    @CStewart_CS @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I work in financial services and it's not uncommon to be on hold for over an hour. Our staff wear headsets so they can carry on working while waiting for the phone to get answered or we'd lose hours of the day. Theyll blame covid but it's been poor for a lot longer!

    Come on @santanderuk ! Treat your customers fairly by not making us wait for over an hour on the phone, cutting us off, having no call-back service, then making it impossible to book an appointment in a branch! #badcustomerservice

    @santanderuk what a joke!!do you actually have any staff working today! I called at 8.00 am call was answered then transferred the wait was so long you cut me off & now I’m on hold again…… trying to send Ute a house purchase !! Diabolical

    @santanderuk terrible service. Tried to withdraw cash. Went to 2 branches closed. Customer service appalling. 3 calls due to being cut off. 4 hours later no cash. Adviser could not get an answer from a branch I suggested. “I can’t help you” still ringing in my ears!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Why is it impossible to talk to anyone on your phone line or via the utterly useless website bot if you're not already an account holder? Trying to help my father open a new account and the bot can't answer even a really basic question.
