Come on @santanderuk I’ve spent 30 minutes holding already, for a 6 minute call, and now 18 minutes with the phone just ringing out to the Mortgage Dept. #pandemic #covid can no longer be used as an excuse for crappy customer service @financialombuds is this acceptable?

The fact that banks don’t transfer money on weekends shows how much more we have to do as a human civilisation. What if people’s family’s are starving and someone sent them money to help. Now they have to wait an entire day. So damn broken.. @santanderuk @BBCNews @elonmusk

Having real problems with my sons bank account @santanderuk, asking for more ID over a month after setting it up and having several IDs provided, now locked his account. Would be nice if there was some way of speaking to them, but seems not, got to be a better option elsewhere

Disgusting behaviour from @santanderuk - completely and suddenly cut my overdraft due to being on MATERNITY LEAVE - of course my circumstances have TEMPORARILY changed. Really disappointing service to a loyal customer and especially a new mum in this pandemic.
