    @santanderuk @LloydsBank why are your savings interest rates still so crap? Nationwide are offering up to 4.75% for locked in savings. Your 2&3 year savings would still be low even if it was an easy access savings account!

    @santanderuk why have you made it so hard to access my money. I need to withdraw cash. Local branch closes at 3pm…..3pm!! On the phone for 45 mins to try and access it via post office because daily limit is £250. Absolutely useless! Think I’ll withdraw it all and leave!

    Not a good start joining @HSBC_UK with royal mail strikes Im left with no bank or account details since joining on 25 Nov and now my current bank account as now been closed with the switch I won't even be able to access my money via @santanderuk

    @santanderuk hi, your new boosts are not working tonight, I'm being sent round and round logging in to be told, "Your session has expired." Would be nice to be able to log on more than once.

    @santanderuk why does your website say your fraud team is open 24 hours a day when the phone line is actually closed? I've just had an unauthorised transaction that I was able to cancel on the app but am unable to call immediately as advised as the phone line is closed

    @santanderuk are you having transfer issues? I transfered to a payee last night it went through to the right account right name but this morning its a different name different payee it went to?
