My @santanderuk card was declined at the hairdresser’s. Very embarrassing. I rushed home to check my money was okay and ran down with another card. Plenty of money there. Apparently they were installing a new security system that left me unable to use my card

@MoneySavingExp @santanderuk Still not sorted.After 3 useless letters, 8 calls.10hrs spent.Every Customer Service Agent telling me the last Agent had given me the wrong information (6 of them in total) No call back from Complaints 2 days after registering. Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

@santanderuk terrible customer service via online chat. Question asked 3 times, promised a reply never received. In person visit was told to call. 20 minutes on the phone to an Indian call centre finally got an answer. Dreadful!

From 15th November 2022, #Santander are placing a limit on #cryptocurrency transactions. A limit of £1,000 p/transaction & a total of £3,000 in any 30 day rolling period. The reason is of course to "protect our customers " @santanderuk **** YOU & YOUR PROTECTION🖕 #Bitcoin

As a long time @santanderuk customer with both a Bank Account & Credit Card, feeling very let down by them due to a credit card issue I’ve had! With all the hardships people are dealing with at the moment, their customer service has been so unhelpful! #customerservice #Angry 😡

@Rekt57v @MartinSLewis just like to add that @santanderuk are a nightmare if you move money around as they will block it and freeze your account as they think it's fraud.

@juliemac1000 @santanderuk I’ve had issues with coutts .. who have just changed from visa to Mastercard so now I have to change everything that had the card even though it’s not due for renewal till 2025

@DeFi_RuNnEr_ @santanderuk Imagine if in 1997 BT restricted your phone service if you used the internet.... its kinda the same thing happening here, its so short sighted. Perhaps more effort should be put into educating people - but I guess that doesn't serve the banks well...
