@cdud11 @MoneySavingExp @santanderuk from experience traditional banks dont bother telling you when rates change, new versions of accounts, new types of accounts come out so news alerts from Google etc help along with regularly checking MSE pages.

@santanderuk you deserve to go to jail and go bankrupt. Frankly a 3.25% on top of the base rate is usurious! You are a form of loan shark. We can’t even change a mail address on your website… not sure you do much with the money you steal from people. Scammers.

@AskNationwide you offer online fixed rate Bond which are easy to open but trying to get access to online banking with you after this process is near impossible.I've given up and gone to @santanderuk who have been more than helpful. This process needs addressing for a new customer

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Why haven't you confirmed a transaction I made to pay a credit card bill. I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes and gave up. And your chat function isn't working either. This is pathetic.

  • bl0ke a humorously-shaped potato (@bl0ke) reported

@santanderuk Can you please, for the love of all that is good, get rid of that Trusteer popup on your website? Or at least add a "don't show this again" button? It interrupts my sign-in every time it appears.

  • Keepitkind3 Keepitkind (@Keepitkind3) reported

@santanderuk Is your online banking service down? I keep logging in, and then being taken back to the log in page. It's very frustrating. I cannot complete the transaction I need on the mobile app either. Please advise.

  • VivNirva Vee (@VivNirva) reported

Been on hold with @santanderuk for 3 hours now to get my card unblocked. Spoken to customer service via live chat 10 times and spoke to someone at a branch irl. And still nothing. Can’t touch any of my money now or after I get my wages. Guess it’s time to find a new bank.

  • mrJoseMRuiz Jose Ruiz (@mrJoseMRuiz) reported

@santanderuk terrible support. You wrongly blocked my account on Thursday while doing a valid transaction and after 4 days and hours on the phone I can´t used my money yet!

  • dream_makeruk62 Dream_makeruk62 (@dream_makeruk62) reported

@Zopa You should be concentrating on raising your instant access savings rate to at least 2.75% to match @santanderuk... If you can of course!🤔

  • iamtoobusy Brenda Kay (@iamtoobusy) reported

@LizKershawDJ @santanderuk Their answer will be you can pay it in at a Post Office.....nothing about customer service though!
