Problem with @santanderuk STILL not resolved (Mortgage offer issued on WRONG address 10/11/21). Complaint handler @santanderukhelp has escalated. We are considering our options now, not least because this has exacerbated my anxiety issues & triggered IBS.

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.
