  @bancosantander @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Opened a Spanish account online non residential. And clearly stated British and passport etc All emails have been sent to me in Spanish. So I have no idea as I'm not ticking boxes that are in Spanish Awful customer service!

  @wideawake_media As a @santanderuk @santanderukhelp customer, I would like an explanation about this video, and put the banks' side of the story forward. Did this man pass security? I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?

  Good morning to everyone except @santanderuk who blocks disabled peoples bank for over 6 days with 0 help or escalation for a tax rebate. You’re disgusting, a disgrace and shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a business. WHOS BANK ARE YOUR PROTECTING?! Cause it ain’t mine!!!

  @santanderuk @TSB Got a new card after account was access by fraud, sent new card out then send out numerous PIN numbers!!!!!

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters
