@santanderuk lock me out of my account, then phone me and put me on hold for 30 mins. Brilliant service!! I have hung up and now started looking at other current account providers.

Laws need to be brought in around advertising mh services like they are for finance services and if people person camt be trusted to use common sense then i think legal definitions need to be put in place for whats an illness whats a health and whats a wellbeing issue.

@EON_SE_en why have you taken over £8000 off my 75 yr old mums debit card instead of the £82 she authorised. You told her it would be put straight back two weeks ago and still nothing. Tomorrow I have told her to issue a chargeback through her bank @santanderuk

@santanderuk Requested this charge to be waived as a goodwill gesture due to my incapacity. Rejected! Tomorrow, I will pay balance in full on credit in full then cancel all accounts my wife and myself hold. What a way to treat a customer of some 40 years!

@santanderuk He is self emoyed and works every hour god sends! He has had money stolen from his account but Santander claim this isn't an issue...wtaf.
