@santanderuk so despite cancelling this subscription and putting it in writing to you in JANUARY and two phone calls - NOW TV are still taking money each month. Waste of time trying to get this sorted. Bad service 🤬🤬😡😡

@santanderuk 55 minutes on hold currently and counting. My card is blocked and I’m unable to get through, every time I try to call I’m kept on hold for 30+ mins! Online no help and branch directs me to phone. How am I supposed to solve this?!

  • MillHistoryMD44 Matt (@MillHistoryMD44) reported

@santanderukhelp After another 18 mins and 23 seconds, I have once again been hung up on. I've experienced some aweful customer service in my time, but @santanderuk may be the worst so far. This is beyond unprofessional, and frankly a joke

  • paulc9048 Paul Cooper (@paulc9048) reported

@santanderuk @MartinSLewis 9 working days since requesting payment for funeral flowers and it's still not done. Been told it could be another 5 working days. Also, Complaints team can take 3 working days to contact me. Appalling customer service. Why?

I feel sorry for customers of @santanderuk @santanderukhelp when they refuse to help if you refuse to register for online banking. @financialombuds

@santanderuk your staff in the Sutton branch really need training when dealing with a bereavement! We have had an awful experience when trying to close my nieces account this morning! She was 22 and the service was appalling!

  • jumelle1 cathy callery (@jumelle1) reported

@santanderuk been on hold for 45 minutes…..is anyone working? How long is an acceptable wait? Dreadful customer service.

  • DavidGB3000 David (@DavidGB3000) reported

@santanderuk When are you going to become a customer friendly bank. You refuse to help online, your website will only offer help if we register for online banking. You close branches.....you forcing people to leave? You discriminate against customers.
