@santanderuk please get your act together - I’ve just wasted 45 minutes of my evening on the phone to you because I tried to transfer some money from my Santander current account through the app, to my Tide business account and was blocked access to my account and app.

@santanderuk I had a current account with you last year and I left to go to first direct. If I transferred back to yourselves, would I qualify for the incentive and is there a timescale on being a previous customer where I wouldn’t be entitled to the incentive?

being, they are clearly harbouring clients money with no intention of returning it IMO. @santanderuk please can you sort this out and requisition the money back to my account forthwith. Please direct message me and I can provide details, as this will have to go down as a fraud

Disgusted that Santander would not take responsibility when they lose a deposit of cheques. They definitely do not support small businesses like they say they do. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp

Currently on hold for a total of 50 mins so far trying to speak to a person at @santanderuk as someone has attempted to change my login, amd locked my account. Absolute customer service shambles
