    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

    @MorganBroadcast ...with @santanderuk and their notes on disk, you can obtain them via a Subject Access report. They have 28 days to comply. 2/2
