    @santanderuk Is this issue still ongoing? Parents both in their 80s had their online shop cancelled at last minute due to issues with card. They’ve spent hours on the phone and no one seems to know what the problem is. Really unacceptable as they don’t know if future grocery shops will work.

    Hey @santanderuk it feels ludicrous that I can't download a current balance/statement from online banking of a help to buy ISA, when it's something I may need as part of the core house buying process. Especially when you are spending tonnes advertising your the bank to do it with
