@santanderuk access to online banking blocked without apparent reason. Called helpline, answered a lot of security questions to be told the lady can't help. Now on hold for more than 1 hour and have to cancel the call. Please advise.

@santanderuk absolute joke. You are taking more than the mortgage amount per month (since July). Have phoned 4 times - each time I have been told its an error on your part, yet I haven't been refunded the £900+ overpayment. Do I have to go to the Financial Ombudsman?

@santanderuk I have been phoning you since Friday. If you cannot sort out a simple block on an account within 72 hours, you should not be operating as a bank. Please. I know a lot of your staff are working from home, but please, wake someone up, or interrupt a tea break!

@santanderuk I’m another day older and still no access to my funds!! What does it take to get a response from this dead horse, because flogging isn’t working. Two hours in one call last night, but my account may be blocked for another 48 hours. Incompetent jobsworths.
