    @santanderuk have literally blocked my current account after switching to them and are not sending me any updates despite me calling them 4 times. They can’t even give me the name of the department who handles my account. Disgraceful, criminal service. @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk your chat facility is terrible. It just send you to a messaging service and then no one replies. You would think trying to get help paying off your balance would be easy but two days later I have had no contact and the app isn’t working

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯
