@WoyenB @santanderuk Thanks, I get problems with payments being authorised, payments failing for stuff I’ve ordered where you pay on dispatch. It’s been a farce

  • slleigh7 Samantha Leigh (@slleigh7) reported

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp yet another epic fail! How are you supposed to speak to someone with an urgent enquiry?? 30 mins holding then cut off twice! Visit your own branch, wait 30 mins to be told, can’t help you need to phone Fraud team. It’s not fraud!

  • JMG745 JMG74 (@JMG745) reported

Anyone in recent living memory opened a savings account online and then wait 3 or 4 days for a letter with login details? It's what I'm experiencing with @santanderuk atm. Instantly created one with @Chase and Atombank. No waiting.

  • kevharrison_ Kev & Daniel’s #autism journey (& Bruce 😉) (@kevharrison_) reported

@santanderuk - I have accidentally paid money to a wrong account. Urgent. Am in America on vacation and help desk were not helpful at all and hung up phone. I cite ‘misdirected payments code’

  • theturkishdeli The Turkish Deli (@theturkishdeli) reported

@santanderuk Very unprofessional outfit. Block online access to account overnight because of one transaction, for security reasons. Wait 30 minutes in the morning for them to answer. Still have waiting to see if cleared. No alert from them, just shut down account. Totally wrong.

  • BennyButtonGuru Benny (@BennyButtonGuru) reported

@MoneySavingExp is it really taking @santanderuk 3 days to open one of their new savings accounts (even for existing customers) …. Instant access… 3 days? #Santander

  • el3ctroma Kai (@el3ctroma) reported

@santanderuk Hi, I tried to open an account with you and was asked to snail mail in physical photocopies of my identity documents. I may yet become a customer if you at some point decide to enter the 21st century, but bye for now.

  • stevedye stevedye (@stevedye) reported

@santanderuk Can you explain how you can justify a 24 hr block on moving money out of a newly opened ESAVER LIMITED EDITION account, when it's not notified in the T's & C's. No justification whatsoever. It's MY money!!

  • Jonnyhibberd Jonathan Hibberd 🇺🇦 (@Jonnyhibberd) reported

Slow hand clap for @santanderuk saying Ukrainians can open bank accounts then only accepting documents for it that you would have if you already lived in the UK... 🙄
