    @santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. They’ll just take your money and block your bank and do nothing about it for a week so if you’re thinking about opening the account for convenience, please don’t because all it’s gonna do is cause agro

    @santanderuk This is not olden time with typewriters or carrier pigeons. We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. That is quite unacceptable and my little business has lost money as well as hindering ability to access credit.

    @santanderuk @JamesHassett1 Give him access to his money imagine if your account was restricted and you had young children 😳a couple of weeks ago you restricted access to the app just because I was a victim of fraud instead of helping you punished me because I couldn’t move money from one account to the

    @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

    @santanderuk I'm sorry I've tried to do that but I keep being told it's not santanders problem . But for me it is Santander . I opened the account to get an additional payment and I haven't got it because the download didn't work .someone must be able to help
