    @santanderuk I have had a Santander account for almost 10 years. The local branch has closed down, the monthly fee has increased and cash back perks dwindled to none. If you pay me £130 its possible I’ll stay with you..?

    @santanderuk virtually impossible to make a profit since they slashed all the rates. OK if you are as wealthy as Ant and Dec though.

    @santanderuk You used to pay 3% interest for £5 monthly fee, now it’s 0.3% for £4 fee - hardly customer focused! Maybe if you stopped paying Ant and feckin’ Dec our previous interest. . . .they’re enough to make anyone go elsewhere!

    Trying to open an account for my teenager is an absolute nightmare. @santanderuk you’re service is an absolute joke. How many times do I need to download information and how many different ones do you need when already should be on your database as an existing customer!

    @santanderuk Best thing I’ve done is switching off Santander. The worst customer service ever. Booked two appointments at branch to then be told no one is available! Hang up on me and they take monthly fees for literally doing nothing!

    @santanderuk No thanks you shut mine down hadn’t used in a while. Still had some money in a account. The staff on the counter were not even interested. You never even had a staff out branch front 😡

    @santanderuk I’ve been with you for years Santander, please can I claim the £130, why treat new customers with £130 then kick your very loyal customers in the teeth. Also your customer service is disgusting
