@santanderuk Your service is getting worse! 1 hr in a queue on the phone. Totally unacceptable! Plus I wasted 1 hr trying to set up an account in your app which isn't working

@santanderuk Each time the staff at Santander say it will be Ok the next time, it hasn't. They also say they cannot do anything to process the transaction as they cannot go into the system - customer service AND fraud teams. So what do I do? 2/2

@santanderuk 3 hours and 5 minutes hanging on to speak to someone in the UK Helpdesk is a joke after hanging on 1.5 hours last week and giving up! No level of service at all - a joke!!

@santanderuk I closed an account two years ago only to notice that it is still open? Calls are recorded so I know I was told the account was closed. I don’t even bank with you and just called up again to cancel it. 25 minutes later you just cut the call off? Ridiculous service!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I help my 85 yo dad manage his money. I can see £3500 on the Santander app in their account but yesterday & today, after taking taxis to the branch they told him he has £101..! That's worried him to death and he and his 80 yo wife arguing

@openrent hello my tenants are having problems Paying the Remaining Balance due to an over zealous fraud expert at @santanderuk @santanderukhelp who are saying that the tenant should not click on the link from open rent to pay the final balance. Can I speak with anyone to solve?
