@santanderuk it’s unfair you put a 2 month limit on the codes to claim santander student railcards and tuck the code in some arbitrary small part of the website. i couldn’t find my code for months now it is expired. i won’t be recommending you to other students unless you help me

@NickJB1970 @AdmiralUK @santanderuk Every year they quote me way above the going rate. Every year I speak to them and miraculously they bring my renewal down to *somewhat* match. This year however is a joke. He said to me “we’ve changed how we rate this year so we’ve rated you different” as if that justifies it🙄

8 weeks ago I had fraud on my Santander bank account. Still can’t believe I can’t have access to MY money. The most unhelpful bank ever. Continuously contacting them and no further forward. Last time it was 4 months. Closed one account due to this. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp

@NickJB1970 @AdmiralUK @santanderuk I said to the agent, it’s just greedy. You have a loyal customer whose been on your books for years. And you (the company) are choosing to make zero money and lose repeat business, instead of some money and a longstanding customer. Do you I guess but I’m not accepting that.
