    @santanderuk This is more than frustration. I had ONE text asking me to confirm my details were correct, I went on the app, my details are correct, there was NOTHING to confirm & NO warning that youโ€™d block my account & prevent me from getting MY money.

    @santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

    @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all itโ€™s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy ๐Ÿ‘Ž
