@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple

@santanderuk This is the first time I have ever had an issue with @santanderuk Just went to checkout my online Tesco shop for delivery tomorrow & I am unable to. I rely on my shopping being delivered as I am disabled & housebound. I really hope this issue is resolved in the next hour😡
