    When you can't sleep at 3am because @santanderuk are preventing your mum from getting the urgent care she needs because they're so slow in doing paperwork despite being told why its urgent. Don't bank with them is my advice.

    @santanderuk worst credit card service. Over one hour on phone again, gave up again. Unable to use card due to this. Chat service couldn’t help other than referring back to the same phone line. Used Nationwide credit card instead

    Just answered the fraud prevention questions at @santanderuk for the umpteenth time and still can’t access my account
