    @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

    Update day 7 @santanderuk have proved they are a joke of a bank and allowed a company @AirFranceUK @airfrance to take money out of my account for a service (flights)not provide any flights or confirmation regarding flights but because its not the banks money they are ok with it

    @santanderuk hi, Inhave been on the phone for 29 minutes listening to music and you have just cut me off. I am trying to sort out an account for a 95 year old man. Are you being deliberately unhelpful or is this your normal customer service?

    @santanderuk It takes forever to take a photo the app accepts. I'm starting to whoever designed it hates Santander. I only keep the account for receiving and paying cheques. There's no point sending a DM as I can't see what you could do. Please just tell the relevant person to fix it. Thanks.
