    Appalled that I had to wait 37 mins on the phone to @santanderuk just to get the account and sort code I need to make a payment into my credit card. This information should be available on the website. I did not want to use a debit card to make the payment. Pretty poor show.

    @santanderuk Your fraud department is shocking. I have called twice to sort and twice no one to take the call after 20 mins on hold both times. Expect a call. Cannot access online either. Going to regulator without adequate response

    @santanderuk wtf is going on? 2hrs to get thru to cust servs team and still my payments are refused. My house sale completed 2day! I remember 2008 & the crash & who bailed u out

    @santanderuk why on earth when trying to "Pay existing payee" on a laptop, does your website from a normal grown up looking one, to one that looks like it's designed for 3 year olds?

    @Barclaycard Well it’s still not arrived and a visit to the bank where it happened didn’t help either, as it’s Barclaycard’s responsibility and not @santanderuk
