    Just saying I hate will you record your voice or wait 35 minutes to get through to an Indian working from home @santanderuk please go to our app where we won’t reply for 24 hours is the epitome of everything I hate about modern Britain. @antanddec **** your *****.

    @santanderuk branch in Oxford. More like a coffee shop than a branch. Directed upstairs to wait and left for ages. This does not add value to the end customer. Wtf have you done? 🤔🙄😔😡

    @santanderuk Still awaiting meaningful contact or resolution from Santander regarding my fraud case after 13 calls in one week and repeated requests for vulnerable customer support while stranded in Hungary without access to funds. Despite being told somebody would contact me.

    @santanderuk I will hopefully not be going back for a long time - reason why bank stores are on the decline when you don’t receive any customer service in store people won’t use them

    @santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly
