    @santanderuk Hi. I waited 30 mins for my call to be answered. A lovely polite lady picked up my call. She went to speak to her manager 35 mins ago. I'm still on hold..... . .... Anyone working there still or have you all gone home?

    @santanderuk absolutely the worst customer experience. Your eSaver account is happy to take money in but when withdrawing money it blocked my account. 2hrs on the phone and then security tries to execute the transaction over the phone and it's reblocked account! Ops now needed!

    Just seen an ad with Ant & Dec for @santanderuk saying they take scams seriously. They certainly don't! I had a series of emails, apparently from Santander, except I dont have an account with them. They make it impossible to contact anyone to report the scam.

    @santanderuk terrible support. You wrongly blocked my account on Thursday while doing a valid transaction and after 4 days and hours on the phone I can´t used my money yet!

    1 hour 16 now phone not answering, this is my 2nd attempt, apparently Santander says I should use my mobile to call first attempt my batteries failed me after 1 hour 2 minutes. Sandanter you dont care about customer service #santanderuk

    Again @santanderuk such a crap bank with the worse wait times on phone 8 times since 9am I rung for balance . Sorry we having difficulties we pit u thro to some1 who can help 3pm still ot had help waiting for 20 mins on phone SERVICE IS AWFUL ALWAYS ******* HATE THIS BANK

    @santanderuk you have 1 Branch in the city where your head office is based. It closes at 3pm. All other banks around open Trying to unlock a frozen account. You are to customer service what Dr Crippen was to marriage guidance. #soontobeexcustomer

    @bruciebreferee @santanderuk SNAP, the term 'Chocolate kettle' springs to mind, I've been a customer for less than 3 weeks! I'm on my 4th call and am still on hold over 45 mins
