@AskPayPal (support) say as they can't take money from me I'll have a negative a/c with them. @santanderuk, Theresa and Phil in particular, have been AMAZINGLY helpful and are ready to do battle if needed. Be warned - just because it's @PayPal doesn't mean it's safe. 3/3

Strange. @santanderuk app and website keeps reloading password entry screen on both apple iPad and iPhone. Can’t pay my bill. This has been for over a month now.

@santanderuk RIDICULOUS. Im currently traveling Asia and can’t access any money in my ISA. You claim to be ‘accessible’ and for everyone but this is not the case. Your help pages keep telling me to ‘call up’ or ‘visit a local branch’ which is impossible. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp what has my credit card got to do with my current account/savings and other accounts which I have been using with no problem for over a year? Customer service just said wait we don’t know how long but you are going to have to wait? Bills need paying!
