  @santanderuk I need some help on an issue…I closed my account with you in June 2025 which was all finished as I live in Indonesia. However I have just had a refund for a UK purchase actioned and they have refunded to the original card…now closed? What now?

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Modern banking somehow manages to make you feel both over monitored and completely unsupported at the same time. Blocking important payments while removing basic human service is the exact kind of thing that drives people mad. @hnjsamuels
