So because @santanderuk refuse to accept that some people live outside of the UK I need to go and see them when I'm back. Luckily there's a bit of the website "designed" for this. Screen after screen of entirely useless information to fill in first but I finally did it.

@santanderuk I'm reminded to transfer money to Debit account to avoid paying interest on overdraft. How am I supposed to do this if your bank transfer is down? Am I supposed to pay for this issue?

Have been on the phone to @santanderuk for over 2 hours now 🙃 A lot of sat in silence either on hold or whilst things are ‘processing’. Exhausting on your ‘day off’ to have to spend so much of it on the phone for a problem you didn’t cause.

@santanderuk I can't transfer money and your telephone service keeps saying 'we are having technical difficulties' in an american male voice and then cuts me off. Sort it out Santander!!!
