@London_Cycling @santanderuk @TfL Why are you presenting the substantial price increase as a reduction? At present the £2 access charge give unlimited rides <30 mins over a 24 hour period. Now every ride <30 mins will cost £1.65. Money may be tight for TfL but its also tight for Londoners who rely on hire bikes

So @santanderuk & @financialombuds think it’s fine for card details to be fraudulently used abroad & not bother to flag to the customer because they “don’t want to disturb normal transactions”. Despite it being for a taxi in Belgium when I hadn’t left the country for two years…

Hey @santanderuk, your website needs so many improvements in terms of accessibility, I have been asked to log in over 10 times to change an address and it turns out it refuses to do it, and recommends me to go to the bank to do this. Surely a simple task should be doable?!

@santanderuk your call centre may be not an additional charge to my mobile phone, but is readily eating up my inclusive minutes whilst I sit and listen to your awful on hold messaging. What's the excuse today - its too hot??? Sort yourselves out please

@santanderuk 90 minutes and counting I've been waiting to get through to speak to someone in your call centre. 90 minutes!! What an utterly useless service!

@santanderuk I understand this man can’t sit here as he is no longer a customer as his issue has been resolved however loudly declaring that you are putting a cleaning sign where he has been sat and telling customers why is just rude. Other customers are no better
