    @santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp how can my bank accounts just disappear on the app and website like that? I was told it wasnt set up which msked no because It was perfectly fine this morning and now suddenly nothing works I can’t access my bank accounts anymore
