  @santanderuk Sort out your customer service & security team immediately. Husband on call now for 90 mins whilst in garage trying to pay for car & you’ve blocked his acct. He’s called back 3 times and you just put on hold. 90 mins now and still no further on. SORT YOURSELVES OUT.

  @KieranMaguire @santanderuk Given up with them on the phone, I can only assume they're down to 1 person working from home in Stafford,the chat feature works better on the app. But Friday had to actually go in the branch In Macclesfield, who are always brilliant. I

  @santanderuk How does an existing customer get an ongoing issue with a car finance resolved when you just get told ah we'll get 'xxx' to call you back . 15 weeks still no resolution, ready to take this to press and get solicitor involved. Awful service

  @KieranMaguire @santanderuk They are proper ****. Ringing any UK company (I know Santander is technically a Spanish firm but you ring a UK call centre) is so painful these days but Santander manage to take the crown.
