@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Holy Christ. How dreadful. Random thought, who is your MP? Can they help with this?

@MorganBroadcast What an awful thing to happen! @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK really needs to sort out all of this..you should not be out of pocket! I hope things work out and it’s all sorted for you.

@MorganBroadcast If they were able to get into your phone and you have @santanderuk app on the phone, with facial recognition to get into the app, then they can get your PIN, as @santanderuk app offers that service

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Your mobile phone company should have been contacted and asked to cancel the SIM. Which would stop them using your phone number. They then issue a new sim. Same number. Also if you had find my phone you can lock it I'm sorry this happened to you.get on to virgin to reimburse you!

@MorganBroadcast This is disgusting! I really hope you get this resolved and @santanderuk you should be ashamed. I’ve just found out that you can access my pin details on my banking app too, this is negligent and ridiculous on their part!

  • Torque_is_Cheap David P (@Torque_is_Cheap) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK This is absolutely disgusting. I'm so sorry for your distress. But i am not surprised. It seems that everyone in UK customer facing roles just don't bother doing their job anymore. And their managers likewise. Take them to claims court.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK A long time ago, I had a business issue with a bank who then frozen all card payments I had taken until I proved that I had provided the service I had taken payment for. It wasn’t enough to provide receipts, I had to write to each customer (pre-email) and they had to sign 1/2

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Honestly, it sounds like t may have been an employee/former employee working with accomplices. I’m so sorry this happened to you, but the banks actions don’t surprise me at all.

  • Erinshirley Erin Shirley (@Erinshirley) reported

@MorganBroadcast Oh wow this is awful sorry you're going through this. @VirginActiveUK & @santanderuk should be ashamed.

  • Moneytrainers Moneytrainers - An Adviser in Recovery (@Moneytrainers) reported

@MoorgateMermaid @santanderuk @MorganBroadcast There more I read the article there more it seemed like an inside job with access to images and such. Big flaw in the systems, not helped by data protection regulations and policing that is off doing other things. I assume this was the Kent Online story from Monday?
