    @novakg11 @santanderuk I had similar experience when my account got hacked I contacted support but they couldn’t help until I was referred to Will_tech02 on Instagram. You can send them a message I'm very positive that they can help.

    @santanderuk your customer service is appalling. Over 30 minutes on hold then just cut off. Been on hold again for 34 minutes and still not through to anyone. HIRE MORE STAFF! Doesn't matter what time or day I call, always the same message: "We are very busy" no, your not, 1/

    £485.63 plus interest for the last 11 years this money has been sat in your bank account because of YOUR error!!! Just in case people wonder why I changed banks to @santanderuk this is why. In addition to getting this money via the courts system, I’ll also be contacting

    Hello @santanderuk Can you please tell me - a loyal customer of 30 yrs - why you have closed yet another branch in Milton Keynes - a thriving “city” of 300K people? Including the branch in your own UK HQ? Banked online since U shut Silbury Blvd. Just can’t do some things online
