@Hysterix92 @santanderuk because then that just shows were angry abusive people and there in lies the problem its being put on us the vulnerable to educate rather than the people in charge

@santanderuk Requested this charge to be waived as a goodwill gesture due to my incapacity. Rejected! Tomorrow, I will pay balance in full on credit in full then cancel all accounts my wife and myself hold. What a way to treat a customer of some 40 years!

@santanderuk hi, I've received mail for the occupants of my house who left in 2014 who have a Santander account. I called the Contact Centre but gave up after v.long wait. Can you help, pls? I can't use the webchat as it's not my account.
