    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.

    @santanderuk For the record, you withholding MY money from me & preventing my bills from being paid isn’t an “inconvenience”. The fact that not a single notification was sent to me, nor is there anything on my account to show there’s a block makes it even worse.

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯
