    @santanderuk Why do you keep people holding on the phone, with the explanation “ due to the current climate” you should not be short staffed having continually closed branches , why are you not recruiting in your call centres ? Your customer service is a total disgrace

    Over 2 days, when I am already beyond stressed & busy thanks to a fire that destroyed everything I have worked for over the last 10 years I have been on hold to @santanderuk to sort out a problem of their doing for 5 hours #customerservicefail 🤬

    Appalling customer service from @santanderuk! In the US on business and my card gets blocked. Make me wait for 30 minutes on hold then cut me off! I’ll be moving all my business away from you

    @santanderuk 55 minutes on hold currently and counting. My card is blocked and I’m unable to get through, every time I try to call I’m kept on hold for 30+ mins! Online no help and branch directs me to phone. How am I supposed to solve this?!

    @santanderuk ridiculous trying to get through on the phone need a fraud block taking off my card and nobody answers the phone 3 60 min call still no further forward!

    @santanderuk been on hold for 45 minutes…..is anyone working? How long is an acceptable wait? Dreadful customer service.

    @santanderukhelp As I say, I will be taking it further once I have the transcript to the call. You obviously treat a lot of customers poorly with your low customer service rating. @santanderuk need to do better, much better.

    leaving @santanderuk after 33 of personal and business banking with them. Their service today was diabolical and no one seems interested to hear about it (ie no reply to phone or live chat and no email address provided to complain). I'm off!
