Ben West (@MrB_West) reported@santanderuk phoned your current account customer services and my partner assumed to be female when I use the term ‘partner’. It’s just frustrating having to explain that it’s actually a male when I call. You’re not the only bank, but it’s nearly 2022... sort it out!

Just need to speak to a real person and it's like a digital gauntlet of bots and too many different types of passwords to remember. Can't believe I'm gonna have to go into a branch for such a simple request.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.
