    @santanderuk my father in law died 2 months ago & Santander are causing us huge problems. Branch & the bereavement service are being v difficult as the account is 2p (yes 2p) over the transferable limit!!!! Any info as to who to escalate this to would be appreciated.

    @EXHAUSTEDPOA @monzo @santanderuk We would recommend you bring the case to the Financial Ombudsman if you’ve not done so already. Ask the bank for a subject access request prior to doing so as this will clearly likely show a lack of due diligence from them.

    @schuhHELP hello, can you please educate your staff members about the recent @santanderuk switch from Visa to mastercard?! been refused a refund today because they have sent me a new card as it was up for renewal and it’s a MasterCard! Yet again ikea didn’t have this problem!

    @santanderuk I've been on hold for 20 minutes. Your 'customer service experience' is absolutely abusive. Stuck at a service station with a card problem. You will be losing yet another customer. Pathetic spectacle of retail incompetence. Do one!

    If you are about to use @santanderuk for card services, think hard. Their online banking constantly brings up errors and they consistently take up to an hour to answer the phone #EPIC #FAIL

    Well thanks, @santanderuk for apparently freezing my account without so much as an explanation and then having me on hold for over an hour when I ring you to sort it out. Tremendous customer service. 😡
