    @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

    @santanderuk I am a very disappointed customer … holding on for more than 15 mins listening to a very annoying message and terrible holding music, to report a suspected fraudulent text from you! Unacceptable and poor service! Should at least offer a call back service

    @santanderuk YOU ARE DELIBERATELY STOPPING ME FROM INVESTING. I HAVE PASSED YOUR FIRST SECURITY TEST AND THE SECOND SECURITY TEST TWICE AND YOU STILL ARE REFUSING TO PAY WHAT I REQUESTED. I AM ALSO 15 MINUTES HOLDING ON FOR A REPLY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS NOT SERVICE.

    @santanderuk I had a current account with you last year and I left to go to first direct. If I transferred back to yourselves, would I qualify for the incentive and is there a timescale on being a previous customer where I wouldn’t be entitled to the incentive?

    @santanderuk U have become useless bank, I go to website for contacts for mortgage- no phone number, digital assistant is a waste of time, i come to branch- no one to help, i want to use secure messaging- it was removed for some reason, why I am paying monthly fee for?

    @KevC_Derby @santanderuk Im still waiting for my payment. I meant more recently. Nationwide have been my only bank since a teenager and always been fine but then last few months the app seems to crash a lot or have some issue. Hopefully it gets fixed. Haha that £140 is tempting!

    @marshalla99 @VirginMoney Since Virgin took over, the service and app has gone ridiculously poor. Need to change banks. My @santanderuk is perfect in comparison!

    @santanderuk While I appreciate the efforts to protect my account from potential fraud by blocking access to my mobile banking. I don't appreciate phoning persistently for two full days now and not yet being able to speak to anyone to unblock my account! I need this resolved

    @santanderuk told them that she is struggling no matter that i broke down on the phone they just kept asking her and me stupid questions even when i said we dont know how long she has they said can she come into a branch. Even when i said no she cant she has cancer she can’t
