    @santanderuk I opened a cash Isa on 29th April with the plan to transfer an Isa into your account. I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a £200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court

    @gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation
