    So @bancosantander @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I have spent 6 hours hanging on waiting for Toni, Jim, Andrew, Steven Warnock, Caroline, Ryan and Bradley to answer the phone. All of them have promised someone would phone me back or send me an email. Bradley just cut me off. WTF

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service. Very long phone wait times and even then they either can't help or closed. Never had this problem with HSBC or Barcleys. Can't do online. No branches to visit. Can't wait to finally get through and close my account

    @santanderuk OTP misery continues. How do I speak to a human to change my phone Number? Can someone call me? I can’t log in so I can’t use online chat.

    @santanderuk have probably the worst customer service of all. 4 days and still no help and been left hanging…appalling service
