  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk or cut off 4 times trying to call them and then when I get through I get put on hold for 40mins on top of that the lady was giving me attitude I felt abit like I was being told off then I ring back to get cut off again amazing service

  I’ve spent over 2 HOURS on hold waiting to speak to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - have been cut off twice before even speaking to someone. They think there’s fraudulent activity. There’s not. Absolutely appalling customer service. Accounts will be closed ASAP.

  @santanderuk (Pt 4) why is it that as I’m clearly the victim of a fraud myself now I’m being treated as a suspect? I’m a normal working bloke with no weird or suspicious activity on my account since day 1. I’ve been told this could take 10 working days to resolve!!

  @PayPal is absolutely bullshit!!! How dare you take my money from @santanderuk and then block me from sending money back to Santander. That’s not cool at all! I want an explaination for this immediately??? @PayPal after 10 years of service and payments I’m closing my account.

  Hi @santanderuk maybe you should take a leaf out of #nationwide's service manual on how to treat clients, just received mortgage offer honouring rate offered few weeks before the market crash. Unlike some who dragged out for months and then found an excuse not to offer.

  @financialombuds @santanderuk unbelievable customer service. online access 2 our own blocked for the last 3 days. Everyday we ate calling and chatting to various guys. Today after 4 one hr on hold a guy came and asked some couple of same questions & without (1/3)

  17 years of being loyal customer for @santanderuk (from the days of abby) is waste. Should we look for a different bank??

  @santanderuk Can you at least call before you block someone’s card, you’ve left me stranded up London, now going to be charged full travel as I couldn’t tap out and now I can’t even get myself dinner as you close at 8PM CHEERS!!
