@LizKershawDJ @santanderuk wow no cash points that is plain madness - we only have one Santander branch here for a population of 60k plus - 2 outside machines one of which is always not working properly

@LizKershawDJ @santanderuk I had the same problem. If you have a cheque book, you can use one of the slips at the back to pay in a cheque at a post office. I also now have a 20 mile round trip to access a Barclays. It’s ridiculous!

@LizKershawDJ @santanderuk Tried to lodge a cheque in Belfast twice last week. 1 branch only in a major UK city only open to 3pm daily and the only external cash machine they had was broken both times. Bye bye Santander

@santanderuk So seriously they won't let me transfer my own money out of my account. 4 hours of calls and still not sorted. It seems to me that the processes are out of control and no single point of accountability exists to rectify the issue and allow legitimate transactions to take place.
