    Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!

    @santanderuk hey Santander. Why does it take so long for your security dept to reply??? On Friday tried for 40 minutes and now already for 30 minutes. What is the problem???

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
