I have just been informed by 2 separate @santanderuk @santanderukhelp employees that they are all working from home. This was in response to me saying he sounded ******, very laid-back. I’d like to speak to someone in a call centre! Closing account now. Diabolical cust services!

Excluded me from discussions and progress of an attempted fraud on my account, and closed the complaint without including me. Your n house counsel has not responded to my direct letters, so must support @santanderuk collusion in fraud

@santanderuk santanderuk account has been blocked due to supposed fraudulent activity which it wasn’t. Now locked out of app and account, unable to help in store due to no photo ID on me and hours spent on hold on the phone with a small baby at home

@santanderuk Is your institution having problems? Why are you putting bank holds on transfers , it has been over 10 days! I have been making transfers for the past 6 years and NOW you put a hold on a 2000 euro transfer? What is happening there?
