    @santanderuk you need to sort your app out not working been trying for an hour even tried on another handset on my mums Wi-Fi - not working. Sort it out all the time recently and starting to grind my nerves - Iโ€™ll be switching if this continues

    @santanderuk horrendous problems with your online service at the moment. Trying to transfer money from savings accounts to pay bills and it's not working. I better not be charged for this.

    . @santanderuk canโ€™t log into my online banking & canโ€™t book my Tesco food shop because of issues contacting the bank. Sort it out!
