@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

@santanderukhelp To add insult to injury, the reissued mortgage is £43 a month more than it was! I absolutely can not wait to get away from @santanderuk and I've technically only been a customer since Wednesday! Absolute SCUM!

@ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

@santanderuk its not normal bank checks when iv passed security 4 times and after every attempt to transfer it blocks again and then wait over an hour everytime to try and unblock my account. And now i cant even transfer anything out and your own team cant seem to fix the issue!

Take your money out of @santanderuk asap and move to another bank. They block your account for holding too much money and give you no reason for it. Even after passing security numerous times they still blocked all transactions. Scammers.
