    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

    @santanderuk your customer service is woeful! Hours on the phone ( mostly on hold ) I thought I had got somewhere two days ago, promised a call back with a resolution but nothing since ! You are putting an 86 year deaf customer at risk , my mother , please help.

    @santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

    @santanderuk Called back & wait time is now 20 mins 🤬 call was regarding a chargeback. It's now regarding a chargeback and a complaint. Your, your voice is your password also doesn't seem to be working 🤬

    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.
