    @santanderuk I've had a complaint open with you since March. You have admitted liability but still not resolved the issue. You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!
