@santanderuk trying to pay my credit card, only to be greeted with technical errors. Been told I'll be charged £12 for late payment because I don't have a DD set up, and even if I pay via BACS it'll still take 1 working day. So why would I pay it this month then?! Stupid system!

@santanderuk can you PLEASE redesign your UI for your online banking. Its irritating . I'm tired of pressing buttons that all look the same and end up pressing the wrong digits. And repeatedly getting locked out of my account. No problem with my Natwest/starling. Just yours. 😫

I’ve spent over 2 HOURS on hold waiting to speak to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - have been cut off twice before even speaking to someone. They think there’s fraudulent activity. There’s not. Absolutely appalling customer service. Accounts will be closed ASAP.

@santanderuk Can you at least call before you block someone’s card, you’ve left me stranded up London, now going to be charged full travel as I couldn’t tap out and now I can’t even get myself dinner as you close at 8PM CHEERS!!
