    @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬

    @santanderuk why are you emailing me whenever I spend on my credit card...YOUVE USED 90% OF YOUR LIMIT..... yes!! I kno!!! Its my card, its for using, as long as I pay it every month wtf do you care ? Infuriating . Stop it or i'll switch away

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @uniiqverse @santanderuk Don’t move to nationwide , worst customer service ever , messed my move dates up , just horrible people to deal with if you can get past the bot
