@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Terrible service..doing a house renovation. Told Sant (joint account). First new payment, blocked. 30mins on hold to unblock. Next payment, blocked. Wouldn't unblock over phone (40mins hold) told to go in branch. Not possible. Changing banks

@santanderukhelp Not a huge amount of help. @santanderuk perhaps you will do something to correct the unavailable number on the error screen. That might stop vulnerable customers being hijacked on this channel? I will give my business to someone who actually offers some meaningful support.

@santanderuk Had several credit card payments declined, and a live chat agent advised your Security team had blocked it, asked me to call Credit Cards. Credit Cards agent advised Santander credit cards are just “not working”. No issues announced on here. What is going on?
