    @TakeFive @TheFCA Out of interest @santanderuk, why do you process payments your customers make to an organisation who has had their website shut by the FCA? Why are you not willing to accept evidence of fraud that I have offered? Why are you happy for your elderly customers to be defrauded?

    @santanderuk just been told it’s going to take a month to get one single letter that I need to complete on my home purchase that was supposed to complete today! How can such a big bank be so slow?!

    @franceschild @santanderuk It hurt to see on the phone bill about £30 for talking to someone, a real person at the time, who strung us along, knowing all the time that they couldn't do a thing to help. Yes, numbered mazes and being on hold for ages, having to listen to muzak and repetitive messages - gah!

    @santanderuk Thank you Santander, my main bank for 30 years for protecting me from my stupidity in wanting to buy Bitcoin. Strange I cannot find any email warning me in 08 about the coming 80% 12 month drop in the Santander share price, down over 90% as of last month. #Bitcoin

    @financialombuds @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have raised a formal complaint as a Santander customer as feel we have been unfairly treated, I was not advised of the complaints procedure or given a complaints reference number or timeline of how my concerns will be dealt with?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk extremely worrying app issue. I paid for a currency exchange yesterday,and although”success” appeared,the amount was not debited. Logged out&in again at least twice & nothing. Did same again which did work,but now been debited twice for same amount

    **** @santanderuk and every other bank for blocking payments to crypto currency exchanges. Just another reason why DeFi is the next step. Imagine being told what you can and can’t do with YOUR money.

    @financialombuds @santanderuk I am a Company Director and I have been told by Santander customer service team that I could not be given information about the lending criteria for limited companies / company directors for porting my Mortgage as I would try and manipulate this!!
