Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

@bookingcom Once AGAIN I have replied to this - neither I or @santanderuk can provide you with ANY more information. You MJST have a record of this using the details you have been provided with MULTIPLE times - especially since you admitted the error 2 weeks ago and promised a refund!!!

- @santanderuk limits the amount of transaction which a customer can make with a crypto exchange. Customers can currently make single transactions of £1,000, with a total limit of £3,000 in any rolling 30-day period.

@santanderuk a very disappointing experience at your Willerby branch and Hull. 20 minute wait for service with just one other customer at the counter. Wouldn’t open another counter. Yes they apologised but is the service I should expect ?
