    @Hysterix92 @santanderuk Thank you I just hit my limit time and time again cos the steam feels never ending the slurs from the same people saying everyone suffers with MH. Im lucky I have a lot of good friends and people I follow on here that support me but its still gets hard.

    @santanderuk Requested this charge to be waived as a goodwill gesture due to my incapacity. Rejected! Tomorrow, I will pay balance in full on credit in full then cancel all accounts my wife and myself hold. What a way to treat a customer of some 40 years!

    @santanderuk Is the worst bank in the world and they absolutely love to discriminate against the disabled. They are keeping me trapped in the hell of the financial ruin they put me in and refuse to help me back out of because I'm disabled. #ableism #discrimination #finance

    @santanderuk Really thinking about moving over to you as @Barclays bank has been terrible there no incentives and customer chat on app is awful also waiting on a case with ombudsman about them.

    @santanderuk my brother has been victim of fraud, money drained from his account. Santander refuse to help. Shocking!!! Nothing to stop it from keep happening even after the bank are notified!!! Help!!!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I’ve been on hold for over an hour now after a credit card transaction was denied due to security. What is going on? You’re closing branches and making people use telephone and internet banking but failing in service. Considering moving bank

    @santanderuk is it normal to be kept on hold for over an hour and half to be put through to customer services....exasperated doesn't even get close to how I feel!!!!!
