@santanderuk your customer service is shambolic. I have a new debit card I cannot use and cannot get through to anyone. I literally cannot buy anything as your banks are also shut.

If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

Anyone else having issues with new cars bought on a *** deal from @MarshallMotorGp , now owned by @Constellation Automotive Group or financed by @santanderuk? My Volvo XC60 is less than 18 months old & has been a total disaster from new!

hey @santanderuk your bereavement service is awful. very by the numbers do just the necessary and non-communicative. if i have to communicate all the same things with the mortgage team anyway, might as well just save me the time

@santanderuk worse bank in the world. Avoid them at all costs. They steal your money when you think your money is safe in a bank. It is not safe when they cannot even make the effort to give you access!!!!!! Beyond fed up!

@santanderuk Absolute joke got payments need to do tonight and cant do a simple task online like change a OTP number, keep shutting branches down were can speak to a human putting it all in to customers hands to do online advertise it EASY to do 24 / 7 yet none of it is easy
