    @santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

    Despite this, £40 was charged on June 15 and £50 on June 16 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderuk @santanderukhelp – please investigate and assist.

    @santanderuk @FT how they are even allowed to operate beyond me. DIABOLICAL 0 customer service, whose money are you protecting?????? Block peoples bank and just don’t check what you ask for?? SCUM
