    @santanderuk @santanderhelp I visited 2 branches today to access teller services in the absence of ATM and card services. Windsor didn’t even apologise for lapse of service. Maidenhead had one person there at noon. Tellers had left as they knew outage would not be fixed by 4pm

    @santanderukhelp Seriously your extracting the urine to put it in a nice way. No solutions? Your a massive organisation with millions of people depending on your services. Nothing but problems with @santanderuk lately. Think I’m going to take my custom elsewhere. No explanation either.

    @santanderuk This is blooming criminal! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I hope millions of customer jump ship as soon as they have access to their money! Despicable behaviour to not have the ability to roll back to a working system and leave so many people unable to access their money! CRIMINAL!

    @santanderukhelp Understand issues happen, for this length of time though is ridiculous however, the fact that you haven’t arranged to contact customers via text or email to inform them & they only find out once cards are declined or via social media isn’t acceptable. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk Hi there my “Santander Quick balance” has stopped working for the past week any idea why this might be? This is the first time it’s happened I’ve tried reactivating it but always shows “we can’t display your quick balance right now”
