    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @firstdirecthelp my 3rd unsuccessful call to get my first direct app transferred to my new phone. Still not fixed - different answer every time. Now have to wait for the post for a 2nd week for another code!! @santanderuk @HalifaxBank no problems!!

    Four weeks later, still can’t pay in my cash! 😡😡last week it could only accept cheques, this week it *said* it could accept cash and as soon as I pressed it, it came up with an error! Utterly, utterly useless! @santanderuk

    Popped into local Santander branch to open account for my son cannot do this online until they are 13), only to be told that I had to book an appointment. for this. Why was this not highlighted on the website??? What a rubbish customer experience @santanderuk #customerexperience

    @santanderuk can’t believe the customer service I’ve received today. Taking a vulnerable customer into unplanned overdraft whilst on SSP following a mental breakdown. No apologies, no compassion. Can anyone recommend a bank with better customer service?
