Well, @santanderuk, that's now two local takeout joints I can't order from online because the card payment wasn't authorised by the bank. Yet my housemate whose with a different bank has no problems. Think I might have to switch banks. This is annoying as hell.

@santanderuk I didn’t realise they had such a big problem. Having narrowly missed being scammed a few days ago it would have helped if it hadn’t taken over 16 hours to be able to report it. The Live Chat option online is useless.

@santanderuk Thankyou to Hedder (sorry I’m unsure of his name spelling). After yet another account block when MiL tried to transfer her own money to her own account (not Santander) Unacceptable had to ring 3 times in a week about this but Hedder has it sorted #thanks

@santanderuk Clearly your still having issues tried sending son at Uni rent money no good not showing in his Santander Acct. Had to ask friend to send him money from her coop Acct to his monzo Acct and pay and pay her back once Acct sorted. Utter joke at least be honest with us !!
