JulieClaire (@JulieCl76794509) reported@santanderuk awful bereavement facilities. Mil passed in November. We were promised some savings but been passed about. Not told we needed to send certain ID, filled in paperwork and only came to light when we chased yet again. Its hard enough as it is!

And you (the company) are choosing to make zero money and lose repeat business, instead of some money and a longstanding customer. Do you I guess but I’m not accepting that.

However I explained no one was home as I was away travelling - made no difference, Santander only had this useless method of ‘helping’ me. I’m close to giving up.

Probably worth changing that so people don’t waste time traveling to a branch just to be told nope 🥶
