    @santanderuk I have told the payers to use my different names for my business account (they vary slightly). I would not disclose here but could in a DM. But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!

    @santanderuk Still awaiting meaningful contact or resolution from Santander regarding my fraud case after 13 calls in one week and repeated requests for vulnerable customer support while stranded in Hungary without access to funds. Despite being told somebody would contact me.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
