    The customer service behind the desk in your Wolverhampton branch is a joke. I got more help on the phone than I did in there. 🤔👍 @santanderuk

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk They promised that the payments would go down, not up. So they lied. I feel duped, and yes I have called & they said it could take up to 8 weeks to sort a complaint. I really don't believe that. You've caused me major mental distress. I need this sorting NOW

    @santanderuk son's card was blocked as 36p overdrawn. You didn't tell us there was a block on the card. He's refused travel on public transport. A safeguarding issue. Complaints Dept. tell me it's an automated procedure. Much like your Complaints Dept. then...no humanity at all.
