Do you have a @HSBC_UK business account? We bank with @santanderuk with most of our services purchased online via card, but since recent changes to the way card payments are handled (due to regulations) we've had no end of issues. Is it the same with HSBC?

@santanderuk i have been on hold for a total of 65 minutes now. Plus time wasted on your useless online chat. How long do I wait and why is there no call back option. Dreadful customer service.

@santanderuk online and mobile banking completely unfit for purpose. Blocked account twice for no good reason so can’t use my account and local branch has closed. On hold to support for 1hr 30mins and not sorted.
