@santanderukhelp I have Switched to Santander, all my payments from @BarclaysUK have been switched and redirected to my @santanderuk account, after using it and once salary from my work is in the account, they decided to block it completely. You have left a family without the access to funds.

Trying to get hold of anyone @santanderuk is impossible. Card blocked due to suspected fraudulent transactions on my account and nobody picks up the phone. Went to the branch to be told they couldn’t help and I had to call the helpline. Absolutely useless! 😡

@OfficialKP180 @santanderuk I had a similar problem with Barclays mate couldn’t pay it in without converting it to pounds first..take off their commission is wasn’t worth paying in😡

I think @santanderuk's digital banking services must be the worst of all the UK banks. Must make it so hard for their customer service teams. Needs serious overhaul.

@RHJOfficial Well, @santanderuk put a block on my account on 31 Aug at 14.50 7 phonecalls, 3 chats, 5 emails, including to CEO, 2 official complaints, 3 tweets including @santanderukhelp, finally account unblocked today, 6 September at 16.35 Reason? Backlog from Bank Holiday

@HenryPryor @sharivahl I could get into any @santanderuk online banking account in under five minutes with the items that somebody would leave in a gym locker. I have an ongoing complaint with them over this matter but they have been terrible in dealing with it.

@ostarmer @santanderuk I’ve been a customer since their Alliance and Leicester says, so it was extremely disappointed and disheartening to experience what I did (then again, it shouldn’t be about loyalty, just about doing the right thing)
