@santanderuk So what were the issues ? What caused it ? Was it the same as the outage in May ? Think of the embarrassment for people in shops not able to pay...it's not just about compensation for charges you know. What others banks have had 2 major outages in 6 months ?

@santanderuk It’s still not working for online payments / not good Santander - terrible service. It needs to be addressed and it seems it’s MasterCard - they should be held accountable for this ! People need their money and for it to work. I rang yesterday I was told to keep trying !!

@santanderuk This is getting a bit of a joke now, it’s not a one off event now, how can we be confident our money is even safe with you’re struggling this bad to sort this issue out, an issue you’ve had not too long ago.

@santanderuk I've had a large payment (rent!) come out twice this morning my landlord can only see 1 payment and my confirmation email & sms only show 1 payment, could this be part of the ongoing issues or something else?
