@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK You poor lady, I desperately feel for you. How awful. I can’t imagine how sick you must feel. Then how frustrating to not have any back up from Santander on top, I don’t understand that, I hope they are caught and brought to justice. Best of luck with it. 🙏

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK I am disgusted for you for the lack of care , support & security you have received. I hope these companies review their policies & help you retrieve what is yours after such a nasty experience. Disgusting. I can’t even imagine the stress you’re under.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Contacted bank. After a while told the story from 3 years ago when they didn't intervene. The rep checked. Said thar "couldn't determine whether pin used or not". To this day, I have no explanation how they were able to use my stolen cc. It should be impossible. 4/x

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK I’m sorry it’s terrible. But on the bright side it might show up cracks in the system so we can help others. The banks certainly should be more accountable. My dad was just defrauded and the banks authorized a lot of money with zero checks. keep fighting!

@MorganBroadcast The now potential loss of earnings for @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK is probably more than what it would have ‘cost’ them to help you out properly in the first place.

@MorganBroadcast It shouldn’t take @santanderuk until this morning to notice the outrage. They appear still not to have commented yet? @santanderuk please tweet instructions of how customers can disable the ridiculous App feature allowing access to PIN info.
