    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk complete waste of time. Went to a banking hub to submit form not available online. queue of 6,then couldn't photocopy anything so need to go to main branch. WTF!! Which is it? make it available online or keep your branches

    Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………
