@PostOffice @santanderuk @PostOffice I’m really dissatisfied with the answers I am getting, no-one is doing anything about the fact that my cheque has gone missing. I have no money and have been left to try and resolve the issue. I would like some help at least as it’s now over a week

@ciarale01 @santanderuk this is truly upsetting ciara, but generally banks do replace whatever amount was taken, though it makes it less of an ordeal and worry....i hope you don't let it bring you down too much

@stephen_j_moran You mean they have a phone @santanderuk? I have found them completely impossible to talk to! And their chatbot is an insufferable dolt! (I must admit I have been reduced to shouting at it. But it isn't its fault, it's whoever programmed it.)

@santanderuk @bancosantander @santanderukhelp outrageous service from you guys. Your staff is very incompetent. I was told my phone would be removed from the black list so that I can use my APPLE PAY because you have blocked me from using it for 4 days now.

@financialombuds @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have raised a formal complaint as a Santander customer as feel we have been unfairly treated, I was not advised of the complaints procedure or given a complaints reference number or timeline of how my concerns will be dealt with?

@TakeFive @TheFCA Out of interest @santanderuk, why do you process payments your customers make to an organisation who has had their website shut by the FCA? Why are you not willing to accept evidence of fraud that I have offered? Why are you happy for your elderly customers to be defrauded?

@MastercardUK @VisaUK @santanderuk Does being identified as a risk by the FCA have no impact on a company's ability to process payments? Does the fact that the FCA has shut down a company's website and replaced it with a fraud warning not result in their banking facilities being withdrawn?
