    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up ๐Ÿคฌ Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

    @santanderuk I need some help. I have been rejected for a basic bank account but by law you after accept me underpayment account regulation 2015 you are designated by HM treasury and must offer a basic account I fit the criteria can somebody help me with this inquiry
