    @PeterMa33025602 @santanderuk Unbelievable service it would make u think to be honest! I mean maybe it's time to have some cash lying around because without it these guys have full control of us. At least in 1950 there was human interaction and someone would answer with a human response not a script! Fuming!

    @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

    @PeterMa33025602 @santanderuk We are pulling our hair out here mate imagine knowing 60 people haven't been paid and that repo agents are at the door due to lazy staff not bothering to just do their job! I have never seen anything like this! We will see what we can do is not acceptable for me or any customer!

    @santanderuk just to warn you and your customers that a scam text message is being sent out to people with a link taking you to “review-consent dot com” This has a login page on it. I just received it but have no account with you.

    @santanderuk we have spent weeks trying to get my sons money back after a scam. But we are getting messed around by various departments. The funny thing is the scam money was blocked and didn’t go through the scammers, but it’s not been returned to his account. Can you help pls?

    @bancosantander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp account hacked for 2nd time in a week…phone on hold for over 40minutes. Firstly new card does not work, now another attempted hack on my account. How is this even acceptable service. It’s Disgusting service

    @alan_gibbons @santanderuk I called the bank last week and when the automated service asked what my call was about I said “fraud” they answered me within 15 seconds. Probably because it was going to cost them money. #truestory
