@santanderuk just called Santander, on hold for 38 minutes, then after the annoying repetitive music it goes to a ringing sound and no one answers.....very, very poor service. Im glad my bank is First Direct whose customer service is excellent. Santander needs to try a lot harder

Has anyone had money disappear from their @santanderuk account since they had this whole MasterCard problem? I noticed money is missing today called them up and they said they can’t see what’s happened and I think it’s safe to say it’s time to move on to another bank.

@santanderuk Boilerplate repetition of the same ambiguous message is not useful. Why is a major bank experiencing such issues with a fundamental aspect of their business for DAYS? It's highly concerning.

@santanderuk Any further update on this? Last update on here was 27 hours ago but the app says still experiencing issues. I am chasing missing debits and credits and no idea if it's not been sent or if its still your problem causing issues???
