    @santanderuk RIDICULOUS. Im currently traveling Asia and can’t access any money in my ISA. You claim to be ‘accessible’ and for everyone but this is not the case. Your help pages keep telling me to ‘call up’ or ‘visit a local branch’ which is impossible. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO

    Trying to obtain a refund from a seller that supplied goods not fit for purpose @santanderuk I believe they are stalling so as to run down the clock. Should I inform them I will make a s.75 claim if they do not refund the money forthwith? Should they be entitled to any time?

    @santanderuk the rewards system now is so more complicated. If you kept it the same before as “click to activate”, you don’t have to mess around going to each website. You knew they were on when you shopped.

    @santanderuk Hi wonder if you can help! If you pay someone from your Santander account for doing a job(paying for a service) that’s Not been completed can you ask you the bank to get involved and ask for the money back… as this trades person is not coming back

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp what has my credit card got to do with my current account/savings and other accounts which I have been using with no problem for over a year? Customer service just said wait we don’t know how long but you are going to have to wait? Bills need paying!

    @santanderuk shocked and broken that you have mucked me about for a month on my mortgage misinforming on how to apply online in branch or FAX! I have now broken the chain and will lose my house as you tell me it takes 5 days to register a fax Beware customer service nonexistent
