    @santanderuk Just tried to use my 123 debit card and it couldn't be recognised by the card machine. This isn't the first time I've had problems and iim not alone. Luckily had another bank card I could use. This is not an old card. What is the problem?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Is honestly the worst bank I’ve dealt with, over 2 hours on the phone and still don’t have access to my account. The most unempathetic and unethical bank I’ve had to deal with. Now have to drive over 30 miles to a branch to sort this out.

    @santanderuk I can’t seem to make any online transactions - they keep saying failed as soon as I try to pay. Is this a problem with my bank or a problem with Santander in general?

    hey @santanderuk can you fix the ******* online banking. every time i log on to do a bank transfer, it sends me back to log in AGAIN. i have to log into the website at least 5 ******* times before it even lets me do anything
