    @santanderuk @TSB You now have an even bigger bank with more customers that have to wait 3-5 working days for an email to clear. 2025 and they can’t process an email any quicker than that. Don’t make the mistake of banking with these incompetent people.

    @wideawake_media I had issues with Royal Bank of Scotland so I moved my account. Banks are generally crap. Obviously @santanderuk are a sh!t bank with poor customer services

    Imagine not being able to get your medication for your disability because @santanderuk decided to block your bank 6 days ago regardless of having the documents they asked for same day. Lazy scamming disgusting company

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    I’m so stressed. My bank account is blocked because @santanderuk sucks, OnlyFans website is extremely slow right now and my bank statements aren’t accessible. Just… amazing

    @AskVirginMoney It didn't. I rang the number, it said to fill in the form online and to wait 30 days. Why are you so terrible with service? @NatWestGroup @santanderuk want a new customer?
