    @santanderuk my gf has been waiting to speak to someone to report a fraud for more than 2hours now. Brilliant customer service! It’s a joke! We have been scam by a travel agent (@lastminute_com 👀) and now the bank is useless

    @santanderuk So what were the issues ? What caused it ? Was it the same as the outage in May ? Think of the embarrassment for people in shops not able to pay...it's not just about compensation for charges you know. What others banks have had 2 major outages in 6 months ?

    @santanderuk You should have put this message up on your website as soon as you were aware of the problem. It would have saved me and many others a long phone wait, and spared your call centre staff many irate customers.

    So frustrated and upset! My house purchase & chain on brink of collapse because after 6 weeks, still awaiting a response from @santanderuk on a std Mining Report. Just get excuses & no help from x4 staff. Totally ridiculous - not good enough by long shot.
