    @santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you

    This is torture for old people. It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil

    @santanderuk what the hell is happening with Cahoot? Just opened an account and it has opened 19 accounts and still going? Had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to close the first 9 down but have now given up. Very stressful and concerned about a scam

    @santanderuk hey Santander. Why does it take so long for your security dept to reply??? On Friday tried for 40 minutes and now already for 30 minutes. What is the problem???
