    @santanderuk Hey people. As a Santander customer, I can honestly say that they are utterly shite in every way. Imagine a set of really unhelpful people who take 45 mins to answer the phone, have no authority to comment on your problem (no intention to fix it), and pay you zero interest.

    @santanderuk Could you let your customer service guys know that if they advise customers to head to the branch that they should take some ID 'just in case'. A complete waste of a trip (with a baby) only to be told can't deal with me as I didnt bring ID! 😡

    @Bounce_BackLoan @RishiSunak I know this doesn't help, but can I just say my experience with @santanderuk has been painless and smooth. The options are simple, clear and present including the payment holiday. Not helping, but feel that the ones getting it right need a mention 👍

    @santanderuk feel let down by your bank as a victim of fraud you have sided on the fraudsters side not mine as a customer I bought a item in good faith and never received it you say I didn't follow banking practices #fraud

    @santanderukhelp It's now June 29th, and apart from an email saying something along the lines of "we have raised this with the specialist loan contact" I still haven't heard back from anyone regarding this issue. Is this how @santanderuk treats all its customersr?
