@santanderuk @santanderukhelp you’ve sent me a letter to activate an online account I never applied for. It’s impossible for non-customers to speak to anyone at the bank as I need to complete the ID&V process but not a customer.

@santanderuk absolutely disgusted that I am left without access to MY funds. A block placed on my account on 2nd September as they wanted proof of residency etc. Papers requested were provided and block lifted. Further paperwork required and another block placed with no notice

People waiting over an hour to get through to your security team, locking vulnerable customers out of their account, forcing sick and vulnerable customers to attend in person to prove ID when they've had accounts with you for years!

@santanderuk I have a complaint. I wish to complain via email as after being kept waiting on the phone for over two hours whilst trying to sort a fraud issue I decided to email. Impossible only phone numbers available. Not only is this frustrating but 1/2
