Chris (@Chris_________M) reported from Bristol, England@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

Neither Santander nor the the sending bank (Royal Bank of Scotland) can locate the money or explain the problem.

Have spent 3.5 hours on the phone with 8 of your staff and am locked out of all transactions. Your service and duty of care to this customer is appalling.

claire gander (@clairegander53) reported@santanderuk Yo santander. Someone's used my card after everyone's gone home. What am I supposed to do? Your website says open 24/7 and its clearly not. So fraudsters can take note....use people's card after 6pm there's nothing anyone can do about it.
