    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk All accounts cancelled and moved today. Credit issue for no apparent reason. An absolute disgrace and terrible customer service response 🤬🤬🙈

    @UltraDane @santanderuk Well Well Well apparently they have to right. Well, if I win the lottery, the money will not be going into my Santander account! It ta be going in an offshore account Who ******** do they think they are stopping people withdrawing there own money Scum.

    @JohnHann0404 Can't speak for NatWest but @santanderuk also have this in their app: Select 'Menu' in the top right at login, then 'My Money Manager' and there it is 'Carbon footprint'. Can't screenshot due to app restrictions.

    @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare
