Customer service helplines havent improved in 2022, 35 minutes on hold so far - I do have opther things to do. Employ more staff please. Todays its @santanderuk 😠 tomorow some other company, they dont care.

@TellYourSonThis @bryann1015 I agree, @santanderuk have caused me (and cost me) all sorts of headaches with barring/blocking payments I’ve tried to make to buy coins at the right time… terrible

@santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem

@santanderuk absolutely shocking service, no branches left, hours on hold (yes I know there is a pandemic but other banks have moved on) and the online 'Chat-Bot' is useless. Please go elsewhere and find yourself a modern bank in the 21st century, catch up you useless lot!
