@santanderuk @IoCoding @TechUpWomen Instead of virtue signalling get the basics right! telephoning the service is bordering on useless. wait times in excess of 50 mins the other day and still no answer! staff giving incorrect info! local branches closed! sort it out!!!!

@santanderuk terrible service today. Second time calling today and on hold again 40 mins first time 30 mins second time and now waiting again as problem still not resolved!!
