Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.

@toryboypierce @TSB Same as @santanderuk trying to get through to customer service through their online bot “Sandi” is an absolute shambles. I currently have accounts and insurance with them. That will change in the very near future. No customer service here either.

Problem with @santanderuk STILL not resolved (Mortgage offer issued on WRONG address 10/11/21). Complaint handler @santanderukhelp has escalated. We are considering our options now, not least because this has exacerbated my anxiety issues & triggered IBS.

What an absolute joke @santanderuk phone service is. 45 minutes for a simple call. 5 minutes of that was just to say they were busy. Even making me Google something that they had in front of them to tell them the same answer. Absolutely ridiculous.
