Appalling service from @santanderuk Wigston. told to wait for cust servs. Waited 40+mins. A lady who has literally walked in got sorted. When we advised the man of this he basically said ‘no one told me’ & to wait & carried on with lady who just walked in! #awfulservice

@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

@santanderukhelp the recipient has received 2 payments & has offered a refund. This is no thanks to @santanderuk who don't want to speak to customers & cut customers off. App actually relayed message payment couldn't go through to try again. Definitely at @santanderuk issue. The App is awful
