  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk the worst banking service ever My card is damaged and ordered a new one, it’s been more then 24 hours and still I cannot access a new card for online transaction. Moreover, no proper response on the help centre as well.

  @santanderuk #fraud #phishing Had a call today from a freephone number ... main Customer Service number: 0800 3281328. Clearly spoofed. Debit card had been cloned and tried to defraud me. Red flag: THEY told me some details, instead of asking ME for security info. Beware !

  I was told yesterday that it takes upto three working days for someone to get back to you from @santanderuk regards a complaint on my account caused by a member of staff making a mistake. What great service
