@abbdesmond @santanderuk Try a broker. We go no where going direct to Santander but a broker had it all sorted ASAP. No joke. Banks are awful at a customer service

@alan_gibbons @santanderuk I called the bank last week and when the automated service asked what my call was about I said “fraud” they answered me within 15 seconds. Probably because it was going to cost them money. #truestory

At least in 1950 there was human interaction and someone would answer with a human response not a script! Fuming!

@santanderuk what a **** bank. I’ve been standing in a cue for 42 mins waiting to pay in two checks. One person on the counter while the others **** about and there at least 9 persons waiting to be served. Complete bollocks wasting itr time. **** this I’m off
