    @santanderuk On line course, you need to go on one or hire someone with IT knowledge first. Preferably used to getting apps and websites working. Poor

    @santanderuk absolutely FUMING. Your app is down. Tried to log onto to online banking to make an urgent transaction but it’s asking me to log into the app to authenticate! I wouldn’t have try on my laptop if your app wasn’t down 😤😤😤

    @santanderuk is there a problem with the app , it’s taking forever to load , then can’t display accounts , then saying no internet connection re try , this is me and my son , we both connected to wifi
