@santanderuk I found the debit card of one of your customers. I tried to call to let you know (do the right thing you know) and your phone lines make me hold for 10mins to try and fail to report the card. Thank God I don’t bank with you myself! Awful service

Top job @santanderuk! Let me send a secure message via online banking, then send an email to say the service is no longer available. Send the same message to the online chat, to which the bot replied “I’m not sure I understand” Ask to speak to an agent, “Sorry, none available” 😒

Been on the phone to @santanderuk for over 90mins so far, wondering if they are always this bad, or it's down to people working from home. Can't imagine how anyone can contact them when they don't happen to be on holiday!

The customer service person on the phone (after about an hour of calls) couldn’t help me they said they didn’t know what to do. I’ve been with Barclays all my life. Maybe it’s time to change. I wonder if @santanderuk would like my business.
