  @santanderuk Can I suggest a bit more investment in IT support and a bit less in the pockets of Ant and Dec. I don't believe they need the £ as much as customers do.

  @santanderuk You'd expect a bank like Santander to have a failsafe in place so this sort of downtime does not happen. System issues happen but it should not be for this long. I wonder if it's just the big bosses taking all the money themselves and not investing in better infrastructure.
