    @santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

    @santanderuk fix your pay existing payees unless you want to cover my CC interest i will get charged. Al I get i unable to complete request due technical reasons.

    It’s a contingency to use my money to make war! When I have earnt that saving lives! Lock down Santander please 🙏🏻. @santanderuk

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.

    @santanderuk 45 minutes wait - so far - on your fraud line. Employ some staff will you. This is an abysmal level of 'service'.

    @MartinSLewis - @santanderuk have rejected my bank account switch bonus claiming my DD’s aren’t on their eligible “list”. One DD is a payment to my local council and the other is the @PostcodeLottery. Have you heard of such an issue?

    @santanderuk you really need to update your app to a speedy app. It’s too slow to load the login page, and then if we navigate to the stocks

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Or… when they freeze your a/c owing to some’activity’ and force you to go into a branch with ID! Try that when you’re on holiday in Scotland or anywhere really since they have shut so many branches. If you don’t drive, have mobility issues etc you’re stuffed!! Terrible bank.

    @santanderuk As you can imagine having her stuff stolen in the first place was very distressing then to be let down by her own bank was the final straw !
