    @santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me

    Using a UK bank, @santanderuk in my case, I have to click 3 times "Yes, I am sure what I am doing, not, I am not being scammed, just make the fking transaction." This is what happens when government overregulates stuff. UX drops to absolute ****.

    @santanderuk Zero. That’s the concerning thing. I have repeatedly asked your customer service team who have no even referred me on to the relevant department - one lady just said the department is called “the back office” I have 2 children under 8

    @MartinSLewis @santanderuk offered me a cash Isa with a nice perk of an evoucher. They then don't send out the log in details in their own time limit and then stop the promotion so I don't get the evoucher... Investigate this please

    @santanderuk have literally blocked my current account after switching to them and are not sending me any updates despite me calling them 4 times. They can’t even give me the name of the department who handles my account. Disgraceful, criminal service. @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp They are receiving help from us as a Debt Advice Charity - we have the Authorisation etc - we just need to send you information electronically like we do with other banks like HSBC who have an email companies like Cabot or Lowell...

    I'm being asked to provide ID via driving licence or passport and a face scan to GET INTO MY EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT. And I have three days to do it or my access to my own money could be restricted. Anyone else? Why? @santanderuk
