    @santanderuk My card has not been working for 6 days. Now it says on my online account I have no debit cards associated with my account. So I cant even order a new one. What is going on?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I've been trying to get through on the phones all day. I had a pending refund that has now disappeared without crediting account. During all these issues. How do I speak to someone to get I sorted!?

    Why is @santanderuk still showing branches on their website as open, when in fact they’re permanently closed? I had a fruitless and frustrating visit to the Strand today which was a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
