    @santanderuk I have opened an account but never received any account information or card. I am trying to get online but obviously sir have any details. When i go to make a complaint even that’s next to impossible. Terrible customer experience.

    @santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

    @santanderuk Hi. I'm trying to pay off a bill, and I'm not receiving the OTP. I've tried everything you've suggested, and still nothing, but I can receive other texts etc absolutely fine, please can you look into this problem? It's not the first time this issue has occurred.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………
