    @1Nicdar Banks have forgotten that they are there – first and foremost – to serve customers. Of course, what they do is make grotesque profits. I had to have dealings with @santanderuk at the start of the month and it was an awful experience. Even worse, they didn’t care how upset I was.

    @santanderuk you really need to update your app to a speedy app. It’s too slow to load the login page, and then if we navigate to the stocks

    Fun fact @santanderuk can flag a €payment in milliseconds but apparently needs a full working day to unflag it. Efficiency clearly only runs one direction when you pay for banking services

    Update day 7 @santanderuk have proved they are a joke of a bank and allowed a company @AirFranceUK @airfrance to take money out of my account for a service (flights)not provide any flights or confirmation regarding flights but because its not the banks money they are ok with it

    @SandraF74372594 @santanderuk I waited for 30 minutes then decided it was pointless. Some of their staff on X have admitted there’s an outage even though their official status page claims not.

    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.
