    @santanderuk The message was sent sometime before 9am this morning - still nothing. Why get in touch with a customer if they havenโ€™t reviewed the complaint already??

    @DrChrisParry @santanderuk I left them over a year ago now and joined NationWide. Santander are a joke and their staff become derogatory even when you point their errors out or even if you need the slightest bit of help.

    @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but itโ€™s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it wonโ€™t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949
