    @santanderuk Let's be honest, my experience with Santander went exactly as expected. Your app is shocking. Your website is shocking. Your telephone service is shocking.

    @santanderuk you really need to update your app to a speedy app. Itโ€™s too slow to load the login page, and then if we navigate to the stocks

    Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didnโ€™t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!

    @santanderuk Also told I canโ€™t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    Why is it so difficult to get past automated bank systems? I want to make a payment which is outside the parameters of the app, but getting out of the doom loop of โ€œdid you know you can do this on the appโ€ is almost impossible. Thanks (not) @santanderuk .

    @santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me ๐Ÿคฌ

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere ๐Ÿ˜ค
