@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Charlotte, so sorry to hear what happened to you. I joined twitter to specifically to complain about Santander. I’ve had compensation in the past due to their terrible security but had no idea its this bad. @santanderuk you need to address this urgently. Meantime, app deleted😡

@Neil_Buchanan @santanderuk Quite a surprising decision from the bank, most are signed up to a code that will refund fraud as long as the customer hasn't been negligent in the fraud. Can't see how her situation falls under that. Would 100% complain, wait on final response then go to Financial Ombusdman.

@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk TSB take fraud of their customers very seriously. They pay back 93% of all customer frauds. Most other high st banks are under 45%.

@stillawake @santanderuk Many decades ago I remember the security ‘expert’ from Barclaycard telling the police (my clients were in PS for cloning credit cards) that it was impossible. Well clients managed it very well. Stole (inside job) credit card counterfoils from a restaurant. Banks always say No.

@MorganBroadcast Sorry to hear about this. My back at @LloydsBank managed to refund the fraud to me when I got scammed - a much better service than @santanderuk who appear to be on another side (not their customer‘s)
