    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court

    @santanderuk @TSB You now have an even bigger bank with more customers that have to wait 3-5 working days for an email to clear. 2025 and they can’t process an email any quicker than that. Don’t make the mistake of banking with these incompetent people.

    @santanderuk applied for an Edge Credit Card and asked that the credit limit from my 123 card be transferred over. Told in branch this wouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later after numerous calls/ assurances it would be done I'm still waiting. Getting beyond a joke now.
