    Debit card stopped working, told it was faulty (wouldn’t stop it being used online but still) Ordered new one, still can’t use contactless. Went to the branch to get help, was told no one could help as I didn’t have an appointment @santanderuk you can go & suck my salty lolly!

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    @WoyenB @santanderuk Thanks, I get problems with payments being authorised, payments failing for stuff I’ve ordered where you pay on dispatch. It’s been a farce

    Dear @santanderuk thats twice in two months you've blocked access to my accounts. Already waiting in fraud q ten minutes. Get the compensation chequebook out again. It will cost £200 this time.

    @santanderuk Can you explain how you can justify a 24 hr block on moving money out of a newly opened ESAVER LIMITED EDITION account, when it's not notified in the T's & C's. No justification whatsoever. It's MY money!!

    @WoyenB @santanderuk I’ve tried that too, putting the pin in which works but still no contactless. I can’t use contactless on the bus and no option to put a pin in. Their customer service said “oh it should just work, have you tried doing it correctly”
