    Imagine not being able to get your medication for your disability because @santanderuk decided to block your bank 6 days ago regardless of having the documents they asked for same day. Lazy scamming disgusting company

    @santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk the worst banking service ever My card is damaged and ordered a new one, it’s been more then 24 hours and still I cannot access a new card for online transaction. Moreover, no proper response on the help centre as well.

    @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames I’m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I can’t access my money for “10 working days” die you bastards.
