    When you try to change your phone number on @santanderuk online banking and it sends a message to your old number for security. Website designers/security people obviously didn’t think that through.

    @santanderuk I’m trying to close some accounts at your bank but your live chat/ 48 hour response times don’t appear to be effective, phone disconnects . It won’t allow me to do it online…any chance anyone can actually provide some customer service please ?

    @santanderuk Stuck on hold trying to get help for an unrecognised transaction that I’m concerned is fraudulent - would be great if you could have a dedicated fraud helpline in future! The auto-voice keeps telling me to give up and try another day…

    @santanderuk absolutely disgraceful service from you! Yesterday we waited for an hour to be put through and then the the call went dead. Today exactly the same but 90 minutes waiting and then dead when finally answered. Went to the local branch and they wouldn't help either!

    @santanderuk on 17th December 2021, I was victim to an authorised push payment scam over the phone - your lack of warnings and support made this happen. After weeks of hoping for any kind of reimbursement, I was told in a rushed phonemail (extremely insensitive considering
