@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

@santanderuk need urgent help. My friend has LOST his bank card and phone today at blackpool beach. He knows his log in details but cant log in on my phone because you need to text his phone... Ive tried calling to cancel it and no answer. Call me urgently 07752314604

@santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

@santanderuk such a shame to hear that #shawlands branch in Glasgow is closing soon. Was in branch this morning and service is always tremendous (thanks to heather this morning for getting card back to me 👍)
