  @santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

  @TakeFive @santanderuk Santander are the biggest cause of FRAUD!! In Britain. After the first credit crunch in 2010. Your bank was the only one not caught up in it But use jumped on the interest rate hike!And basically force your mortgage customer into Bankruptcy,losing their Homes or worst their lives

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp My elderly aunt who now lives abroad, cannot access her uk account to make transactions using internet banking and all your phone numbers seem to have been disconnected. She desperately needs to make a transfer. Please help!!

  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk How do I complain please, I keep a spare £10 in your bank for Emergencys go to use it today and transfer to my card and your stupid app just keeps throwing silly error messages using containing the word "oops" and that the "Server is not responding"
