    @santanderuk @TSB I certainly won't be banking with Santander. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an absolutely appalling experience with your organisation when my late wife died. Your CEO comes across as hopelessly out of touch!

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander customer services is atrocious. The hassle we had opening an account for my 15 year old was wild. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...
