@santanderuk so despite cancelling this subscription and putting it in writing to you in JANUARY and two phone calls - NOW TV are still taking money each month. Waste of time trying to get this sorted. Bad service 🤬🤬😡😡

@santanderuk awful service. Kept waiting ages and then (again) told I will be transferred to someone who will help. Put back into the waiting queue for ages. Payments repeatedly stopped and no help from the bank. What am I to do

leaving @santanderuk after 33 of personal and business banking with them. Their service today was diabolical and no one seems interested to hear about it (ie no reply to phone or live chat and no email address provided to complain). I'm off!

@santanderuk 3rd time in 2 months you've locked me out of my own account. You then expect me to sit on hold for hours to fix it. You have forced me to take my personal and business finances elsewhere.

@santanderuk "I'm very sorry to keep you waiting, please carry on holding and I'll put you through to someone as soon as I can" Listening to that for hours is torture, actually makes me want to off myself. I have to listen because my issue can't be resolved at the bank. 1/2

@santanderukhelp As I say, I will be taking it further once I have the transcript to the call. You obviously treat a lot of customers poorly with your low customer service rating. @santanderuk need to do better, much better.

@santanderuk 55 minutes on hold currently and counting. My card is blocked and I’m unable to get through, every time I try to call I’m kept on hold for 30+ mins! Online no help and branch directs me to phone. How am I supposed to solve this?!
