@santanderuk Locked out of my account trying to move money to another of my accounts. Apparently that is suspicious. Maybe don't allow the transaction, but block account? I need to do other banking tasks. Suggestions please.

Just tried registering for online banking @santanderuk. Not only would the website not let me but the helpline it told me to phone is no longer in use and when I eventually got through to a human he put the phone down on me! Thinking of closing my accounts now.

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@santanderuk online booking is so frustrating. Does anyone suffer same problem with santander. Cannot pay any large amounts online and can't even set up a standing order online... poor old fashioned set up!

@santanderuk usual shambles in the Doncaster branch. Huge queue of people needing the counter, only 2 staff there. At least 5 floor walkers asking if anyone not need the counter. Get behind the till and sort your poor service out numpties

Just gonna have to take a deep breath, and let all that money leave my account, I can afford it but, it’s gonna hurt seeing it all leave at once, and @santanderuk better not block the payment like they did last time 😭
