@santanderuk can’t access banking app to pay my bills. Can’t access the online bank on my laptop cause I need to authenticate on the app! When will this be fixed?

@santanderuk mobile banking on app down but says can log in online but when you try it needs you to go on app the authorise the log in. So actually both are down or out of use. Comical.

So can’t get on the @santanderuk mobile banking app because it’s down. Try the online banking and you need to authenticate your login through the mobile app..🤦🏼

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Mobile Banking app (iOS) no longer working: unable to log in. Keep getting error saying "try again later". Having your official app not working, doesn't really help and exposes your customers to fraud.
