@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@WoyenB @santanderuk I’ve tried that too, putting the pin in which works but still no contactless. I can’t use contactless on the bus and no option to put a pin in. Their customer service said “oh it should just work, have you tried doing it correctly”

Anyone in recent living memory opened a savings account online and then wait 3 or 4 days for a letter with login details? It's what I'm experiencing with @santanderuk atm. Instantly created one with @Chase and Atombank. No waiting.

@santanderuk Happy days - today I went to local branch to open new account and wanting help - no appointment available till 2023 - then phoned to change bank telephone contact - took 90 mins, two calls to different departments and an awful lot of waiting .. & Muzak - progress?

@santanderuk What a useless organisation. Trying to open an esaver online, constant error message. Ring for a branch appointment, cant do that I need to go to branch to get a profile, whatever that is and then go back for the appointment. Rubbish customer service
