    @santanderuk I’ve bern on hold waiting to speak to someone on your customer service phone number for 1h 30mins. Extremely poor service and very frustrating. Is there anybody there???

    Disappointing to see yet another High Street bank cut its service to my area. This time its @santanderuk cutting opening hours claiming it will give staff more time to answer the phone. Can't understand why staff in open branches can't take phone calls when they're not busy

    @santanderuk @antanddec You are taking customers for April Fools, closing branches and reducing branch hours. At mine u have to queue down street to get in, never enough staff, need more hours not less.

    @santanderuk does any customer receive replies from Santander. I have left several messages with your "Sandi" for either a contact or sent a message and receive nothing back in return. Why??

    @santanderuk I went and visit your branch to open a mini account they said their diaries are not open and have to call back every time I try and call your branch directly costing me money they don’t have they’re diaries open. Not happy with service.

    @santanderuk, I didn’t want to do this, but I want to make a complaint with trying to get through to your customer service line, 8 times I’ve tried and been put on hold for over a hour and had to to use my lunch break to try and get through. I need to use this card. Kind regards

    It’s disgraceful that @santanderuk are penalising self employed people who worked hard to continue growing their business during the pandemic, purely because they accepted a single grant of support. A grant that barely covered anything. How is that fair?! Where’s the humanity?!
