    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

    @santanderuk my partner has asked that I reach out as she doesn’t have X She reported her card having suspicious activity & blocked! Her closest branch is 10miles away! She has been waiting for her card for 10 “working days” two wks in the real world! No card, no local bank?
