@santanderuk someone is sending fake texts in your name about added payees to my account the funny thing I don't bank with you. So I have sent the text and number to Vodafone fraud team to trace and block the number.

@santanderukhelp it’s impossible to report a fraud with Santander. My daughter has been on hold for hours with no help. Do you not care? I’d expect the fraud help line to be better staffed. @santanderuk

Have been trying to get an appointment at my bank @santanderuk since August to transfer an account. It would be easier to get a ticket for Glastonbury. Now that I have one they have withdrawn the cash back offer for transferring accounts! Appalling service.
