    @santanderuk @TSB I certainly won't be banking with Santander. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an absolutely appalling experience with your organisation when my late wife died. Your CEO comes across as hopelessly out of touch!

    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments can’t get medication, cause this company can’t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    @kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?
