@BankofScotland consider yourselves a customer down. Tried to phone to be left on hold forever so I'll drive in today and close my account and set up wit @santanderuk .... atlest they answer phones and value customers... 🖕🖕🖕

@santanderuk I have set up a direct debit to pay the balance in full which hasn’t been taken. Not able to pay online as the statement is incomplete. Santander charges me every month for it’s poor service?

@santanderuk Your fraud department is shocking. I have called twice to sort and twice no one to take the call after 20 mins on hold both times. Expect a call. Cannot access online either. Going to regulator without adequate response
