    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Customer service is a thing of the past. It's all apps and bots. It's like banging your head against a brick wall.

    @santanderuk Zero. That’s the concerning thing. I have repeatedly asked your customer service team who have no even referred me on to the relevant department - one lady just said the department is called “the back office” I have 2 children under 8

    Wonder why it so difficult / impossible to get hold of anyone at @santanderuk to help? are they in financial trouble? have they shutdown their customer service? @TheFCA @bankofengland

    @santanderuk For the record, you withholding MY money from me & preventing my bills from being paid isn’t an “inconvenience”. The fact that not a single notification was sent to me, nor is there anything on my account to show there’s a block makes it even worse.

    @santanderuk you have sloppy security procedures. Should it really take 15 minutes to try to log in?? Disgraceful service
