    @santanderuk I'm sorry I've tried to do that but I keep being told it's not santanders problem . But for me it is Santander . I opened the account to get an additional payment and I haven't got it because the download didn't work .someone must be able to help

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk your chat facility is terrible. It just send you to a messaging service and then no one replies. You would think trying to get help paying off your balance would be easy but two days later I have had no contact and the app isn’t working
