    @santanderuk 3 weeks since our query against our mortgage offer with you was sent and still pending response from Santander. Unable to proceed further in the process to purchase our home until our solicitor receives a response. Completely unacceptable wait time. PLEASE HELP

    @santanderuk While I appreciate the efforts to protect my account from potential fraud by blocking access to my mobile banking. I don't appreciate phoning persistently for two full days now and not yet being able to speak to anyone to unblock my account! I need this resolved

    Just realised that the @ProtonVPN Android app has split tunnelling 😯. I use this on my PC to get Teams and Remote Desktop working in a stable manner. On my phone I can now use the @santanderuk app without having to drop my shields. 👍

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk You have deactivated my credit card (brand new not used yet) locked m out of my account, by doing so stranded me abroad and the only thing you can do is send stuff out in the post to a country I'm not in WTF!!!!!

    @santanderuk I've recently opened an account but on day 1 the access was blocked. I've tried calling several times but when I get transfered the phone just rings and rings, I lasted an hour on one occasion. I've tried again just now and phone just kept ringing, no answer at all
