Tim B. (@The_Swell_Shark) reported@santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍

Alan (@metalheed) reported@santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account
-
Karen (@Pinkribbonmark2) reportedGet these robots off the line and replace with people who can answer the call and actually help you @santanderuk 🤬🤬🤬

William Poel (@wpoel) reported@claudelittner @santanderuk @cahoot Claude: I just got told in an email from Cahoot "Important Information - 25/05/2026 Dear MR ......... You may need to take action Please log on to your Online Banking as soon as possible. You have an important new document to read....." I haven't had contact with Cahoot for ~20 years and the task of exhuming old contact info (or anything else) is going to be vast. And if I do, 99% it will be spam or an offer to sell me something - not news of an error in my favour for £50k. Banks sending out these types of messages create a lot of hassle - and there needs to be a way of getting a fast track summary to determine if it is worth the effort.

Lee Bee 💙💙💙 (@LeeBee39) reported@santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?
-
Daffa Daffer (@Daffa_Daffer) reported@santanderuk 45 minutes wait - so far - on your fraud line. Employ some staff will you. This is an abysmal level of 'service'.
-
Admiral Insurance? Pirates More Like (@zacbusner) reported@santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

Kevin Baker (@KevinBa07776436) reported@gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation
