    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp how can my bank accounts just disappear on the app and website like that? I was told it wasnt set up which msked no because It was perfectly fine this morning and now suddenly nothing works I can’t access my bank accounts anymore

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk I will hopefully not be going back for a long time - reason why bank stores are on the decline when you don’t receive any customer service in store people won’t use them

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
