    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @santanderuk just been turned away from Aspire lounge terminal 1 Manchester as my Lounge Key wouldn't work and they were saying it's another £20 membership. This has never happened before, very embarrassing. Select customer fed up!

    @santanderuk #fraud #phishing Had a call today from a freephone number ... main Customer Service number: 0800 3281328. Clearly spoofed. Debit card had been cloned and tried to defraud me. Red flag: THEY told me some details, instead of asking ME for security info. Beware !
