@santanderuk Pathetic customer service, after being on hold for an hour and a half at 5am in a different country. I spoke to two different advisors who haven’t got a clue, pass me on to another advisor and the phone cuts off. Unbelievable.

Am currently on the phone to @santanderuk and am already waiting more than 30 minutes to speak to an adviser. Does anyone use a bank or financial services company that provides a decent customer friendly service??? Asking for a friend!

@santanderuk a sizeable intl payment left my acc 2 months ago. Still not been received. Nobody can give me a timescale on checks banks is doing. Over 8hrs on helpline in total. Help!
