    @robertsimms @santanderuk Coincidence, I’ve just had a message from a friend of mine who works for Santander to say he had the most horrible customer on the phone about 3 hours ago who was complaining non-stop so he passed him around 4 of his colleagues for 1.5 hours

    DO NOT use @santanderuk for your mortgage. Errors happen but they take weeks to remedy them and show NO urgent @santanderukhelp are unprofessional. @santanderuk cost vendors money when they make mistakes and ruin house moves and sales
