Vulnerable customer-I'm extremely ill I've been in hospital my accounts have been given to my dad as I'm Schizophrenic. @santanderuk no alert Vulnerable customer a month later- "please remove my poa from acc @santanderuk ok, no cross ref or due diligence-allows 300k to be spent.

@santanderuk We still have issues thanks to this The industry and government are taking steps to make online transactions even more secure and have introduced new checks and controls. It means banks can only accept online card payments that have been processed in line with these new measures

10 days waiting for @santanderuk to unblock my account even though I have passed all their financial tests 5 times over. Surely I should have access to my own money. They tell me I have a case worker but I've still had no communication from them. #poorcustomerservice

@santanderuk appalling service regarding foreign cheques and help. Will need to wait 6 weeks for money to go in and £10 fee taken well in advance and having to send cheque off ourselves. Definitely changing banks when money finally paid in. Their service has gone well down
