I’ve wasted about 4 hours over the last few days on the phone to @santanderuk trying to sort an account problem out only to be told go into a branch - branches are open 9:30am to 3pm and 75% are closed at the weekend 🙃. How is this helpful to ANYONE with a job/life??

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

Wow, @santanderuk online registration for banking is a complete train wreck: weak password rules, looping web pages, broken data fields, and a nonfunctional chat engine. I think I'll just register for a different bank.
