The Beer Critic (@beercriticdude) reported@santanderuk why do you call someone leave them on hold for 40 mins and then cut them off. Then ask to be called yourself and then fail to answer the phone kept on hold! Apparently it’s the fraud line as well - been over an hour now - shocking service!
