Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.

No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs
