@santanderuk No thanks you shut mine down hadn’t used in a while. Still had some money in a account. The staff on the counter were not even interested. You never even had a staff out branch front 😡

@santanderuk Santander 123 has been ok for me for years, Only problem is, having your customer service staff working from home is awful, long wait times, staff blaming their slow computer, poor sound quality etc. Get this sorted and you’ll be ok again.

@santanderuk been waiting three weeks for paperwork to come out to remortgage and now on the phone for 40 mins and nobody has picked up! I will be going elsewhere as your customer service is terrible!!!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have tried multiple times to get through to your call centre, I am running out of time to sort a balance transfer **** up that means I have double the amount I wanted to balance transfer on my Santander card! Impossible to sort out online as well!
