    @santanderuk I have told the payers to use my different names for my business account (they vary slightly). I would not disclose here but could in a DM. But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!

    @santanderuk trying to call your credit card helpline but the call disconnects every single time, why is this? Terrible service!

    @NickJB1970 @AdmiralUK @santanderuk I said to the agent, it’s just greedy. You have a loyal customer whose been on your books for years. And you (the company) are choosing to make zero money and lose repeat business, instead of some money and a longstanding customer. Do you I guess but I’m not accepting that.

    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.

    @santanderuk why is it impossible to report a lost or stolen credit/debit card when you’re abroad & not using your uk mobile phone number so can’t receive code to log onto online banking?
