    @santanderuk Sort out your customer service & security team immediately. Husband on call now for 90 mins whilst in garage trying to pay for car & you’ve blocked his acct. He’s called back 3 times and you just put on hold. 90 mins now and still no further on. SORT YOURSELVES OUT.

    @santanderuk Still an issue using a mobile phone. Used laptop to make payments only to have my account blocked. It would be good if you could let your customers know there's an issue before trying to make a payment, your colleagues in Anti Fraud are aware of it, so why not your customers?

    @santanderuk Hey santander Sorry for bothering you but myself and my wife have been on your fraud Line for over an hour each on because my wife's account has been compromised Just the 2 hours between us. They are still trying to take money Fix this!!!!!

    @ScotNational Very poor behaviour from @santanderuk . If mortgages were making a loss, it might be understandable, but to do this to your staff for no good reason other than lining the pockets of those who don't need help at the expense of your employees....
