Shoddy service from #SantanderUK who cancelled a meeting at the last minute and will not reimburse the cost of the ticket I bought to get there.

  • JOHara75017 John O'Hara (@JOHara75017) reported

@santanderuk Can’t Santander get its act together on onboarding students? My daughter had a heck of a job to register online, has been waiting over a week for a temporary username and when she calls the number on the website it is manned by a chatbot and she can’t get anywhere!

  • _mayy_h _mayy_h (@_mayy_h) reported

@santanderuk not impressed with your CustomerService on complaints. Day one as a customer and I can’t even access my online account and all I get is a sorry we will post your details out. Don’t think I will be staying long if this is anything to go by.

@drs1969 Customer service, like bug fixing, is somehow unimportant once they've got your money. E.g. @santanderuk having a known bug on their account switching service for several months

  • neilwinton1 Neil Winton (@neilwinton1) reported

@santanderuk hard to imagine a more crass use of your money by thinking an add starring #antanddec would help attract customers. You must have contempt for us.

  • LizDallimore Lizzie D (@LizDallimore) reported

@santanderuk You have the worst Customer Care I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Do you bully all your customers into having to make a withdrawal or a shop purchase in order to qualify for a bank card? Absolutely dreadful new mandatory regime! Shame on you!

  • KerryRichy Kerry Richardson (@KerryRichy) reported

@santanderuk how bloody hard is it to get through to someone who can help. Also what is the point In the chat on the app when it just says “contact us” never known anything like it

  • JinnyJinny Jeanette (@JinnyJinny) reported

@santanderuk why do you issue a debit card for a newly opened student account with an expiry date of 14 months time? Most Uni students enrol on a course for at least 3 years?
