    @santanderuk All I want is my personal id - to try and log in - can’t use it if I cannot log in. Your chat id diabolical and feels like youve gone cheap on development where it foesnt understand basic info

    @santanderuk why are you asking me for my passport, employer details and money paid in from my employer and threatening to stop my bank app from working. If for one second my app doesn't work how it should I will close my account. You know all of the information already

    CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

    @santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

    @santanderuk I have tried phoning and have sent a few emails and still no response. Please please can someone give me a message. My account is locked and I need to be able to access it asap

    @santanderuk 45 minutes wait - so far - on your fraud line. Employ some staff will you. This is an abysmal level of 'service'.
