@bobsakoui @santanderuk @santanderukbiz After an initial scam, Santander Bank kept my wife on hold for 45 minutes calling their so called security line. The scam increased by £1200 before they answered the phone. 'The Bank of Pants and *****'; useless security and appalling customer service.

Santander has had my business bank account for 12 years. I called Santander four times today to request the "Bank Guarantee" service. . Benedict, a helpful Santander agent, confirmed that Santander does not offer "Bank guarantee" Help me, Santander. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp.

@santanderuk my wife's account was closed without any phone or email intimation. We are currently not in UK (and hence couldnt receive post) but she had all her savings in that account. Please sort this out for us. We cannot call on customer service as we are out of the country.

Just had one if those situations with a company (specifically @santanderuk and their mortgages) where their policy means that they’re being completely unreasonable and inflexible. Just causing a customer unnecessary additional stress.

I transferred money from one of my accounts into my ISA but the money hasn’t shown up in my ISA. @santanderuk where is my money? Your automated online service is absolutely useless. How can I speak to a human being?

@stumat @santanderuk @PostOffice Staff are not dumb. They’d loose their job quicker for disrespecting their brands decision while working there. Sadly you have to spout whatever your bosses tell you sometimes as did I in banking

@santanderuk hi all. Quick question, how do you expect working people, that work a 9/5 to find time to get to their local bank branches when they are open 9.30/3.00 everyday? Absolute joke that branches keep closing and hours reducing to save you costs at the cost of the public

@stumat @santanderuk @PostOffice Do you need counter service? I haven't done that for decades, should be able to deposit cash via the ATM, counts automatically.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp can you clarify how you identify unusual activity on customer’s accounts please? My elderly mum was scammed, we alerted you immediately, it was a Sunday. You failed to stop the transaction, refuse to refund in full & reply with standard letters. Why?
