    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Can you help? The bank has refused to process my pensioner sister’s claim as they say it’s too late since original transaction. Hotel booked for wedding in Mar 21, this moved to Dec 21 due to lockdown. My sister then tested +Covid & couldn’t attend

    @santanderuk The impact is where you block customers access to all accounts for 4 months and counting for a single disputed business transaction. Average over half an hour to try to speak to someone. I've been with these guys for 20 years plus, but will be closing my account shortly. Hopeless

    @santanderuk how is it possible for a retailer to access a bank account balance and available balance from a card machine used for payment. And is this legal? Especially if they don’t inform you what they are doing first?

    @santanderuk It is a shame @santanderuk does not care about existing customers. Opening another business account is mission impossible for this organisation. I am very disappointed with the service I have receiced over the recent weeks.

    @santanderuk really disappointing service here, 3 times on the phone, listen to all the announcements for 2 minutes on how busy you are, then security checks to then be cut off. No I can't do what I need on your App or Web chat either.....

    @santanderuk How about also being the worst bank for fraud resolution. Awful awful bank . How many more complaints do you need for How awful you are at caring for customers.

    @santanderukhelp Is there a customer service department that can deal with expat customers? Trying to get proof of our UK mortgage for US bank and no one on phone will help. @santanderuk say has to be done my mail and will take months. We will lose house if we have to wait.

    @santanderuk How can I get through to your UK Customer Service centre? Tried three times at different times of the day. On hold for 40 minutes each time before I give up.
