@santanderuk because of how slow you are we are going miss our deadline for our transaction. Over the months which have gone by (over 3), you have seemed to be very hard work and not bothered by it at all. You already acknowledged ur fault on some delays but still make excuses

Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

@santanderuk Spent all afternoon on 3 calls totalling over 180 minutes on hold, going through security repeatedly, then back on hold again, then getting dropped trying to unblock my account. Appalling customer service. Been with you for many years, but not much longer at this rate!

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.
