Oh, and I already suggested a bank-transfer from my @santanderuk a/c to their @Riverford a/c - they refused. This not about lack of money, but lack of access to it.

Bizarre that @santanderuk online systems are unable to show the last date/payment of a proportion of my (longstanding) direct debit payments... ...I'd have thought this was pretty key information for a customer—and the ideal task for a computer: storing/retrieving info 🤔

Absolutely appalled at the way i have been treat by @santanderuk After !5 years with this bank customer service is disgraceful fair to say new year new bank I think left me with no access to money today 😠
