    @santanderuk absolutely disgusting customer service. No loyalty no compassion. Nursing a relative until they passed and unable to make a payment until I had signal outside the hospital and would rather charge me £12 than understand. 15years of loyalty! You should be embarrassed!

    @santanderuk I have been trying to transfer my mortgage to you since July with the service you provided to support - enact and not only have they failed to meet the deadline agreed and I have now lost hundreds of pounds in extra charges. Please can you get in touch immediately,

    @santanderuk Just tried to use my 123 debit card and it couldn't be recognised by the card machine. This isn't the first time I've had problems and iim not alone. Luckily had another bank card I could use. This is not an old card. What is the problem?

    @santanderuk No thanks. Was with you years ago, reported a fraud to be told to just cancel dd which i had no details of. Closed account - problem solved. Never again.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp seriously guys I have had a suspected fraudulent payment leave my bank account, now on hold for 30 mins!!! Normal service, acceptable service???

    @santanderuk @actionfrauduk Bank details of scammer going by the name of Matthew Hopkins. Complaints have been filled with actionfraud UK, but no complaint option was available with the Santander Bank, it is unfortunate that the Bank does not block or black list such account.
