    Well thanks @santanderukhelp @santanderuk another 40 minutes holding. When I got to number one in the queue no answer for 15 minutes. No other way to contact you. Very frustrated and upset as need help immediately. In USA so can’t get to a branch 😡

    @santanderuk fuming! Tried to book flights and my card has been blocked and all access online banking blocked . Call centres closed . Now flights have doubled in price . Raging!

    @santanderuk UTTERLY useless - the only way to report a lost or stolen card is through the Mobile App, but what if you lost your phone? Use the website? No - logging in to that needs to you to authenticate with the Mobile App. Stupidity!!!

    @timex Though @santanderuk, this could be your problem too. I am finding quite a few merchants online don't accept my Mastercard debit card. This is unacceptable, I think I have to change banks.

    @santanderukhelp I signed for the fixed 5 yrs. but now, no one wants to speak to me. It's @santanderuk fault. I have lodged a #complaint. I havnt received a call from your complaints team. I desperately need support from you!

    @santanderuk Good afternoon, I've just tried to make an appointment at your St Andrews Street branch, Cambridge. I've been told next available appointment isn't for 11 days. Trying to help my daughter open student current account online but your website won't let us complete. @antanddec help!
