I already have - 3 times in fact. Was advised to go to branch. Did this, with passport/driving license/bill.., still told to go elsewhere! STILL waiting after 40hours plus for access to my own account @santanderuk

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have received an email from Santander regarding fraud activity on a previous card. However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

Trying to pay my @BcardPayments via BACS but @santanderuk wont verify the account. Sort code 40-04-15 Account 38290008 But there is no guidance as to the name Barclaycard? Barclays? HELP!

@bancosantander @santanderuk what kind of bloody service are you running. My daughter has a savings account with over 10k in it; a current account and a credit card is never o redrawn and today you give her notice that you are closing it?? Why??? She is IDEAL customer

@musicmanleeds Another friend has recommended Chase. Only problem is that it's not online, it's mobile app banking only? But, yes, I told @santanderukhelp @santanderuk that I'd be walking as I am MEGA fed up - & I've been a customer since the days of Abbey National!!!!!

I can & will make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman, but this doesn 't fix the problem of needing to use my @santanderuk bank a/c - to transfer money to my 2 savings accounts. Just been on the phone for 50 mins only to be told "someone will call me back" at some point. AGAIN.

@santanderuk your "boosts" app is awful. Banking used to mean decent interest rates and be treated like a valued human. Now it's a 1% chance to win a Costa coffee every month. Really? Really??

@santanderuk why has face id stoped working on iPhone it said to many attempts with face id i flicked the switch back and forth in settings didnt bring it back am worried as have a big deposit of funds coming soon @santanderukhelp still access it thru pin
