    Update day 7 @santanderuk have proved they are a joke of a bank and allowed a company @AirFranceUK @airfrance to take money out of my account for a service (flights)not provide any flights or confirmation regarding flights but because its not the banks money they are ok with it

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

    @santanderuk All accounts cancelled and moved today. Credit issue for no apparent reason. An absolute disgrace and terrible customer service response ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ™ˆ

    If you're thinking of banking with Santander for your business - DON'T They recently put their standard account fees UP by 42.5 % Hey @santanderuk, enjoy losing another business customer.

    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. ๐Ÿ‘
