@santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk As you state you won’t have section 75 protection and I don’t think chargeback will be of any use, but if it was a Visa debit card, then I believe they have a ‘zero liability’ policy which might help. Sorry for your troubles :(

It wasn’t enough to provide receipts, I had to write to each customer (pre-email) and they had to sign 1/2
