Nathan Ware (@nwaretcfc) reported@santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡

Barbara Mitchell (@Oo_2_Oo_2_b) reported@santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

Russ (@highflyer_79) reported@HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.
