    @bookingcom Once AGAIN I have replied to this - neither I or @santanderuk can provide you with ANY more information. You MJST have a record of this using the details you have been provided with MULTIPLE times - especially since you admitted the error 2 weeks ago and promised a refund!!!

    @santanderuk Don’t trust this bank - allows a 16 year old to go overdrawn by 51p - yes I did say 51p and then block his card even tho money was put in his account as soon as we knew. Block never lifted and he has been left stranded in another city because his card declined!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have received an email from Santander regarding fraud activity on a previous card. However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

    Trying to pay my @BcardPayments via BACS but @santanderuk wont verify the account. Sort code 40-04-15 Account 38290008 But there is no guidance as to the name Barclaycard? Barclays? HELP!

    @musicmanleeds Another friend has recommended Chase. Only problem is that it's not online, it's mobile app banking only? But, yes, I told @santanderukhelp @santanderuk that I'd be walking as I am MEGA fed up - & I've been a customer since the days of Abbey National!!!!!

    Banked @santanderuk for 15 years, now the staff say I cannot have counter service so cannot pay cash into my account! And the staff too dumb to realise they are doing themselves out of jobs by saying this! So I go to @PostOffice to pay in instead. Modern convenience my arse

    @santanderuk your "boosts" app is awful. Banking used to mean decent interest rates and be treated like a valued human. Now it's a 1% chance to win a Costa coffee every month. Really? Really??
