If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

@santanderuk are built on a load of lies - lie to the customer, lie to save face, gaslight the customer and tell them it is the customers fault, or Royal Mail's fault, or the strikers fault. 25 years i have been with you - i advise people to leave this bank

@santanderuk saw the tweet about the other guy spending 2 hours on phone. Similar experience to mine. I must say I have been with TSB and never experienced issue. Your payment system on app doesn’t work and complaints team are the worst. @bancosantander why is your bank so bad?

@santanderuk what’s going on with your annoying website? For weeks now when I use business banking it logs me off constantly. I log in then boots me off. My partner has same problem. What’s that about? It’s tax day for goodness sake.
