    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp are you aware your website isn’t allowing payments to credit cards, your mobile app doesn’t allow payments from another bank account and nobody answers the phone? Absolutely terrible service been trying for over a week.

    @santanderuk what a terrible bank, customer service non-existent, local branch don’t want to know, tried so many numbers, got a fraud problem which is their problem, thank god I don’t bank with them!!!

    Yeah, don't ever bank with @santanderuk. Been on hold for an aggregate of four hours over three calls, hung up on and prank called twice and told "an agent tried calling me but couldn't reach you." Some customer service right there 🤌🏻
