    @santanderuk awful bereavement facilities. Mil passed in November. We were promised some savings but been passed about. Not told we needed to send certain ID, filled in paperwork and only came to light when we chased yet again. Its hard enough as it is!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - but was told only way Santander could help me was to send me 2 letters by standard post to my official address. However I explained no one was home as I was away travelling - made no difference, Santander only had this useless method of ‘helping’ me. I’m close to giving up.

    Absolutely SHOCKING service from @santanderuk Don’t bother banking with them. They can’t manage a simple request, tell lies constantly and waste my time. Absolutely livid! 😡

    @santanderuk why is it impossible to report a lost or stolen credit/debit card when you’re abroad & not using your uk mobile phone number so can’t receive code to log onto online banking?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp disgusting customer service from your call centre staff. I'm being blocked from my own funds. I followed your process and then they keep making me jump through hoops. Wasted an hour of my time. When I asked to make a complaint, I'm hung up on.
