@santanderuk Your performance is 0/10 You block my account then leave me hanging on phone for 30mins. You then cut me off as it is now 8pm and that’s me stuck till tomorrow morning. If I had been in a branch you wouldn’t throw customers out. Disgraceful. Not impressed
