    @santanderuk 3 hours and 5 minutes hanging on to speak to someone in the UK Helpdesk is a joke after hanging on 1.5 hours last week and giving up! No level of service at all - a joke!!

    @santanderuk so Santander you have shamefully just blocked the switching of my account to @firstdirect You have absolutely no grounds to block the switch and First Direct state they have not been given a reason. It's my choice and my money, you've admitted there was no reason to

    @santanderukhelp You have provided incorrect information. You said depends on how late. @santanderuk gives the credit score agencies this information on a customer if they are 1 day late. Without advising the customer. T&C's are just not cutting it. Call a customer, send a letter.

    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to register a LPA online on behalf of my sister. For the second time I’ve received a letter informing that I haven’t included complete copy. Website only allows 4 pages. Document is about 19 pages long.
