Blimey @santanderuk @santanderukhelp why when it takes 3 hours + to eventually manage to report clear fraudulent account activity do you make the customer feel it’s they who are at fault ? Then to make matters worse we have to feel pleased it’s being investigated refund ? Maybe.

It seems far fetched but absolutely everything points to this being more than a coincidence. I really hope you get ££ back, fair compensation and find a new gym that cares more

Business was closed in lockdown and the chancellor decided she only had 18 months books so no help. What could she do?? Sorry to jump on your thread. So cross

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk As you state you won’t have section 75 protection and I don’t think chargeback will be of any use, but if it was a Visa debit card, then I believe they have a ‘zero liability’ policy which might help. Sorry for your troubles :(
