@MorganBroadcast This is awful. I’m looking for a new bank account but won’t be considering @santanderuk

  • TorquayBell Dennis Bell (@TorquayBell) reported

@philipwhiuk @charlesarthur @santanderuk And to be fair to Santander, I guess you could argue that if biometrics breached you can run round doing high value ApplePay transactions anyway. PIN is almost moot except access to ATMs

  • tsherlock_nosh NoSh*tSherlock (@tsherlock_nosh) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK This must be painful. However the police must have issued a report that should state your locker was broken into and things stolen. you should be able to submit this report to Santander for them to return all of your lost money. Report them to the Omundsbund if they don’t

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk How did they access your phone assuming it would have been PIN or fingerprint locked ???

  • mohalipatel Mohammed Patel (@mohalipatel) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk You can still do charge back claims on DC purchases for services not rendered or products not received. It's meant to be easier to do on CC but it's not impossible on a DC the process is just meant to take longer...you may need proof i.e. crime ref no etc from police may help

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Ooof! Also - you've got Santander trending on Twitter in the US and I'm sure UK so I'm guessing they will pay attention... @santanderuk you'd better fix this... all of it. This looks really bad for you.

@MorganBroadcast What you need to do is get on TV news. Get the word out publicly so that no one else gets victimized by @santanderuk. This will also insure that the STAKEHOLDERS of santanderuk, while sitting down to dinner, will hear the WHOLE THING! Public uproar with no escape is what it takes
