    OMG… is there is a worse bank for business than @santanderuk? Appreciate, it takes FIVE WORKING DAYS to update their systems. Banking like it’s 1999?

  • criquaer Colin-Roy Hunter (@criquaer) reported

    Third attempt at obtaining a replacement: #DebitCard from @santanderuk @santanderukhelp was due today at the latest (4-5 working days); but absolutely no surprise that it has not. Over a month without a payment-card. I cannæ buy food online (as disabled)!

  • elgoldave dave (@elgoldave) reported

    @ImOliverWright @santanderuk Try working with them when elderly or disabled Ollie or little computer ability or indeed access. Closing branch in St Andrews (university accounts - madness) was such banter.

    @omnomis @VirginMoney do and have been fairly quick to respond. @santanderuk do, but not for customers who have business accounts. This is actually about a personal account, but because I also have a business account I have to use their crappy business website even for my personal account

    @santanderuk I need help please !

  • DrVxD Andy (A2002980) #FETCHFAM (@DrVxD) reported

    Hey @santanderuk. Do you realise that when you force people to type (rather than paste) passwords into your website, you're encouraging them to use simple, easily cracked passwords?

  • dAndyHiwayman ADL (@dAndyHiwayman) reported

    So to change an account to a joint account @santanderuk want us to send a form with lots of personal info and scans of passports and DLs through the post. Won’t do it in branch and no appointments available until March. Utterly terrible customer service.

    @santanderuk hi, my mobile banking is saying I’ve been logged out for security reasons. And tells me to try again in 30 seconds. I keep trying, but still can’t get in. Can someone help please?
