    @santanderuk This is unacceptable the fact that online, mobile and telephone services are all down is a joke. How are customers supposed to be able to do anything when you are not there to support?

    Ok, this is getting silly now! @santanderuk I haven't been able to access my account all morning, payments won't go through! Its been 4 hours at least, can you at least give some indication of when people will be able to pay for things! #Santander

    @santanderuk It is absolutely ridiculous. As an IT person myself, whenever I am working on a database or a database driven system, I have a backup and a contingency sat there waiting to put in place if I’m unable to complete the job in the allocated time. It’s basic IT preparation!
