    @santanderuk so after 39 minutes of thinking if I had a pound for everytime I heard "sorry to keep you waiting...", now you're just ringing out but still no answer after 45 minutes & before you say it, no, I can't resolve my issue online!

    @santanderuk I transferred money from my Santander to my Halifax account an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived! I need this money urgently, can you please tell me if their is an issue?
