  @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

  I NEED HELP. @santanderuk has completely locked me out of my bank account and is telling me I need to go back to England to show my ID or get a power of attorney. I need to apply for my lease but I don't have access to my online banking to get a bank statement.

  @santanderuk After being defrauded, Santander has blocked my attempts to get my money back. I’m being bombarded with consistent, slickly-worded AI emails threatening me about my overdraft now.They talk about 'support' in their emails while doing the exact opposite in reality

  @santanderuk tell me? What is the point of having a branch with no counter service with a fancy pants refurbishment and having to send costumers to already overstretched @PostOffice to do basic banking!

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk hello . Why have you stopped giving business account alerts when large credits are made to accounts? Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!

  I was told yesterday that it takes upto three working days for someone to get back to you from @santanderuk regards a complaint on my account caused by a member of staff making a mistake. What great service
