Who can help me.? I'm starting work for a Switzerland based company whi have GB VAT AND GB Company registration numbers. They want to open a business account with a GB bank.@NatWestBusiness, @santanderuk have said no, and @HSBCUKBusiness don't answer their F****g phones...ever.

A few years ago I moved to @santanderuk, as they actually had a branch in #Darwen. That branch closed on 12th August. Since then online banking has been down on the 2oth and again today. I presume that the 72% of customers from your former Darwen branch who go online are unhappy.

@MartinSLewis @santanderuk every time I try and decrease my overdraft online it won’t work. This has been ongoing for some time so it forces me to have to call them which they know is an inconvenience. It’s like they don’t want to make it easy for the customer!

Urrgghh 59 minutes on the phone to @santanderuk who are unable to send out an expenses PDF either via post or email, or have a copy to read online. It would appear I am FORCED to complete online Useless, a high % of the clients I manage would find that impossible

@santanderuk I'm trying to open an account for my 15 Yr old but she doesn't have a driving license, council bill, credit card statement etc just a passport that expired 2 weeks ago. Help

@santanderuk I do like to be helpful, but is it relevant to send me a customer experience survey when I've just popped into the branch to use the ATM if the outside one is in use? No problem with doing a survey when I have interacted with the staff.

@santanderuk I closed my student account with you end Jul21. Subsequent 3 x National Lottery wins have been notified to me, with payments sent to you I understand. 11Aug 8.10, 14Aug 12.90, 18Aug 3.20. I have spoken to National Lottery. These payments haven't been returned. Help!

...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..
