    @santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

    @santanderuk after 2 weeks in Thailand you have decided without warning to block me from my funds leaving me with no way to contact you, no way to pay for a hotel and no way to get off the island I am currently on. This leaves me in a bad situation. unblock my card immediately!

    Is anyone else having trouble with @Tesco accepting @santanderuk payments? A couple of times contactless refused, but worked on chipnpin. Now an online order delivery not turned up because @Tesco claim the bank have declined the card....but its working everywhere else!

    Oh dear @santanderuk , I’ve always said I’m happy with your service when many others moaned but not today. You clearly don’t want to help me by phone as wait time crazy and your robot on chat doesn’t understand my question. All I need is to get my new card!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Called 3 times now and been on hold 35 mins and cut off, No human webchat or email contact. Why is it so impossible to get help with being able to use my bank card. @antanddec don’t mention that in the adverts 🤬😤

    Hey @santanderuk I've raised a refund request with @pizzahutdeliver as advised over the phone earlier Apparently I need to try to resolve unauthorized payments with them before you can help? But @pizzahutdeliver are arguing that this isn't true?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've been held hostage by one letter. No one will help, now I have to waste my time and money coming into a branch when I can, to sort it out because I'm now paranoid Incase someone has asked for a loan or opened an account in my name.

    Closed my @santanderuk savings ac and my Zero cc (had it for 11 yrs). Cahoot card next (which I've had for even longer) then kids current ac's. 20 years a customer and it all changed on one call which was recorded for training and quality purposes #irony #poorcustomerservice
