Hey @santanderuk one of the main reasons we bank with you and have remained loyal has been amazing customer service & being able to speak to someone on your phone line straight away. My husband has now been on hold for 30 minutes. Any explanation for this change?

  • StephenWomack12 Stephen Womack (@StephenWomack12) reported

@santanderuk please get your act together - I’ve just wasted 45 minutes of my evening on the phone to you because I tried to transfer some money from my Santander current account through the app, to my Tide business account and was blocked access to my account and app.

  • Tom22Beale TomBeale (@Tom22Beale) reported

@santanderuk I need a bank statement outside of my usual schedule for issuing statements in order to complete purchase of a property, online chat does not recognise this problem. Can you help?

  • joaolourfonseca LorenzoFonseca (@joaolourfonseca) reported

@santanderuk why are you not letting me make payments? I can’t reach your agents and can’t even log in to online banking. Would be nice to get someone to help!

being, they are clearly harbouring clients money with no intention of returning it IMO. @santanderuk please can you sort this out and requisition the money back to my account forthwith. Please direct message me and I can provide details, as this will have to go down as a fraud

@santanderuk instead of jumping on the ukraine band wagon why dont you sort out your customer service for UK customers.. the phone line cut out as soon as I got through and started speaking after waiting 40 minutes. DISGUSTING

  • DyHardPro DyHard Productions (@DyHardPro) reported

So far it's nearly cost me 15USD and three hours of my time to just try to get through to @santanderuk via their international number, HELP ME the music is driving me insane....should of let us write it:)

  • CarlDNTA DNTA (@CarlDNTA) reported

@RevolutApp "please ask family to help you". This is beyond disgusting. So again people steer very clear of #revolut and bank with someone like @santanderuk or a regular bank, not one of these fake internet banks.
