    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk any comment on this? As a long standing customer I think I’ll move on. Seems far too easy to get through your security & then no support. No thanks…

  • rosemarycarmen2 rosemarycarmen (@rosemarycarmen2) reported

    @MorganBroadcast What an awful thing to happen! @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK really needs to sort out all of this..you should not be out of pocket! I hope things work out and it’s all sorted for you.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK That's just awful Tim.

  • jeidepinkett Wendy (@jeidepinkett) reported

    @MorganBroadcast If they were able to get into your phone and you have @santanderuk app on the phone, with facial recognition to get into the app, then they can get your PIN, as @santanderuk app offers that service

  • EdwardsWoolie Faye (@EdwardsWoolie) reported

    @santanderuk Yeah your great at virtue signalling but not much use when it comes to customer care or fraud issues? #santander

  • angelblueeyes13 Angela ⓥ 🌿🌱💚 (@angelblueeyes13) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK A long time ago, I had a business issue with a bank who then frozen all card payments I had taken until I proved that I had provided the service I had taken payment for. It wasn’t enough to provide receipts, I had to write to each customer (pre-email) and they had to sign 1/2

  • Bea_Pod Bea ❄️🌱 #GTTO (@Bea_Pod) reported

    @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast What? They just reveal it in the app?! Absolutely ridiculous. I hope @santanderuk take responsibility for that massive error in judgement & return your money

  • dolledpink barbie (@dolledpink) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @PeterDbrash @santanderuk fix this… and to think i’ve just applied for an account with yourselves. huge mistake 😠

    @MorganBroadcast @JackRhysider Curious if the @santanderuk Twitter account showed up to drop the old "hey there, we'd really like to help out -- just drop us a DM!" line in the replies

    @MoorgateMermaid @santanderuk @MorganBroadcast There more I read the article there more it seemed like an inside job with access to images and such. Big flaw in the systems, not helped by data protection regulations and policing that is off doing other things. I assume this was the Kent Online story from Monday?
