@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Did you have face recognition switched on for your banking app too? If so and they had a way of getting through this, perhaps a pic of you? They could then access your banking app, get your pin from within that, and receive any calls they need to change your banking details

@MorganBroadcast What you need to do is get on TV news. Get the word out publicly so that no one else gets victimized by @santanderuk. This will also insure that the STAKEHOLDERS of santanderuk, while sitting down to dinner, will hear the WHOLE THING! Public uproar with no escape is what it takes

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK The fact that an organised crime gang managed to access secure parts of a Virgin Active gym the same day the security barriers happened to not be working seems a remarkable coincidence to me.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk They have to prove that you were GROSSLY negligent. From my experience, the ombudsman will side with you. Recommend reading about similar cases on their website.
