    @santanderuk how do I speak to someone at customer services?all the websites say open till 8pm 9pm and 11pm, one of the staff said 8pm but when you call it say 6pm?the lady at the branch said I needed to raise the dispute before the call centre shut?

    @santanderuk You have blocked me out of my account with no ability to access my money for 3 weeks. This is not just unacceptable, your actions have cost me substantial fines due to lack of access to my money. Is this how you treat all your customers, or just me?

    Please can you help @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am simply trying to get some cheque deposit envelopes for checks paid in at the post office. I have requested via your chatbot three times over the last month but no envelopes have been delivered. Thank you.

    … I just want a credit card that works & doesn’t get blocked every time I use it!I’ve never had so much hassle with a bank/credit card before. Customer service seem unable to help. Really frustrating. Might just pay it off and switch providers as this is ridiculous. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk how on earth can my partner cancel his card when his phone was snatched out of his hands while using? He can't call you because lines aren't open yet and doesn't have access to the app/online banking because his phone was stolen!

    @whealie @santanderuk It's ironic that Santander keeps badgering me to go paperless yet the only way to contact them in writing is on paper since they stopped accepting messages via their website.
