@santanderuk The most appalling and disgraceful customer service. The wait time to speak to a human being is disgusting and when you do eventually speak to someone they are rude and then put the phone down on you!

@santanderuk can't believe how difficult you make it to open an account for my 13 year old son. All he wants is somewhere to keep his savings and it's practically impossible to get help. One of your staff insisted he needs to ring. He's 13! I'm lucky he talks to me on the phone!

@santanderuk Hi, trying to access a relatively unused account. I have all the information, however your 'send OTP' facility isn't working (App or Web) thoughts?
