Tomcat (@UnbearablesVAR) reported@santanderuk Santander 123 has been ok for me for years, Only problem is, having your customer service staff working from home is awful, long wait times, staff blaming their slow computer, poor sound quality etc. Get this sorted and you’ll be ok again.

Tony James (@TonyJam76357203) reported@santanderuk High street banks appear to be on the way out so to attract and keep customers they need to go 100% on telephone customer service, recent experience, (45min wait), prove to me Santander aren't bothering with this.
