    @santanderuk have literally blocked my current account after switching to them and are not sending me any updates despite me calling them 4 times. They can’t even give me the name of the department who handles my account. Disgraceful, criminal service. @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
