@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Just switched to Santander, didn’t receive temporary password, rang up, placed on call for 15 mins then hung up on. Rang again and told I have to wait potentially 14 days to get letter so I can access my money. Absolute joke. Won’t be recommending

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I’d like to drop a note and say thank you to your excellent customer service agents. I called about identity theft where a fraudster had opened an account in my name. I was distressed and the agent was patient and very kind. #excellentcustomerservice

@santanderuk usual shambles in the Doncaster branch. Huge queue of people needing the counter, only 2 staff there. At least 5 floor walkers asking if anyone not need the counter. Get behind the till and sort your poor service out numpties

@santanderuk An awful company. Don’t let you pay your credit card with a debit card, force you to set up a DD. Technically they do but cunningly enough it never works. And don’t come on here saying you do because you don’t. Awful and disingenuous. Don’t become a customer.

@OctopusEnergy You have no problem taking a monthly direct debit from @santanderuk but have security concerns about putting it back? Given these security concerns, should I cancel my direct debut to be extra safe?
