@santanderuk have lost £80,000 that a business attempted to transfer to my business on Friday. For 4 days the money remains lost in the banking system. Neither Santander nor the the sending bank (Royal Bank of Scotland) can locate the money or explain the problem.

Absolutely sick of @santanderuk & their rude staff who pick and chose what policies they do and don’t want to follow, who’s staff on app actively block notifications when they’ve decided a “resolution” has been reached because they don’t want to deal with any errors they’ve made

@bancosantander Tips for @santanderuk to identify and prevent fraud - don't state that the Fraud Act definition of fraud is wrong because @santanderuk wants to support fraud and not act to prevent it
