    @santanderuk All my card payments have been rejected. Website status says card payments not affected. This is untrue

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk not able to access my money or account. So embarrassing when at a till to try and pay for food shop. Why has this happened again? May need to consider moving accounts after this. No updates or apologies and can’t get through on the phone #shocking

    @santanderuk @TheFCA are you going to do something about this. Keeps happening and poor customer contact from Santander. We Can’t use cards/transfers or do anything!!! Unacceptable @santanderuk
