    @santanderuk are such a joke!!! 😡 Same problem for 2 weeks Same failed " we've fixed it now it's all working " for 2 weeks More inconvenience and terrible / rude customer service for 2 weeks 😡 With no sign of anything improving or being put right! 😡

    @santanderuk disappointed with your banking system opened my account 2 times got closed on ots own both times and either nobody in the staff has an idea about what is the problem or they are just not bothered to help out. Disappointed stressed out .

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I still cannot access my account. you have just sent my husbands death certificate back to him. Addressed to him. You sent it to my old address. Is this acceptable? Good customer service?

    Why is @santanderuk's customer service designed by people who hate customers? Loads of excuses inferring Covid's the reason their service is crap problem without saying it explicitly. 4 mins of preamble drivel to get in a long queue to talk to someone. Crap crap crap.
