    @santanderukhelp Always the same excuses but NEVER any improvement in the service! So it is clearly the choice of @santanderuk to maintain a shoddy service

    @MartinSLewis - @santanderuk have rejected my bank account switch bonus claiming my DD’s aren’t on their eligible “list”. One DD is a payment to my local council and the other is the @PostcodeLottery. Have you heard of such an issue?

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk This is more than frustration. I had ONE text asking me to confirm my details were correct, I went on the app, my details are correct, there was NOTHING to confirm & NO warning that you’d block my account & prevent me from getting MY money.
