    @santanderuk Boilerplate repetition of the same ambiguous message is not useful. Why is a major bank experiencing such issues with a fundamental aspect of their business for DAYS? It's highly concerning.

    Has anyone had money disappear from their @santanderuk account since they had this whole MasterCard problem? I noticed money is missing today called them up and they said they can’t see what’s happened and I think it’s safe to say it’s time to move on to another bank.

    @santanderuk loan headline rate = 3.0%. Rate offered on website during application = 3.0%. Actual rate buried under pages and pages of fine print in the contract = 10.9%. This is just the kind of sharp practice @TheFCA needs to crack down on.
