    Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!

    @santanderuk #santander can you image a bank with no customer service support? Send messages in the app, but donโ€™t let you upload information. From a customer who went through advanced security for my last transaction ๐Ÿคฏ

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @santanderuk Iโ€™ve been trying to reach your fraud team for over an hour by phone & unfortunately neither the website or app is able to resolve my issue. Customers really shouldnโ€™t be left waiting this long for support. Could someone please assist urgently? Thank you

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Visited your Northumberland St, Newcastle branch today to deposit some cash. Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up ๐Ÿคฌ Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.
