    @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk I will hopefully not be going back for a long time - reason why bank stores are on the decline when you don’t receive any customer service in store people won’t use them

    @HalifaxBank “UK property market cooling is short term” @michaeljburry where I have heard that before? is there another ‘big short’ in play? Who’s playing the short? I feel problems for liquidity with @santanderuk coming 2027 with there combined credit and mortgage products.
