Very little publicity on Boy George 🙄 just because you are a gay man does not give you a free pass. I say that as a gay man.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I am so upset with your service- lost my bank card 2 weeks ago- phoned 13 days for a replacement but still no sign- having to borrow cash from people 😞 I just rang up customer services to see if they could resend another card and they hung up on me!

@sen_j59 @santanderuk I've been with @firstdirect almost from their beginning. UK-based telephone help and I very seldom wait more than a few minutes. Good for on-line banking too.
