@santanderuk would you like to explain why it's so difficult to register my mum's death with you? I'm being sent from pillar to post for an account which has very little in it. In contrast @CoventryBS and @Nationwide were extremely welcoming and bent over backwards to help

@santanderuk your support team and all in all service has been absolutely dreadful in helping me cash an international cheque. No updates and when I call no one seems to have a clue what is going on. Please can you provide me with better service. Issues been ongoing for 2 months

God the amount of condescending talking down to we got at Santander bank Scarborough is bloody unacceptable, especially from someone who wasn't solving our issue. I expect more professional attitudes @santanderuk , this is not good enough.

Hey @santanderuk how about you inform customers when you block their accounts so they know what’s happening? I’ve spent over an hour on the phone trying to get through for my blocked online banking and I’m clueless as to why you’ve blocked it! Still haven’t got through either
