    @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

    @santanderuk my 15yr old son is trying to open a mini current account online but you keep asking for two forms of ID. He has sent his passport but doesn’t own a driving licence or tax return letter. Please help

    @NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

    @santanderuk Unbelievably appalling customer service! Trying to make a telephone banking transaction just hung on for 15mins waiting for someone to answer the call! Disgraceful!

    Wow @santanderuk first impressions are really not impressive for my 13 year old looking to start his current account banking journey.Rejecting his ID when we've followed the advice of your advisors & the email saying so quoting different ID to that provided. Poor service already

    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    with helping re my old car which was broken due to a manufacturing defect which no one assumed liability for!! If you’re thinking of fincane for anything, would definitely stay well away from @santanderuk !!

    @santanderuk need urgent help. My friend has LOST his bank card and phone today at blackpool beach. He knows his log in details but cant log in on my phone because you need to text his phone... Ive tried calling to cancel it and no answer. Call me urgently 07752314604

    @NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.
