@MartinSLewis I have never seen you cover the distressing subject of frozen bank accounts, eg @santanderuk block the online bank accounts of vulnerable pensioners who need access to their pension money and cannot follow the bank's ID demand to go to a branch in person to unblock, due to Covid.

Awful difficulties trying to openan account with @santanderuk Endless emails and requests which are duplicated. Timeouts on uploads and ONE hour waits on the phone !

Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Still waiting after 45 mins for someone to discuss the mishandling of a complaint. It appears you’re all too shy to speak to me & a very junior customer service advisor is having no luck in encouraging someone senior to take the call. Oh dear.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp During the height of lockdown in the UK , due to being made unemployed, my account went into an unarranged overdraft ,by around £10 to which I am now being charged £349 for, is there any help can give to lower or help clear this, Greatly Appreciated!

Appalling service from @santanderuk Wigston. told to wait for cust servs. Waited 40+mins. A lady who has literally walked in got sorted. When we advised the man of this he basically said ‘no one told me’ & to wait & carried on with lady who just walked in! #awfulservice

@santanderuk Hello. Your online banking sign up page is not working. Tells me all fields marked '*' must be completed, and they are. Various browsers across desktop and mobile tried. You'd think an automated smoke test pack would pick this up. Not a great new user experience.
