Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil

julie (@juliebalfo) reported@santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they canโt print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!
