    @santanderuk Another thing to pass on is this weird glitch Santander online has with bank transfers . When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎

    @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames I’m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I can’t access my money for “10 working days” die you bastards.

    @santanderuk just spent an incredibly painful 30 mins on chat trying to get answer to simple question- how to set up SO to pay off cc. Seems a tricky question as I just have error my end. Why can’t it be done on the app

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear ‘queuing’ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @santanderuk I have been to Tottenham court rd Lewisham and Eltham to try to pay moNey into my account but no cash points accepting cash for deposits. ???? Wtf

    @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account
