    @santanderuk Dont you want new Students to open bank accounts? Child been asked for proof of course which sadly doesnt have her FULL NAME & ADDRESS. Then the upload portal doesnt work & the phone line asks for bank account number she doesn't yet have. Can the Branch help?

    Legal advice needed human rights or housing solicitors.please? A disgraceful repossession. Over single mum lost business to COVID. @excludeduk with little assistance. In fact she was given £746. And @santanderuk took all of it, whilst telling her we tried to help u. Kids? Food?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp calling trying to close a credit card account, it instead said activated an account, asked me to start voice recognition and now I’ve been on hold for 25+ mins. 😩#help
