@santanderuk please can you explain why my on line account is still blocked!!! I came into a branch and made 2 calls to your supposed help desk and it’s still blocked. Shocking service and will be closing all my accounts when you finally have the decency to unlock it.

I’m writing this in the hope that @HalifaxBank take a look at how they deal with the affairs of deceased customers. A few weeks ago I lost my Dad, quite suddenly. A bloomin amazing man who we all adored. He was a customer of @santanderuk and Halifax.

@santanderuk Your helpline isn’t working! I have tried to pay someone using my app today - everything aeromedical to go through ok and then the word ‘pending’ appeared. The money has not left my account yet other transactions today by card have. 2nd time this week - embarrassing!

2. @Santanderuk Have been knocked down a place this week, they’re still offering £160 to switch for new customers who move to their 1|2|3 or fee free current account. New customers only, switch to include 2 direct debits, pay in £1,000 and log into online banking.

@santanderuk Two months for a loyal mover looking to move is disgusting. mortgage transmitted 5th July, survey done 27th July. Went to underwriting 13th Aug & approved they did not bother checking survey, now back to UW wont be checked until 1st Sept !! disgusting service

@David__Osland @punyvikinglass I was scammed months ago and locked my bank account. The temp passwords sent by @santanderuk won’t get me into my online account but had to give up after waiting hours to speak to a human. I need access soon though. #NotEnoughHumans

Wow, ok @santanderuk seems to be giving a case study in bad user experience. I'm applying for a credit card. For context, I have an AmEx which I always pay off. I'm that kind of user. 1) Fill in a long form on the Santander website (address, income, etc) to apply.
