I tried to phone the customer service hundreds of times and wanted to use it online again. But never get worked. Either no body answer the phone(waiting more than 20mins) or no body get it resolved.

Been with @santanderuk for a long time but over the last few days their customer services + complaints handling has been poor. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they've responded is inexplicable.

linda green (@lrg1954) reported@santanderuk if dial no on statements 0800 9 123 123 easy to miss the 9. Did that got answer saying no longer number for u, dial another customer no costing 65p per minute. Scam to beware of.
