    @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

    I'm being asked to provide ID via driving licence or passport and a face scan to GET INTO MY EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT. And I have three days to do it or my access to my own money could be restricted. Anyone else? Why? @santanderuk
