    @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

    @santanderuk so disappointed that during a period of crisis the only support you can give a loyal customer of 10+ years is to put them in to debt. Please do better.

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @LDNNI2024 @santanderuk @TSB I’ve made 2 complaints. No ref numbers for either of them and coming up for a month of no access to by online banking. They are a **** show

    @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?
