    @santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. They’ll just take your money and block your bank and do nothing about it for a week so if you’re thinking about opening the account for convenience, please don’t because all it’s gonna do is cause agro

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    I have written "GBP Sterling Only" after the amount on every cheque I have ever written in the UK, and for the first time today, since first having a current account (Chequebook) aged 16 to now, I am 60, the @DVLAgovuk has rejected a cheque saying I have "it is competed incorrectly" stating that wording is not permitted and prevents them from accepting it as a valid form of payment. I have checked with @santanderuk and they said it is completely fine. In 44 years, it has not been an issue, and I think rather than the DVLA being so judgmental and making accusations that are false, they should be honest and say our preference is....
