@santanderuk is there a problem with your website? I’m trying to use the website to do something and it keeps kicking me out while I’m using it on my phone. Tried using it on both Google Chrome & Safari.

@santanderuk have lost £80,000 that a business attempted to transfer to my business on Friday. For 4 days the money remains lost in the banking system. Neither Santander nor the the sending bank (Royal Bank of Scotland) can locate the money or explain the problem.

Absolute joy is when you, a deaf, need to contact @santanderuk who are super inaccessible for deaf and HoH users and whose digital help assistant keeps asking you to click "Chat With Us" - which DOES NOT EXIST on the blasted website nor on the app.

@santanderukhelp This is totally unacceptable for a company the size of @santanderuk for me a shareholder to be unable to access statements and be told to try another browser, don't use WiFi etc. The problem is with you. The link to view statements goes to FAQs. Shambolic unfit for purpose

@santanderuk Yo santander. Someone's used my card after everyone's gone home. What am I supposed to do? Your website says open 24/7 and its clearly not. So fraudsters can take note....use people's card after 6pm there's nothing anyone can do about it.
