Santander Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@Grassmonster3 @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Terrible to think that virginactivrUK gyms have not vetted their workers even when clearly it was not an opportunist but someone with access to lockers. In my opinion the whole thing was an inside job.

  • TorquayBell Dennis Bell (@TorquayBell) reported

@philipwhiuk @charlesarthur @santanderuk And to be fair to Santander, I guess you could argue that if biometrics breached you can run round doing high value ApplePay transactions anyway. PIN is almost moot except access to ATMs

  • thefalken ⊥ᵒᵚ Cᵸᵎᶺᵋᶫ∸ᵒᵘ ✗ (@thefalken) reported

@charlesarthur @santanderuk But you still have to defeat the biometric login first. How was that done?

  • MarkM1177 MarkM (@MarkM1177) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK The fact that an organised crime gang managed to access secure parts of a Virgin Active gym the same day the security barriers happened to not be working seems a remarkable coincidence to me.

  • deborahbaillie Deborah McLachlan 🖤 (@deborahbaillie) reported

@DebayDeLux @santanderuk I banked with them years ago until something similar happened to me. Account emptied by fraudsters, I was left with absolutely no money for a whole week, had to ask family for food money. They also charged me when bills that were due bounced, so I ended up owing them £300. Awful!

  • hawksy_1 Adam (@hawksy_1) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk They have to prove that you were GROSSLY negligent. From my experience, the ombudsman will side with you. Recommend reading about similar cases on their website.

  • clarewolfenden thegriffter (@clarewolfenden) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK if this happening wasnt bad enough, to not get support from you is disgusting

  • tickton1969 Donna (@tickton1969) reported from Royston, England

@MorganBroadcast I have no advice to give here, just wanted to say how sorry I am that this has happened to you. And as a long time customer of @santanderuk am utterly appalled at their actions. I hope this works out for you x

  • aninkyaffair Paz (@aninkyaffair) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they got into your banking app you can access the pin for your cards via the app. I just checked mine that way yesterday.

@MorganBroadcast Charlotte, forget the ombudsman, go straight to the papers, recommend #GBNews. And take with you the other people here who have had similar problems with these cynical brands, #VirginActiveUK & #SantanderUK. Fight back!! @julesserkin
