    @santanderuk Omg absolutely appalling service. Having been on the phone for almost 2 hrs I was told I was hostile. Absolutely not! I was frustrated by your appalling service. I've now been told I need to call back on Monday. Santander won't call me! Just how much time do I have to waste?

    Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

    @santanderuk I need some help. I have been rejected for a basic bank account but by law you after accept me underpayment account regulation 2015 you are designated by HM treasury and must offer a basic account I fit the criteria can somebody help me with this inquiry

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?
