@santanderuk How the hell can you justify my mortgage repayment going UP by over £130pm in the last 12 months already, then have the nerve to advise of a further increase from February!? @MartinSLewis website to be consulted for advice. This is scandalous!!! Merry flamin Xmas!!!

  • simon_sumners Roger Sumner (@simon_sumners) reported

@santanderuk 100% crappie service. Been on hold for 90 mins. Flipping joke.

  • criquaer Colin-Roy Hunter (@criquaer) reported

Oh, and I already suggested a bank-transfer from my @santanderuk a/c to their @Riverford a/c - they refused. This not about lack of money, but lack of access to it.

  • Laconic_doc Dr Kit Byatt (@Laconic_doc) reported

Bizarre that @santanderuk online systems are unable to show the last date/payment of a proportion of my (longstanding) direct debit payments... ...I'd have thought this was pretty key information for a customer—and the ideal task for a computer: storing/retrieving info 🤔

  • Jose_Bear Dave (@Jose_Bear) reported

Just want to wish @santanderuk @santanderukhelp a MASSIVE “**** YOU!” for the holidays! Closing my account with no notice and no reason and demanding my student overdraft be paid back in six weeks, two days before Xmas! Why did my student account become a business account?!

  • MJCSD70 Michelle J Cowley (@MJCSD70) reported

@santanderuk fix your app so that it’s possible to do all things cc related in it: update direct debit etc. Also I should be able to adjust my own direct debit date. I shouldn’t hate to call you to do that.

  • James2022R JR (@James2022R) reported

@bancosantander You can commit credit card fraud and @santanderuk will support your fraud

  • MMuffin52 MsMuffin52 (@MMuffin52) reported

@santanderuk Still trying to change signatories on business account-after six months; Santander useless service.

  • mrsverypicky Sue Reeve ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🕊️🕷️🇺🇦 (@mrsverypicky) reported

@BarclaysUKHelp Managed to get payment sorted, but not via your CHAPS service. Saying @santanderuk 's details couldn't be verified. Your branch colleague was justifiably nervous about hitting send as was I. Paid by cheque in Santander. Saved £25 CHAPS fee, but probably covers our expenses today!

  • jipalenzuela Juan Palenzuela (@jipalenzuela) reported

Yet another (unintended) consequence of sanctions: I can't access my @santanderuk account at all while I'm home, even though UK sanctions to Venezuela apply to just a small number of people. The cost of complying is deemed too high, so they block everything and everyone instead.
