I’m writing this in the hope that @HalifaxBank take a look at how they deal with the affairs of deceased customers. A few weeks ago I lost my Dad, quite suddenly. A bloomin amazing man who we all adored. He was a customer of @santanderuk and Halifax.

I have just wasted 15-20 minutes of my precious time trying to pay of @santanderuk credit card bill. What a waste, I still haven't manage to pay it. The online banking portal is terrible, I can't take it anymore.

Why is it too difficult for @santanderuk to cancel a loan application? Pull people in with offers from 2.9% on Money Supermarket but the reality was 14.25%. Are you surprised people turn it down. Then you won’t cancel but leave it to expire whilst sitting on a credit file.
