    @santanderukhelp Apparently sending photo id is not sufficient and I have to attend in person. I am disgusted with the customer service @santanderuk provides. I have been with you for 35 years and this is how one gets treated!!!

    i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.
