    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

    @SandraF74372594 @santanderuk I waited for 30 minutes then decided it was pointless. Some of their staff on X have admitted there’s an outage even though their official status page claims not.

    @HWarlow @santanderuk I`ve heard in the past that Santander is totally RUBBISH (And that`s the polite version) when it comes to dealing with the estates of the dead which really doesn`t help the bereaved
