    @santanderukhelp Well it's now over 2 weeks since my card was blocked causing inconvenience and embarrassment & still no contact from @santanderuk nor no paperwork to sign (new card received). Appalling service. Please escalate, again.

    I really don't understand how the @santanderuk customer service line has been open since 8am..so 12 minutes...yet here I am sitting on a 9 minute hold..

    @santanderuk Your online service is increasingly unreliable. Logged in to set up a new payee, but part way through got a message saying online banking is unavailable. Logged in again, repeated the above, but after four attempts hadn't received an OTP, so cancelled the payment.

    I feel sorry for customers of @santanderuk @santanderukhelp when they refuse to help if you refuse to register for online banking. @financialombuds

    Todays customer service award goes to @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 30 minutes to get through and then get cut off. I remember when call centres were useful, now it seems every large company is incapable of running them.

    @santanderuk tried to use your phone contact service today Monday 21 March at 7.45pm. supposed to be open 8am to 8pm the answer was a recorded we are closed reply. Poor service
