    @santanderuk your wait times are utterly dreadful. This is supposed rto be modern banking - but I have been ol hold for pover 25 minutes. Terrible.

    @santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

    @santanderuk hello. I opened a savings account, I got the number and sort code but I cannot access it online. You sent an email asking for some documents, which I sent already, I never heard back. I'm a bit concerned about putting money in when I can't access it. Can you help?

    Wow, @santanderuk online registration for banking is a complete train wreck: weak password rules, looping web pages, broken data fields, and a nonfunctional chat engine. I think I'll just register for a different bank.

    @santanderuk what is happening with the opening of my limited eSaver account? Applied 15th October was told I’d hear from you in 3 working days. Heard nothing from you. I see you’ve now lowered the % interest rate so will I still get the original rate?

    @santanderuk Those 2 will do anything for money, as in working on absolutely inane ads such as this and other previous ones. Come on Santander sack them and your idiotic, drug addled advertising team and put out an ad that makes sense. Idiotic...!!!
