    How do I speak to someone at @santanderuk ? I’ve lost my bank details and can’t access my account. When I call, it says I need my details to speak to anyone. I cant go into a branch because they’re shut by the time I finish work

    Hi @Airbnb_uk something up with you payment process with @santanderuk and/or @MastercardUK I get the payment verification in my Santander app but by that time your website has already said the payment has failed without showing the standard pop up. Worked fine with Visa CC.

    @santanderuk Locked out of my account trying to move money to another of my accounts. Apparently that is suspicious. Maybe don't allow the transaction, but block account? I need to do other banking tasks. Suggestions please.

    @OctopusEnergy You have no problem taking a monthly direct debit from @santanderuk but have security concerns about putting it back? Given these security concerns, should I cancel my direct debut to be extra safe?
