@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

Over 2 days, when I am already beyond stressed & busy thanks to a fire that destroyed everything I have worked for over the last 10 years I have been on hold to @santanderuk to sort out a problem of their doing for 5 hours #customerservicefail 🤬

Awful service from @santanderuk when money is fraudulently stolen from a 16years old bank account. Won’t speak to parents even though authorisation given to do so and insist he calls himself in office hours - he can’t he is at school !!! #Returnhismoney

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I cannot access my investment hub and am given a number to phone. The phone message gives the usual excuse on being very busy and tells me to go to the website. The website gives me a number to phone. Do you want the business or not?

@santanderuk my daughter has had fraud on her card, over 1hr on the phone and still not resolved. Fraud should be quicker to report - help us to help you. Totally absurd
