    @santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me

    CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @MartinSLewis @santanderuk offered me a cash Isa with a nice perk of an evoucher. They then don't send out the log in details in their own time limit and then stop the promotion so I don't get the evoucher... Investigate this please

    @santanderuk when an elderly disabled housebound person needs help to get logged into your app and the nearest branch is 20 miles away, why do you not provide support to visit at home?

    @santanderuk have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, quick enough to take your money but not one person wants to help you on the phone…shambles

    @JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK It's quite alright Presumably my @SantanderUK account will be refunded for the missing 🍟chips so all's well that ends well It's worth mentioning that the printed 🧾 receipts attached to the delivered package indicate not insignificant printing 🖨 problems Some information absent
