven't heard back from anyone regarding this issue. Is this how @santanderuk treats all its customersr?

  • chrisclifton26 Chris Clifton (@chrisclifton26) reported

@santanderuk no point applying for a Santamder loan then. Every time I try, your website crashes after entering my personal details.

  • Pushpas_Kitchen Devesh Patel (@Pushpas_Kitchen) reported

@santanderuk I have been waiting weeks for a reply to my query on my approved mortgage application. Can anyone help as I need this in order to complete?

  • JohnyMoz John Moriarty (@JohnyMoz) reported

@santanderuk's new statement area in the app is much less useful than it used to be. now slow to load and have to click through to PDFs to see any useful information (e.g. last statement balance). A definite step back!
