  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  @MartinKnight_ I was debanked during covid along with 500,000 others, I don’t have id to open another bank account, I can’t pay for a new id because I don’t have a bank account. My life has been turned upside down by some guttersnipe that didn’t even bother to give me a reason @santanderuk

  Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

  @santanderuk So, Dad opened his account 8th June (Shipley) 1-3pm. but the clerk failed to enter Dads address correctly. After weeks of frustration and no sight of the money, I'm disgusted this clerk bragged about 'have been doing this all week' Today the error was rectified.
