I can & will make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman, but this doesn 't fix the problem of needing to use my @santanderuk bank a/c - to transfer money to my 2 savings accounts. Just been on the phone for 50 mins only to be told "someone will call me back" at some point. AGAIN.

@bobsakoui @santanderuk @santanderukbiz After an initial scam, Santander Bank kept my wife on hold for 45 minutes calling their so called security line. The scam increased by £1200 before they answered the phone. 'The Bank of Pants and *****'; useless security and appalling customer service.

I already have - 3 times in fact. Was advised to go to branch. Did this, with passport/driving license/bill.., still told to go elsewhere! STILL waiting after 40hours plus for access to my own account @santanderuk

I will absolutely be leaving @santanderuk @santanderukhelp after having been a customer since the days of Abbey National, decades ago. But what if they won't give me my money? After all, I'd need to move my money to a new bank a/c & this is similar to what I'm trying to do now
