    so, @santanderuk, even though "you're sorry to keep me waiting" every fifteen seconds, I've been holding on for over 35 (thiry-five!) minutes, and counting. Hmmm. Not sorry enough to employ more staff to help customers? I'm only glad you don't tell me "you're important to us"

    @santanderuk well done to santander for cutting off all communication with customers (webchat/email) and closing more branches....and demanding customers have their apps and phones to access their account. did you think about broken phone problem??

    @santanderukhelp I have tried using different devices and swapping between WI-FI and 4G I either keep being put in a loop of the same pages or an error messages I already have high anxiety @santanderuk

    @santanderuk do you know how infuriating your UX is for mortgage-only holder log in detail recovery? I don't have a special pin in my head, nor the user ID is recoverable via the mortgage account number. Why I have to wait 4-6 days for 2 letters in 2021? Utter ridiculousness!

    @santanderuk Your fraud department is shocking. I have called twice to sort and twice no one to take the call after 20 mins on hold both times. Expect a call. Cannot access online either. Going to regulator without adequate response
