@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Charlotte, so sorry to hear what happened to you. I joined twitter to specifically to complain about Santander. I’ve had compensation in the past due to their terrible security but had no idea its this bad. @santanderuk you need to address this urgently. Meantime, app deleted😡

@stillawake @santanderuk Many decades ago I remember the security ‘expert’ from Barclaycard telling the police (my clients were in PS for cloning credit cards) that it was impossible. Well clients managed it very well. Stole (inside job) credit card counterfoils from a restaurant. Banks always say No.

@Judeet88 @MorganBroadcast I am sickened by your thread Charlotte and furious @santanderuk for their lack of concern or help. I really hope you get it resolved. It’s such an awful feeling and I am sending hugs. Also a co-op bank customer, who have been brilliant with fraud and support.

@MorganBroadcast Genuinely shocking that @santanderuk provide a PIN reminder on the app with no further security. Looks like this security loophole has helped the fraudsters get access.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK You could try to sue the place your stuff got stolen, it sounds like they might have liability. Did the other people have the same problem? There are issues with Santander and scams but can't find any like you.
