@santanderuk nice offer. but how long before you go bankrupt or completely shut down since you have shut all the branches on the fylde coast and your machines have disappeared

  • jyaems Jyaems 🍥 (@jyaems) reported

@santanderuk Closed my Santander investment hub account years ago and still get emails about it so clearly the account wasn't closed properly... after I had already gone through multiple complaints for various problems.

@SWAINY72 @santanderuk No banks offer loyalty bonuses mate, only sign ups. There's no benefit for existing customers to leave their current banks usually unless they're awful, hence why banks offer sign up bonuses

@santanderuk I've really enjoyed reading the comments and seeing Santander getting slaughtered, but the novelty had worn off now so I'm going to block you, bank. Buh bye

@santanderuk I have a business bank account and it really does need to catch up on the tech. App doesn’t allow face recognition, you can’t change references when making a payment from it. Really slow

  • UnbearablesVAR Tomcat (@UnbearablesVAR) reported

@santanderuk Santander 123 has been ok for me for years, Only problem is, having your customer service staff working from home is awful, long wait times, staff blaming their slow computer, poor sound quality etc. Get this sorted and you’ll be ok again.

  • IanJFincher Ian J. Fincher (@IanJFincher) reported

@santanderuk Can't stand Ant and Dec, so why waste my money with you when you pay those two ridiculous fees for **** advertising.

  • Geddyboy100 Ged Maher (@Geddyboy100) reported

@santanderuk I’ve tried once again tonight to open a joint current account on line . It takes me to the very end of the process and then I get an error message .. been trying for 3 weeks

@santanderuk I can’t get the time of day from you people at the moment. Absolute shambles. Too long to list here but atrocious service and complete lack of accountability. Stay away!

  • Jacki_Jam Jacki Jam (@Jacki_Jam) reported

@santanderuk If you spent some money on actual staff, opened branches and improved customer service instead of paying those two stupid tw*ts on TV to front your marketing maybe you wouldn't need to bribe people to open an account
