Come on @santanderuk I’ve spent 30 minutes holding already, for a 6 minute call, and now 18 minutes with the phone just ringing out to the Mortgage Dept. #pandemic #covid can no longer be used as an excuse for crappy customer service @financialombuds is this acceptable?

@santanderuk you block me from being able to spend my own money on pay day , make me call 5 times and leave me on hold for over an hour to just hang up and say your lines are now closed cheers for that !
