    @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

    @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.

    @santanderuk I have provided those documents and my account is still restricted. I need money to pay for essentials for my baby. You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp how can my bank accounts just disappear on the app and website like that? I was told it wasnt set up which msked no because It was perfectly fine this morning and now suddenly nothing works I canโ€™t access my bank accounts anymore
