    @santanderuk i am very upset with your customer service espicially people from call center been up and down chassing to clear my counter cheque more than 3month it seem no one know what to do can you help me please😭

    @santanderuk why is your process for fraud checking payments so bad. Sometimes at random (apparently) you block my payments, tell me nothing, don’t communicate with me and then make me sit on hold for 20 minutes to talk to you. I know security is key but this process is terrible

    @David__Osland @punyvikinglass I was scammed months ago and locked my bank account. The temp passwords sent by @santanderuk won’t get me into my online account but had to give up after waiting hours to speak to a human. I need access soon though. #NotEnoughHumans
