    @santanderuk hard to believe how frequently your online app is down. As a small business it is quite embarrassing when we are unable to make payments.

    @santanderuk More interst for them to nick whilst holding our money, **** the banks and use Crypto, better interest and better service.

    @oliverdowden1 Ye me to its horrible when you have an illness that can take control of you so fully and quickly. When @santanderuk wouldn't give me disability adjustments it was awful. They'd force me into situations were I had full blown public episodes then use it to "show I was a problem"
