@santanderuk whilst the Byres Road branch staff were lovely, my daughter waited 50 mins for the Central Security team to answer their phones - and they didn’t. She cannot get access to her money …help please 🙏

@santanderuk Very unprofessional outfit. Block online access to account overnight because of one transaction, for security reasons. Wait 30 minutes in the morning for them to answer. Still have waiting to see if cleared. No alert from them, just shut down account. Totally wrong.

Beyond disgusted with how @santanderuk are treating the students who bank with them in this time of uncertainty - you lost a faithful customer today & you also plunged her into money troubles up to her ears.

@santanderuk Another day, another broken promise. I have been waiting a week to get my cash out of your bank. You promised to send me cash within 24 hours, but not I have to get back in your call centre queue, to find restart the whole process. Totally incompetent.

@santanderuk Hi, I tried to open an account with you and was asked to snail mail in physical photocopies of my identity documents. I may yet become a customer if you at some point decide to enter the 21st century, but bye for now.

@MartinSLewis I’m wondering if you could help me in a situation regarding my mortgage. Please could you follow me and I could go into more details. My lender @santanderuk isn’t being fair on how much they are expecting me to pay if I leave my mortgage for another one
