    @santanderuk I've recently opened an account but on day 1 the access was blocked. I've tried calling several times but when I get transfered the phone just rings and rings, I lasted an hour on one occasion. I've tried again just now and phone just kept ringing, no answer at all

    Could banks make it anymore difficult to deal with a person!!! @santanderuk @santanderukhelp all I want to do is speak to someone in a branch but no one answers the phone its apparently an impossible task and you close your branches at 4.30pm which is ridiculous!!!!!

    Currently been on hold to @santanderuk for 48 mins to their number for existing mortgage customers. Shocking service as I obviously have nothing else to do with my life

    @santanderuk please could someone help to content me to the stafford Uk branch. Been trying all day and I either get cut off or on hold for over 35 minutes! Very frustrating

    What a surpise! Cut off again after 30 minutes. Advised to call another number. "The call centre is now closed"! What sort of customer service is this? @santanderuk

    @santanderuk It took hours of waiting on the phone & frustration at being cut off (multiple times) but finally we got the problem with our credit card sorted. Thanks go to the staff member in the Northwich branch who went the extra mile to help.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I also cannot believe we have to now resort to things like Twitter to try and get through to companies like this. A truly broken system
