@santanderuk locked out of account (for no good reason) whilst making critical transaction. 45 mins of 'I'm very sorry to keep you waiting...' Need to leave to make daily call with parents. Dreadful service - will be filing a complaint. Critical transaction has failed.

As a customer of @santanderuk I wanted to open an Acc for a non-profit. Started on 18th March. It's now 18th May and still no account set up!! Had a call to say I was going to get a call and *3* letters on how to escalate to ombudsman. Attend to the org issue! #SupportUkraine

Hey @santanderuk I'm going round in circles. Got a call from your fraud dept asking me to call you back. On hold 20 mins. Advised via chatbot to message you via app and online banking but both blocked. HELP?!

@santanderuk is there a problem with OTP codes not arriving, tried to order groceries from Tesco and the it wanted to send an OTP. However nothing has come through to my phone after 6 times of trying.
