A quantity of 46 refunds were sent to me, from @Googlestadia, overnight and only 4 turned up. The other 42 were on a, now, expired debit card. Why can your CS team not help me? Why can they not explain ANYTHING

Christopher (@ChrisV1639) reported@santanderuk The app is working but my debit card is not, cannot mak purchases or withdrawals even from Santander CVS machines. Called customer service and they said the IT department is working on it. So, long story short, it’s not the app now, it’s debit card purchases and ATM withdrawals.
