Brilliant, @santanderuk. I made a modest IBAN transfer this morning, following the instructions on your website, which did not warn that my account might be blocked until Wednesday for a fraud investigation. If there had been a warning I’d have done all my other banking first!

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

@santanderuk what an joke your company is. How you can deny not receiving time sensitive documents when we sent you proof of it having been fully tracked and signed for is the last straw in the long history of the truly awful service we have received from you the past few years.

Patiently awaiting someone to ring me from the complaints department @santanderuk a week on when promised a release of my money within 48hrs. Poor communication, victim or fraud several times with this bank but not with other companies I use. Treated like **** I have been. 😡

Today, @santanderuk caused us so many problems (7 calls) that we asked to be put through to their customer complaints dept. After waiting 15 mins, they apologises because they were too busy. We never did get through @santanderukhelp #banking #banks #poorservice
