Instead they punish their customers by reporting a missed payment on a card LITERALLY straight away, BUT take a month - 6 wks to send updates through to your credit file??!!! “Sorry nothing we can do” they said!

Ridiculous! And had no help to reactivate my on-line banking from weeks ago! Please action my cheque book request!

I called to sort it ASAP, BUT they reported it straight away to my credit file with not even a few weeks grace 😡😡 #NoCare #NoHelp
