Westie (@WestieSpurs) reported@MorganBroadcast I have palpitations just reading this. It’s so awful. I bank with @santanderuk too, and would hope they would back their customer through your general banking transactions. Calling a mobile you have reported as stolen along with your cards is just beyond dumb. Hope it gets sorted

Margaret 💙 🕷 (@Maggiepeggy36) reported@MorganBroadcast So awful for you. I hope you get full compensation from @santanderuk All good wishes to you.
-
Jon Ayre (@Jon_Ayre) reported@EwanToo @santanderuk Sounds like @santanderuk seriously sucks here. Banks have a fund for this type of thing. It's essential for banks to maintain trust in the electronic payment ecosystem or their whole model falls down & to do this thefts like this need to be quickly refunded with minimum publicity

🪷 Karen May 🪷 (@KarenMayNUW) reported@MorganBroadcast What an absolute mare. I am so sorry you had to go through this and not getting the support. @santanderuk are shocking - we have 2 major complaints being investigated at the moment, and both with the ombudsman. I hope someone pulls their finger out and sort this out for you 🤞🏼

Sir Lord Pritchard (@ians_robots) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk So sorry to hear your situation I've had a card stolen and they managed to get the PIN somehow. It was definitely NOT written down. My guess is they have machines where they can get the info off the card. Fortunately there was CCTV everywhere the f*ckwit used the card.

John Yani (@JohnYani) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk So, a full day before you block a stolen SIM card?
-
Tax (@simonhcbenson) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk This is because there will be a PIN reminder in your bank app on your phone I had a similar issue with @AmexUK But they held their hands up that.this was a flaw their end and did not charge me Sounds like Santander you do the same here

Siân Rowland (@Sian_Rowland) reported@bethanyrutter @Magic_Kitten @santanderuk Yikes! Shocking lack of support. I've always trusted Sanrander but obviously time for a rethink.

Sonia Jones (@Soniajones1969) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk This is terrible. I am so sorry this happened. I was planning to move to @santanderuk I won’t now.

💧Chris Murray (@Chris_Murray48) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I use a 6 figure pin. But it doesn’t help if it’s so easy to get the bank to send a “reminder”.
