    @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

    @santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    Using a UK bank, @santanderuk in my case, I have to click 3 times "Yes, I am sure what I am doing, not, I am not being scammed, just make the fking transaction." This is what happens when government overregulates stuff. UX drops to absolute ****.

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
