    @santanderuk You'd expect a bank like Santander to have a failsafe in place so this sort of downtime does not happen. System issues happen but it should not be for this long. I wonder if it's just the big bosses taking all the money themselves and not investing in better infrastructure.

    @santanderuk My card is being refused. I’m out at the moment, can’t even use it on the bus to get home! Customer for over 15 years. Insanity.

    Maybe because you cannot let me gain access to my accounts you will accept this as a formal complaint, return any interest you have made from my money whilst I haven’t been able to gain access. And recompense me for the stress. Petrol light flashing!!! #Santander @santanderuk
