    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I have tried using the so called online re-access service which also does not work!!! This is beyond a joke. 2nd time in as many weeks. I am still on hold to endless on hold music.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk @santanderukhelp still on hold after half an hour. Absolutely shocking service! Locked out of internet banking the second time in a row in consecutive weeks. Local branch is closed when I am not working so I will have to take time off to see a real person 🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Calling the 0800 9 123 123 number and it says that I can use the live chat from mobile banking but that doesn’t work either!! @santanderuk this is the worst customer experience ever!
