    @santanderuk cust serv reps need to stop foobing ppl off and check their emails before logging in and 'advising' ppl. Would be even better if they did not end a call mid way. You didn't have the courtesy 2 advise ur customers of the issue in order that they can use other a/c's

    If anyone banks with @santanderuk they’re having issues with faster payments at the moment so hold off until they sort it. I’ve got two faster payments currently in the ether until they sort it which is annoying ‘cause I don’t have money in my other accounts. 😓

    @santanderuk - is there a problem with the FP system? I am trying to transfer to my account with Santander from a BOS account and it won’t go. BOS are saying it is your issue.

    @santanderuk I transferred money from my Santander to my Halifax account an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived! I need this money urgently, can you please tell me if their is an issue?

    Reaching the 45 min mark waiting to speak with someone at @santanderuk #santanderbank in the meantime my in-payments are still not being reflected in my account. Such a poor service!! #bankservices
