@santanderuk Why can’t I pay my credit card online? It is incredibly frustrating. Four months running your site is rejecting online payments and your customer agents haven’t a clue why!! Please don’t suggest I call.

Banking giant @santanderuk confirms existing eSaver Lim. Ed (issue 1) savers now get 3.25% AER / 3.2% gross, up from 2.75% AER / 2.72% gross first offered at launch in Oct '22. The increase will apply automatically

@santanderuk I left @HSBC_UK because they would not let me have more than £500 of MY money from 1 of their branches, @santanderuk thank you for the friendly service your team gave today, I withdrew money with no (reasonable) limit & no one interrogated me about what it was for!

@StuartJones7 @santanderuk Coutts customer service very good but also very expensive you’ll need to invest to get an account with them tho but I just got my house through them to do that or you can switch

@santanderuk as an authenticated user in my online banking, I changed a standing order which was from one Santander account to another. You then blocked my access due to fraud detection. This was a week ago. 3 calls to head office and am told the fraud team will contact me. !
