@FraserGoodley @santanderuk This has happened to me for the last few wkends as well ever since my debit card was changed to mastercard debit nothing but problems, how am I supposed to get food for my kids this weekend if I can't pay for it??? Any apology for customers or compensation for the stress caused?

with helping re my old car which was broken due to a manufacturing defect which no one assumed liability for!! If you’re thinking of fincane for anything, would definitely stay well away from @santanderuk !!

@Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help

Fully done with @santanderuk first thing I’m doing Tuesday closing my accounts with them... can’t be doing with the “technical problems” they seem to be getting every other weekend that stops me from getting to MY money.. looked a right **** with a weeks shopping getting declined

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold with the lost and stolen cards line for over 25 minutes trying to cancel my card. While I wait, I’m watching transactions coming out of my account somewhere along Bond Street. I’m in Wales. The function on the app to cancel the card isn’t working.
