@Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

@TfL You wanted the location of #SantanderBike last night but it is still lying (No 17519) in our block. Few countries are advertising for these bikes. Maybe @SadiqKhan's siblings will find out how much they pay, and export them! @santanderuk

@santanderuk looks to be having serious problems. Designing access to funds from official government sources and accusing receiving customers of Fraud. Not good. And IT failures on top. More like serious money flow problems. Glad I am not with Santandar

@santanderuk I just spent the last half an hour on the phone - 1st time I called it got cut off after waiting. Then 2nd time waited - customer service picked up and the phone cut off!

@santanderuk I called your call centre to raise a complaint and your advisor hung up on me! I am NOT happy. Service with your company is always horrendous. I want someone to call me asap.
