@santanderuk What is happening with your mortgage services??? mortgage transmitted on 5th July, not going to be underwritten for another 9 days !!! nearly two months for a simple existing mortgage customer porting over ?!!!!

Been trying to set a new DD up for 1 week now using online banking with @santanderuk and continue to receive error messages. New customer. Not impressed with poor systems so far. #disappointed

Being a good Samaritan, I picked up a Debit card I found on the street and now trying to report it, I get on @santanderuk website, I call their 24/7 service and lo and behold, an automated voice tells me the center is closed. I am truly fed up with how dumb our world is.

@santanderuk Two months for a loyal mover looking to move is disgusting. mortgage transmitted 5th July, survey done 27th July. Went to underwriting 13th Aug & approved they did not bother checking survey, now back to UW wont be checked until 1st Sept !! disgusting service

@santanderuk your telephones lines are having an issue. When I call to cancel my card, instead of going to “on hold” music, it just starts a monotonous ringing, nobody ever answers.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp need to sort you customer service out guys - over an hr been on hold now for multiple days. God forbid if i ever need you in an emergency, may as well just give my money to any potential fraud. Not happy customer at all 😠 #Santander

Wow, ok @santanderuk seems to be giving a case study in bad user experience. I'm applying for a credit card. For context, I have an AmEx which I always pay off. I'm that kind of user. 1) Fill in a long form on the Santander website (address, income, etc) to apply.
