    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I received a letter from santander customer operations stating my account will be locked on Dec 22nd. They have tried calling me but I am in Mexico for the winter and due to time difference I was asleep. Can't call them from here. Help.

    @santanderuk worst service in the world. After 15 years gonna close my accounts. ****** never again. Shoulda transferred to someone else. What current accounts do you lot use?

    @santanderuk Just spent over an hour trying to transfer my kids bonds over. Have been passed to 4 different departments. My phone's battery died. YOUR TELEPHONE SERVICE IS A JOKE 😡

    @santanderuk shocked and broken that you have mucked me about for a month on my mortgage misinforming on how to apply online in branch or FAX! I have now broken the chain and will lose my house as you tell me it takes 5 days to register a fax Beware customer service nonexistent

    @santanderuk are you lot having issues releasing payments from employers and the dwp again. Its just that i am normally paid by now. If anyone else is having issues getting there money then plz comment. I for one am getting sick of santander!

    @santanderuk the rewards system now is so more complicated. If you kept it the same before as “click to activate”, you don’t have to mess around going to each website. You knew they were on when you shopped.

    @santanderuk I'm over seas and not have access to online banking and I changed all to paperless billing I need access my bank and cash overseas. How can I do that?
