Hey @santanderuk , can you please stop blocking my banking access because I'm trying to move money into a savings account? This is twice in 2 days, now I won't be able to use my accounts until next week. You shouldn't be flagging every transaction as fraud. Shocking service.

Wow, @santanderuk online registration for banking is a complete train wreck: weak password rules, looping web pages, broken data fields, and a nonfunctional chat engine. I think I'll just register for a different bank.

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

@santanderuk What a bunch of useless, unprofessional little girls you have in your Bognor branch and call centres. Utterly useless and negative customer service. I will be their first thing tomorrow and you will resolve my complain immediately by closure of the relevant account or else.
