    @EE All I want is to change my name, that is all. A Deed Poll Letter good enough for @santanderuk is not good enough for you!!!!! So when my contract is up I am done with you. My broadband and phone will go somewhere else. Over 20 years a customer. No more #Useless #Petty

    @santanderuk Is your website still kaput? Trying to apply for a loan and after inputting all the info required I always get '[Exception in:/WEB-INF/jsp/message/onlineApps_mainTemplate_no_navigation.jsp] null'. VERY annoying.

    @santanderuk I called your call centre to raise a complaint and your advisor hung up on me! I am NOT happy. Service with your company is always horrendous. I want someone to call me asap.
