    @santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

    @santanderukhelp the recipient has received 2 payments & has offered a refund. This is no thanks to @santanderuk who don't want to speak to customers & cut customers off. App actually relayed message payment couldn't go through to try again. Definitely at @santanderuk issue. The App is awful
