@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy

@santanderuk after 2 weeks in Thailand you have decided without warning to block me from my funds leaving me with no way to contact you, no way to pay for a hotel and no way to get off the island I am currently on. This leaves me in a bad situation. unblock my card immediately!

@santanderuk Has anyone else had problems with Santander rejecting payment to and existing mandate and then blocking your account for a 48 hour review period? Also waiting literally hours to speak to their security team? Truly terrible customer service :((

So what's the problem with @santanderuk - problems with customer cards I hear. Causing real issues for some customers.
