@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Called 3 times now and been on hold 35 mins and cut off, No human webchat or email contact. Why is it so impossible to get help with being able to use my bank card. @antanddec don’t mention that in the adverts 🤬😤

@santanderuk My payment has been rejected twice and Froze my account. Waited 40min on hold then spent 20min answering security questions. Finally sorted only to find payment got rejected again and once again acount frozen. Now been in hold for 50min. Joke of a service!

@santanderuk What is going on? Everyones Card is Declining everywhere in shops, Nobody working in Customer Service, currently on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone, my card is suspended, absolute joke. I will definitely change banks after this, embarrassing.
