    @santanderuk This is getting ridiculous! I have payments to school, shopping to pay for and bills to pay and this is the second day I’ve had problems with it

    @santanderuk Still NOT working ……..is there anything You can do? I am trying to be patient but ….. Along with millions of other customers, we can’t buy the Essentials or pay bills it’s extremely embarrassing and frustrating having your card declined in a busy supermarket!

    @santanderuk hello, i am trying to link a business master card to a PayPal account, and it says it the card was declined by the issuing bank, is this related to the card issue you have open?

    @santanderuk You need to get this sorted, you've changed all my cards over to MASTERCARD, guess what happens when there's an issue with Mastercard?! Had to walk out a shop earlier after already having the service, luckily they knew me.. Still need to pay them though.

    @santanderuk Thus is causing me no end of problems it’s been days now when will this be sorted? As for live chat more terrible services your robot doesn’t understand anything you ask, we can’t get through to you it’s a joke
