@santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

I might also add that I had to spend another half hour or so making sure this is a genuine number. @santanderuk don't list their valid numbers anywhere on their site and don't let anyone calling try to establish two way trust.

@santanderuk trying to pay my credit card, only to be greeted with technical errors. Been told I'll be charged £12 for late payment because I don't have a DD set up, and even if I pay via BACS it'll still take 1 working day. So why would I pay it this month then?! Stupid system!

@financialombuds Yeah @santanderuk and @PayPalUK both done nothing I don't even think they know how to answer a phone and please Santander and PayPal don't comment like you give a **** this been on going since august #wasreoftime
