  Has anyone else had issues opening a business bank account with @santanderuk. I an existing customer and I was told they are recruiting staff and will get back to me when this occurs. Yet @Tidebank offer to do it online in minites. #customerservice

  @santanderuk it’s really irritating in this day and age I have to travel to a bank to pay a cheque. It wasn’t annoying, of course, but then you closed down the 3 nearest branches to me!!!! Is it time to either A. Stop closing branches or B. Use mobile cheque deposit on your apps?

  My card runs out at the end of this month and @santanderuk just keep telling me ‘it’s delayed’ 🙃🙃 Okay but it stops working in 3 weeks 🙄
