When your mortgage documents were late by a week because of MHealth problems, and @santanderuk knock you back on the offer , so now we’re having to sell and it’s caused us to fall out, beyond heartbroken and Empty 😫 so stressful feel so Poorly

@santanderuk Found a card in the street. Tried to let Santander know to inform customer... Impossible to get through the automated system... And they scan your phone number for your personal acc.. Not even related. Banking made difficult.

@santanderuk OMG the loan digital journal is awful - 1st stage is perfect & so easy to complete but the releasing of the funds goes back to snail mail post & technical glitches its a nightmare. 12 days later and still trying to resolve it - terrible journey

@Miffy45 @santanderuk Its horrendous especially for Business customers, machine was out of service and the ladies at the counter refused to deposit my cheque as all business banking is to be done at machine only, stupidest thing ever.

@santanderuk Why does the "Add, remove or rename an account" feature of your online banking not actually let me add an existing account? I have current accounts and a mortgage with you, and only the current accounts are listed. It's impossible to find or add my mortgage.
