    @santanderuk must be the worst bank to deal with online. Impossible to log on and impossible to contact anyone. False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service

    @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

    Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!

    @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.
