@santanderuk worst banking experience of my life. Online chat is pathetic. Customer support terrible. Unbelievably for a bank you cannot pay your credit card online by debit card! It's been down for over a week now but they don't tell you. ****** bank!****** service!

@santanderuk guys, COVID is no longer and excuse for poor processes and customer service. I’m literally having to move my house into a storage unit because you guys can’t hit a print button (as emailing isn’t for you yet). Hugely disappointed.

@santanderuk guys, COVID and remote working are no longer and excuse. I’m having to move my home into a storage unit and move into emergency accommodation because you guys cannot seem to print our sellers onward mortgage (heard of email? It’s 2021). Even a fax would work #jokers

@Saurabh_Sethi25 @santanderuk Turn WiFi off, seems to be an issue with internet providers. I turned off WiFi and connected Mac via phone and both webs and app based worked. Good jobs really as I had 30 lads awaiting wages
