    Closed my @santanderuk savings ac and my Zero cc (had it for 11 yrs). Cahoot card next (which I've had for even longer) then kids current ac's. 20 years a customer and it all changed on one call which was recorded for training and quality purposes #irony #poorcustomerservice

    @santanderuk this is urgent! If you can block my card in the early hours UK time then the least you can do is make sure there is a way to get it unblocked in the early hours

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I was on the phone for 100m to remove a block on my account. It was a regular payment. This is not acceptable. Your web chat team did not help and need more training. As a result, I will be closing my account as coupled with the batch closures, if both the internet/physical

    @santanderuk Hi, is there any reason I can’t access my account via the app? No updates required. Logged on online to be told to go to app to verify??? Very frustrating.

    Is anyone else having trouble with @Tesco accepting @santanderuk payments? A couple of times contactless refused, but worked on chipnpin. Now an online order delivery not turned up because @Tesco claim the bank have declined the card....but its working everywhere else!

    Hey @santanderuk I've raised a refund request with @pizzahutdeliver as advised over the phone earlier Apparently I need to try to resolve unauthorized payments with them before you can help? But @pizzahutdeliver are arguing that this isn't true?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've been held hostage by one letter. No one will help, now I have to waste my time and money coming into a branch when I can, to sort it out because I'm now paranoid Incase someone has asked for a loan or opened an account in my name.
