  @santanderuk I'm getting seriously stressed out with this. To wait 45 mins in a call that has been rinsing me only to not be able to log in is a joke. I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

  Under FCA’s Consumer Duty @santanderuk UK has a duty to avoid causing foreseeable harm and provide timely support. +4 hours locked out of a fee-paying account over a small euro payment, with zero communication, fails both tests. Formal complaint logged. @financialombuds @WhichUK

  @santanderuk what the hell is happening with Cahoot? Just opened an account and it has opened 19 accounts and still going? Had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to close the first 9 down but have now given up. Very stressful and concerned about a scam
