    @parkx19 @santanderuk I have two cards for two different Santander accounts and both were declined yesterday along with Apple Pay. Card machine said ‘referral a’ and me not shopkeeper had ever seen that. He tried his card as I said it must be his machine and it worked. Must be Santander issue

    OMG @santanderuk has got to the THE WORST bank in the history of banking. Terrible customer service. Been on the phone over 20 mins and still no answer. Dont think they actually want my money saved with them. Time to move

    @parkx19 @santanderuk Same issue with me. All my cards. Been on hold now for 20 minutes. They are having issues obviously, but really useful for us that they apparently dont know anything about it.
