Revolut Card has been frozen for 48 hours, have dealt with multiple Chat helpers on the App, still can’t access. @RevolutApp this is ridiculous. I got a new debit card from @santanderuk which seems to have confused them. I’ll go back to keeping money under the bed @MartinSLewis?

@santanderuk not impressed with your CustomerService on complaints. Day one as a customer and I can’t even access my online account and all I get is a sorry we will post your details out. Don’t think I will be staying long if this is anything to go by.

I can't decide who is a more terrible customer service department to call @bt_uk or @santanderuk even worse if you want to waste an hour on chat bot to them!💩😭
