    Friend just found lady’s purse, containing cards, d/licence 200 miles from her home. He called @santanderuk to ask them to call their customer, and pass on his no. so she can confirm current address (hotel?), and he will recorded delivery. “Can’t do that Sir, data protection”.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk your customer service and onlines services are utterly appalling. What an absolute joke trying to make a payment, speak to someone and still waiting on a response from the customer complaints team. Also your "text" service looks more like fraud! 🤬

    @ComplainingCow Internal bias. Companies such as @santanderuk take away your complaint and Investigate It looking for points to self mitigate instead of looking at from customer perspective.
