    Trying to obtain a refund from a seller that supplied goods not fit for purpose @santanderuk I believe they are stalling so as to run down the clock. Should I inform them I will make a s.75 claim if they do not refund the money forthwith? Should they be entitled to any time?

    @santanderuk why does your website say your fraud team is open 24 hours a day when the phone line is actually closed? I've just had an unauthorised transaction that I was able to cancel on the app but am unable to call immediately as advised as the phone line is closed
