    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk when an elderly disabled housebound person needs help to get logged into your app and the nearest branch is 20 miles away, why do you not provide support to visit at home?

    @santanderuk Still awaiting meaningful contact or resolution from Santander regarding my fraud case after 13 calls in one week and repeated requests for vulnerable customer support while stranded in Hungary without access to funds. Despite being told somebody would contact me.

    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.
