    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    Does this happen with everyone's bank where they want you to submit documents on your address and all this other ****? I try send money to people and it says failed then accepts the 2nd time round but I can't see the money out my account. These banks are ****. @santanderuk
