    @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Just checked with @santanderuk and they say there’s no way of disabling the pin reminder in the app. WTF?!!!!

    @MorganBroadcast So sorry this happened to you. As soon as you take @santanderuk and @virginactiveuk to the cleaners (because they are definitely at fault), move your account. They sound terrible!

    @MorganBroadcast That’s truly awful. @santanderuk needs evidence that you compromised your own PIN security. Sounds very unlikely that you did! Note: is there a way for a thief to have a PIN reset sent to your phone (& was this done?), or even to remind you of your PIN in the App? (Some apps do)

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK The bank should be speaking to the police and the fact that other people suffered in the same way as you means there's some kind of sophisticated criminal enterprise, and obviously you've not given your PIN out. I can't imagine how **** this must feel.

    @MorganBroadcast I’m appalled by the way @santanderuk have dealt with this. And even more appalled by the fact that their app shows my PIN number. Off to move banks to one with a) better security and b) better customer service. Heard good things about @StarlingBank
