    Anyone get this company called Stripe processing payments when paying for subscriptions like Spotify and Netflix? As they have an old number of mine they're sending codes too. An it's impossible to speak with them, asked my bank @santanderuk an they've told me to contact Stripe

    @santanderuk I just spent 25 on hold only to be cut off..excellent customer service..still never managed to speak to a human..

    @santanderuk I am appalled by your mortgage process and customer services. After many phone calls, you still haven't been able to sort out my problem and it is extremely time-sensitive. Can you please urgently contact me?

    @santanderuk are you busy today? Over 3 hours in a queue to speak to someone. A lady answered the helpline at just over an hour in the queue, advised someone else needed to help me and transferred me! Still waiting….

    @santanderuk been on hold to customer service now for 1hr 38mins still without talking to anyone. How could I be on hold this long?? This is unacceptable. It’s imperative I speak to someone
