    This is torture for old people. It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

    @santanderuk your chat facility is terrible. It just send you to a messaging service and then no one replies. You would think trying to get help paying off your balance would be easy but two days later I have had no contact and the app isn’t working

    @santanderuk Bloody awful in branch service. One teller on. One transaction has taken 20 mins... Queue of 8... Pathetic.

    @santanderuk branch in Oxford. More like a coffee shop than a branch. Directed upstairs to wait and left for ages. This does not add value to the end customer. Wtf have you done? 🤔🙄😔😡

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk I need some help. I have been rejected for a basic bank account but by law you after accept me underpayment account regulation 2015 you are designated by HM treasury and must offer a basic account I fit the criteria can somebody help me with this inquiry

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯
