    @santanderuk switch has been a shamble. All my money is in this new account which I cannot access because I’ve not been given a card yet and I can’t access online banking. Your live chat is just robots who aren’t helping and I’ve been in a queue on the phone for a very long time

    @santanderuk Woeful service. Trying to report lost card since before 8pm this evening. On hold for 2h 45m and counting. Can’t use app as phone was lost also. online banking via chat bot - useless. Now have to go to bed uncertain about account security. Pitiful.

    My call to @santanderuk appeared to be answered after 57 minutes delay. The number rang several times and then it went dead. I kept shouting "hello" down the line to no avail. The result is that I have wasted an hour for nothing.

    @Zeus48508646 @santanderuk My account got hacked recently, support wasn't able to do any thing about it until my friend recommended this tech. Specialist @Ricyrek6905 on Twitter that help to reactivate my account. Try him he will help you. 👍💯

    What an absolute disaster you are @santanderuk . Nobody has the time to wait for your vastly understaffed call centres. Stop using "these difficult times" as your excuse for lack of service.
