Today I’m closing my current, savings, credit, and mortgage accounts with @santanderuk. This follows atrocious customer support earlier in the year, despite over a decade with them. Would imagine others are voting with their switches too.

@santanderuk we have been very let done by Santander while on holiday in Italy. Blocked the wrong credit card on our account- now we need to continue our holiday without use of our card facility. Support team unable to rectify their error. Totally unacceptable service.

@santanderuk how long does it take for you to send a retraction to another bank after receiving all the information you need to do so because of this you have left me with no food no access to money I HAVE NOTHING because of this!
