    @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤

    @santanderuk Called back & wait time is now 20 mins 🤬 call was regarding a chargeback. It's now regarding a chargeback and a complaint. Your, your voice is your password also doesn't seem to be working 🤬
