@santanderuk @santanderukhelp second attempt after getting cut of the first time after 40 mins Now 20 mins in and still not managed to get through How many customer service agents do you actually employ ?? 1 or maybe 2 to cover breaks for each other? #notenough that’s for sure

@santanderuk what do I need to do to get through customer service.. 3 days of 30+ mins of hold time (leading to frustration and disconnect) and then giving up. Debit card locked, can't withdraw money/use the card for purchases. Disappointing service. Sigh!!!

Has anyone else had issues opening a business bank account with @santanderuk I am an existing customer and I was told they are recruiting staff and will get back to me when this occurs. Yet @TideBusiness offer to do it online in minites #customerservice #businessbanking @JP_Biz

@santanderuk I've spent over 3.5 hours over 2 days to your helpline and dispute res team to be told to call back on Friday. Your error, not mine, staff can see the issue but don't know how to resolve it, and I'm left £118 out of pocket AND doing the chasing. Not good enough.

@santanderuk how can we get the £550.00 back that was scammed out of our account by someone claiming to be you? we trusted them because they used the same script your customer services used when our account was hacked.
