I mean maybe it's time to have some cash lying around because without it these guys have full control of us. At least in 1950 there was human interaction and someone would answer with a human response not a script! Fuming!

KJ Villa (@KJVilla88) reported@santanderuk You seem to have some of the worst customer service out there. Impossible to get through on the phone - I’ve had several 30+ min waits and still not been able to speak to someone. And the chat bot is terrible with no real advisers. Just awful.
