@santanderuk really disappointed in your customer services. Yesterday i called the bank and it just rang for 20 minutes with no answer. Today i tried again and waited 30 minutes. I appreciate that every business is Covid affected, but those wait times are unacceptable

i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.

@santanderuk honestly you need to sort yourselves out, I need help urgently and I myself am unable to get through on the phones, we need 24 hour call centres for our banking, for any problem, not what currently is in operation. if you fine myself for the problem I’m not paying.

@LloydsBank 2 of 3 side because it was counted by two @santanderuk employees as I withdrew from there (next door branch). Either your machine has taken it or your colleague. Is this what you call your customer service? I have heard this happen to people before also.
