@MorganBroadcast @CharliePhill22 Charlotte, I’m so sorry to hear this! Shocked by the lack of support @santanderuk have provided so far. Normally alarm bells start ringing with so many big transactions in little time with any bank! I hope the fraud team take action & charge back the funds from the merchants.

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Charlotte, so sorry to hear what happened to you. I joined twitter to specifically to complain about Santander. I’ve had compensation in the past due to their terrible security but had no idea its this bad. @santanderuk you need to address this urgently. Meantime, app deleted😡
