    @santanderuk trying to open an account for my 15 year old , the list for proof of address is impossible , e.g driving licence etc , how else can you submit application

    @santanderuk mobile banking wasn’t working. Finally got on this morning. Made a transfer into it from another account but it’s not there?!!!!

    A job at @santanderuk i want. They must only work days regular because every day guaranteed if you go on the app its down for maintenance every evening and every night. #Santander

    @santanderuk amazing still no reply to my concerns. Perhaps if you employed more competent ppl you would be able to cope without being so hopefully at customer services
