    @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

    @santanderuk @IoCoding @TechUpWomen Instead of virtue signalling get the basics right! telephoning the service is bordering on useless. wait times in excess of 50 mins the other day and still no answer! staff giving incorrect info! local branches closed! sort it out!!!!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I cannot access my investment hub and am given a number to phone. The phone message gives the usual excuse on being very busy and tells me to go to the website. The website gives me a number to phone. Do you want the business or not?

    @santanderuk @IoCoding @TechUpWomen No any other help needed. Over one hour wait to talk to someone on customer service said all. Waiting for my new Appoitment to open a new account with a different bank and close my Santander account!
