    @soaraway99 @santanderuk I’ll have to change accounts. They’ve had it partly restricted for 2 months due to a security failure on their part, and it’s now causing major problems And they’ve simply stopped picking up their phone But they’re only making €8bn profit per year, so how can I expect better?

    Have been on the phone to @santanderuk for over 2 hours now 🙃 A lot of sat in silence either on hold or whilst things are ‘processing’. Exhausting on your ‘day off’ to have to spend so much of it on the phone for a problem you didn’t cause.
