Not a complainer, but so disappointed with @santanderuk ‘Losing’ my funds, time delays + repeated erroneous advice. Apologies + compensation offered, but no solutions for approaching 2 months. Please help @santanderukhelp

@santanderuk You'll need a lot longer than a moment - the fastest time my many calls over the last 8 months have been answered was 25 minutes! I have been cut off almost every time your advisers have tried to transfer my calls. All this adds to the stress of trying to deal with the issue.

Hey .@santanderukhelp I got an email today from .@santanderuk saying I can open a 2.50% Regular Esaver, thing is your site states its 2.75%, might want to get your marketing sorted ;-)

@TheFCA @santanderuk my father 90 has not been able to access his account online for two weeks. Website suggests action on his computer which he can’t do - he’s not an expert in clearing cookies and caches. My bank doesn’t require these kinds of intervention. 1/2

@santanderuk I've been on telephone hold for 45 minutes now - I just want to change the bank account that pays our mortgage and your chat option wont connect me either. Such poor customer service 🤬
