@santanderuk @santanderukhelp disgusting customer service from your call centre staff. I'm being blocked from my own funds. I followed your process and then they keep making me jump through hoops. Wasted an hour of my time. When I asked to make a complaint, I'm hung up on.

@santanderuk just spent an incredibly painful 30 mins on chat trying to get answer to simple question- how to set up SO to pay off cc. Seems a tricky question as I just have error my end. Why can’t it be done on the app

@santanderuk awful bereavement facilities. Mil passed in November. We were promised some savings but been passed about. Not told we needed to send certain ID, filled in paperwork and only came to light when we chased yet again. Its hard enough as it is!

@santanderuk just been turned away from Aspire lounge terminal 1 Manchester as my Lounge Key wouldn't work and they were saying it's another £20 membership. This has never happened before, very embarrassing. Select customer fed up!

@santanderuk terrible customer service yesterday and you really don't support older people. A lot of 80+ years like my Mum don't do online banking (have you seen their phones) and your staff repeatedly say go to the online banking app and then leave you with the ipad in store

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk - but was told only way Santander could help me was to send me 2 letters by standard post to my official address. However I explained no one was home as I was away travelling - made no difference, Santander only had this useless method of ‘helping’ me. I’m close to giving up.
