@santanderuk An awful company. Don’t let you pay your credit card with a debit card, force you to set up a DD. Technically they do but cunningly enough it never works. And don’t come on here saying you do because you don’t. Awful and disingenuous. Don’t become a customer.

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

@OctopusEnergy You have no problem taking a monthly direct debit from @santanderuk but have security concerns about putting it back? Given these security concerns, should I cancel my direct debut to be extra safe?

- @santanderuk limits the amount of transaction which a customer can make with a crypto exchange. Customers can currently make single transactions of £1,000, with a total limit of £3,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
