RachT234 (@RachT234) reported@santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters

aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported@chalkey1973 @santanderuk are really bad for stopping transfers. If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Absolute pain trying to help relatives with this. It took ages
-
Oasis (@Oasisrvti) reported@santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That you’d prevent my DD’a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

Alphabet Soup (@Alph4betSoup) reported@sailingbikeruk @santanderuk Ofc, KYC = 'Know Your Client' - its a form of checks that that those handling funds (banks, exchanges, legal sector, estate agents etc) are supposed to undertake in order to provide the service legitimately. Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds

Precyshun (@precyshun) reported@santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court
-
Umang Mathur (@umangm888) reported@santanderuk After being defrauded, Santander has blocked my attempts to get my money back. I’m being bombarded with consistent, slickly-worded AI emails threatening me about my overdraft now. They talk about 'support' in their emails while doing the exact opposite in reality

steven jackson (@Archtech_design) reported@santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one!
