Hey @santanderuk i know your lines are really busy (insufficiently staffed) and i know your web site says there's a form there (but there isn't , really is there ) Other then going into town to see the clerk is there a way you can send me the form to dispute a payment. Thanks

@santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

Praise where it's due... fabulous chap called Barry in the Complaints Department @santanderuk sorted out my ranting exasperation with 100% exemplary customer service. Make him head of the Bank of England to take care of the **** show of shoddy service & disappearing branches!

@MartinSLewis @GMB I’m being forced to pay over £2,000 by @santanderuk to exit a mortgage that only has 3 months to run to term. I’ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and I’m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

@santanderuk is taking 10 days to decide if trey will “grant me” access to my own money. I won’t be able to pay my rent because Santander does not allow to access my account. Great security policy!!!

I thought opening a savings account was pretty simple and fast but @santanderuk really are slow. I applied on the 15/10/22 with an email I’ll be contacted in 3 working days. I did get that email saying there was a delay….I’m still waiting for an account 🙄

@santanderuk u advertise 2 help put astop 2scammers but my account got hacked &even though it was from a very dodgy site udidn’t pick up on it!!! I’m on the phone now trying 2sort it currently waiting to speak to a 3rd person I have been trying 2 sort it 4 nearly an hour now 😡
