@chocbuttons2 @santanderuk I think there's been a massive text attack from fraudsters on Santander customers. My wife eventually got through; she had texts (which showed real transactions) then phone calls both to landline and mobile. Serious **** here. Don't respond.

So @santanderuk & @financialombuds think it’s fine for card details to be fraudulently used abroad & not bother to flag to the customer because they “don’t want to disturb normal transactions”. Despite it being for a taxi in Belgium when I hadn’t left the country for two years…

@London_Cycling @santanderuk @TfL Why are you presenting the substantial price increase as a reduction? At present the £2 access charge give unlimited rides <30 mins over a 24 hour period. Now every ride <30 mins will cost £1.65. Money may be tight for TfL but its also tight for Londoners who rely on hire bikes

@santanderuk currently on holiday in Cuba and have been unable to access my online banking since last Thursday.... While my wife a NatWest customer can use their online service within 10 seconds? Currently on hold for 15mins to UK customer service @£2.50 per minute 👍🏾

@santanderuk clearly Santander like most other banks in the UK only want to exploit “customers” or rather a better phrase would be cash cows to pay for their poor service, the best description for theM is shoddy or useless
