    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk why does your fraud telephone number actually now just go through to the ‘Business Account’ team. Then you get passed around and on hold for 20mins and counting. Brilliant service for your vulnerable customers at risk of fraud!

    @santanderuk possibly the most difficult organisation to actually speak to … no branch phone number and just a message service on the national phone number - too frustrated for words !!

    @enomiseleda @santanderuk Same here! Mine wont load to log in, just says ‘oops something went wrong’ im trying to update to ios15 and hope that works xx

    @santanderuk Why haven't I been able to make payments to my Credit card for weeks?? Mobile Banking says that I have to do it via your main Website....that tells me to pay via Mobile App! Which is it please?! 😟

    @TfL @santanderuk have spent 40 mins today on two occasions searching for docking stations (7 on total). Very poor logistics and really poor customer experience.

    @santanderuk diabolical customer service towards a new customer new security number blocked for a online account that you can only verify via pc🤔not the app told to wait 30 days before ringing back to wait in a queue for 30mins then customer service abruptly ended call
