I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple

@santanderuk I’ve said it once before, and I’ll say it again — Santander has so much downtime that it just cannot be trusted. I’ve been recommending @monzo for the last three years, as I’ve never had an issue with them at all. Switch your banks people!

@santanderuk @santanderuk 4 x tonite I was cut of call once I had almost completed what I needed to do expected a call back from person I was speaking to but nothing now I'm going to have to do it all tomorrow when at work as I can't access app or online as both r locked out not good enough
