@santanderuk I’m not having a good day! Froze my cards whilst on holiday, unfroze yesterday, but they are still Frozen 🥶 Spoke to Customer Services, who say there is no restrictions on my cards, they don’t know what’s happened…….Meanwhile, I have no CARDS send help

@santanderuk can't get through to anyone about text messages I have received today. Phone service says "an internal error has occurred please try calling back later" and online chat says "there are no agents available". Whats going on? should I be worried about my money?

It amazes me that traditional banks are still around. My new @santanderuk card. The letter says use vertual assistant to activate. It tells me to log in. 15 mins on the phone, lady tells me I can't log in because I dont have account details. #incompetent

@santanderuk reminder that this bank sided with fraudsters that stole money from my account after stealing my phone. Rather than believing a customer for 9 years with proof of a crime reference. Do not bank with @santanderukhelp they don’t care about you
