@santanderuk The shocking level of customer service you are showing today is perhaps the worst I've had to deal with in a long time...

@santanderuk I’ve been trying to reach your fraud team for over an hour by phone & unfortunately neither the website or app is able to resolve my issue. Customers really shouldn’t be left waiting this long for support. Could someone please assist urgently? Thank you

Nothing says “we value you as a customer” like locking a paying customer out of their own money with zero explanation for most of a working day. @santanderukhelp @santanderuk @bancosantander

@santanderuk ... thank you so much 4 locking me out of my business account so clients cannot pay me. Nice one. I now have to wait 5 working days for your shite to allow me to be paid for work I did months ago. You are the exact reason why it is so f***ing hard to be self employed

@santanderuk No, you can’t. It won’t let me amend the standing order and never has but no one ever gives a **** to sort it out.

@santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.
