James Hassett (@JamesHassett1) reportedPlease don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

Donna Webster (@donnataylor7) reported@santanderuk tell me? What is the point of having a branch with no counter service with a fancy pants refurbishment and having to send costumers to already overstretched @PostOffice to do basic banking!
-
Diablo (@ARRelectech) reported@UltraDane @santanderuk and all other banks who do this - you are a joke and should be fined millions. Its HIS money, **** all to do with you. I'd find a bank that does let you do what you want with your own money and ditch these parasites - even for worse benefits

Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk But by blocking my account I am affected. If you had just restricted her access, no problems. You have prevented me from accessing my wages without ever letting me know anything that’s going on. You’ve essentially stolen from me. I have to wait until she finishes work.

Joanna wight (@DieselbaxiWight) reported@santanderuk holding for ages. Trying to do payment. Terrible service. Can anyone help please
-
James Hassett (@JamesHassett1) reported@santanderuk Yes I understand that but I’ve spoken with 3 different teams and none of them could help or would transfer me to someone who could help.

Erwin Kooijman (@CancelEverythin) reported@Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.

Mick Holds the Line (@Mickandhismusic) reported@santanderuk hello . Why have you stopped giving business account alerts when large credits are made to accounts? Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!
-
Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That you’d prevent my DD’a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

JanKrynicky (@JanKrynicky) reported@santanderuk How about a scumtracker? A bank that refuses its customer to withdraw money for a bike deserves to be marked as scum.
