    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service

    @santanderuk Zero. That’s the concerning thing. I have repeatedly asked your customer service team who have no even referred me on to the relevant department - one lady just said the department is called “the back office” I have 2 children under 8

    @santanderuk must be the worst bank to deal with online. Impossible to log on and impossible to contact anyone. False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?
