    @santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court

    @santanderuk Another thing to pass on is this weird glitch Santander online has with bank transfers . When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @santanderuk branch in Oxford. More like a coffee shop than a branch. Directed upstairs to wait and left for ages. This does not add value to the end customer. Wtf have you done? 🤔🙄😔😡
