    @santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

    Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!

    @ForeverScept @santanderuk @antanddec Id check out the Martin Lewis website or download his app. There will be a deal to move to another bank and get cash back for doing it. Think my brother just moved to Nationwide for £175.

    @mturner1961 @santanderuk My 94 year old grandmother got the exact same thing. She no longer had a driving licence or passport so ultimately had to switch because Santander had restricted access. And she had the account for years and never had she been asked for this.

    @santanderuk Put the phone down. 1hr plus wait isn’t acceptable. No problem plenty of other banks.

    @santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you
