@santanderuk 😡😡😡 Awful service. They've blocked my account for no reason and made me spend more than 30 minutes on hold on a call without any solution. Not recommended!

@santanderuk fix your ATM machines at Tottenham High Road branch. Seriously the customer service there is already horrendous and now all 3 ATM are down. What kind of service is this amkkkkkk

@AdrianBethune @santanderuk We also had a similar issue on our mortgage with @Santanderuk and ended up with Halifax. The trouble these days is that so much of banking is run of algorithms rather than human input - fine most of the time but doesn't allow for any common sense or perspective.

@WarphobblerKaz @santanderukhelp @santanderuk That's just awful xx I know Santander arse about a fair bit, OH banks with them ... but you'd think they'd get it together better than this.
