    @santanderuk Hi we have a problem setting back up our online banking after having to delete app after a security scare . We have the new passwords but an old mobile is registered which we can’t remember , what number can we ring for help ?

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service. Very long phone wait times and even then they either can't help or closed. Never had this problem with HSBC or Barcleys. Can't do online. No branches to visit. Can't wait to finally get through and close my account

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk so get mobile call ‘call us re poss Fraud etc..’ I see my bank account online is ‘blocked’ have been waiting 40 mins to speak to a ‘team member’ just what sort of service is this ?? Grenville jones

    Cannot thank @santanderuk enough for their help today! Woke up to a substantial amount of money fraudulently taken from my account and the fraud team and the team at the Harrogate branch were so helpful and reassuring. The money’s now been returned- thank you for all your help!

    @santanderuk Found a card in the street. Tried to let Santander know to inform customer... Impossible to get through the automated system... And they scan your phone number for your personal acc.. Not even related. Banking made difficult

    @santanderuk can't believe how difficult you make it to open an account for my 13 year old son. All he wants is somewhere to keep his savings and it's practically impossible to get help. One of your staff insisted he needs to ring. He's 13! I'm lucky he talks to me on the phone!
