@MorganBroadcast So very sorry to hear this awful experience. Thanks very much for sharing. I hope you get the justice you deserve and that @santanderuk realise they have a duty here - and their reputation is going to be damaged if they don't underwrite these losses.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk . Damn help this lady out. Obviously she was robbed. What’s your damn excuse for not helping her. You have some serious security issues being exposed in this thread. Someone using her pin is not a legitimate excuse to victimize her twice. Get a clue.

@ians_robots @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk When it happened to me the bank decided my pin had been harvested from a cashpoint or till, by" over shouldering" /electronically. A gang was working in the area, one sleuthing pins, one, stealing bags, one cloning cards and a team spending.£5k in 10 minutes, bank refunded me.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I had a similar issue many years ago with @HalifaxBank and Egg bank. Had my money returned by the Halifax but not Egg, now Yorkshire Building Society. Good luck!

@DrMahim @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Don't leave a phone or bank cards in a locker. Credit cards are better. Shut phone down if you have to leave it, harder to log in? Take pictures of your cards and passport, email to self. You can prove your I.D. Even if you've lost everything. ( happened to me in Spain).

@MorganBroadcast I'm shocked that no-one from @santanderuk or @VirginActiveUK has contacted you to try and help resolve this.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK I took control of £'s my mum had saved for my sons (her grandsons) with Bradford & Bingley who were taken over by Santander. Service plummeted - lost bank books & wrong info. Virgin- so bad with my tv 'bundle' I had to ask tabloid consumer rights for help to end my contract.

@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk I’d be interested to know what banks the others use and how far their support and claims has got? I paid £100 into external cashpoint Santander years ago-money vanished (presume an inside pocket job).Eventually got £ refunded due to having kept the receipt!!! That is no evidence
