    @santanderuk Santanderuk blocked my credit card & harassed me with phone calls & letters because I was £5 overdue. Yes I did forget because I was on jury service for 2 weeks. Shame on you. Such a nasty company.

    @StuMan21953001 @santanderuk Totally agree. It sucks. I can't even go to a branch because they close at 3pm. You would think it was still 1950. Appalling service

    Well thanks @santanderukhelp @santanderuk another 40 minutes holding. When I got to number one in the queue no answer for 15 minutes. No other way to contact you. Very frustrated and upset as need help immediately. In USA so can’t get to a branch 😡

    @abbdesmond @santanderuk Try a broker. We go no where going direct to Santander but a broker had it all sorted ASAP. No joke. Banks are awful at a customer service

    @PeterMa33025602 @santanderuk Unbelievable service it would make u think to be honest! I mean maybe it's time to have some cash lying around because without it these guys have full control of us. At least in 1950 there was human interaction and someone would answer with a human response not a script! Fuming!

    @santanderuk You seem to have some of the worst customer service out there. Impossible to get through on the phone - I’ve had several 30+ min waits and still not been able to speak to someone. And the chat bot is terrible with no real advisers. Just awful.

    @santanderuk been on hold twice for over an hour each time and have been disconnected! Over 24 hours with no access to my money!!!!!
