  CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

  @santanderuk trying to help my FIL set up online banking has been the worst experience. Hours and hours of phone calls, letters that don't arrive, blocking banking as soon as it has been set up. Voice ID when he has had throat cancer. An hour wait on each call. It's awful.

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

  @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out
