Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

Sick Side (@SickSide3) reported@santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!

artertis (@Artertis) reported@santanderuk is the worst student bank account, i had transferred my current account last week and i was told i will get my rail card in 5 working days but its been more than that and i still haven’t got anything from them and i have tried to contact them but its awful service
