    @santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍
