@santanderuk What a bunch of useless, unprofessional little girls you have in your Bognor branch and call centres. Utterly useless and negative customer service. I will be their first thing tomorrow and you will resolve my complain immediately by closure of the relevant account or else.

Also v worrying (if predictable) to see that the cost of living crisis is now “content” for the fraudsters. Purchase scams, fake loans and false energy help texts are rife, says @UKFtweets Great that @NatWestGroup and @santanderuk have made fraud prevention ads - more please!

@santanderuk u advertise 2 help put astop 2scammers but my account got hacked &even though it was from a very dodgy site udidn’t pick up on it!!! I’m on the phone now trying 2sort it currently waiting to speak to a 3rd person I have been trying 2 sort it 4 nearly an hour now 😡

Hey @santanderuk , can you please stop blocking my banking access because I'm trying to move money into a savings account? This is twice in 2 days, now I won't be able to use my accounts until next week. You shouldn't be flagging every transaction as fraud. Shocking service.
