@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderuk Objectively the worst bank in the country and should have been closed down ever since the scandal where they didn't pay out money to the customers of bereaved relatives, one doesn't expect much integrity from a bank but Santander really take the cake.

@santanderuk My husband has been on the phone trying to get through to the fraud line since 1pm this afternoon. Your service is a joke. When this has been resolved I will withdrawing all our money. And banking elsewhere. 😡😡

Well done to @santanderuk for putting additional stress on my holiday by blocking a payment to my @RevolutApp account and blocking access to my accounts. Transferring my accounts away when back (if we get away as currently can't pay my hotel)
