    @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Im trying to set up my online account for new credit card. For some reason your system has automatically assigned outdated email and mobile contacts to this new account. I want to chat online to sort this out but your AI won't let me! Please help

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

    @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

    @santanderuk complete waste of time. Went to a banking hub to submit form not available online. queue of 6,then couldn't photocopy anything so need to go to main branch. WTF!! Which is it? make it available online or keep your branches
