If banks really want customers to go paperless, they need to put ALL their statements online, not just those since the customer went paperless. Otherwise customers have to stick to printed statements, or go back and forth from online to print. @CooperativeBank @santanderuk @mbna

@TfL You wanted the location of #SantanderBike last night but it is still lying (No 17519) in our block. Few countries are advertising for these bikes. Maybe @SadiqKhan's siblings will find out how much they pay, and export them! @santanderuk
