    I have just been advised by @santanderuk support that I can't use my Santander credit card for my weekly online Asda grocery shop, because I don't have the Santander app on my phone. I'm not sure that's correct.

    @santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡

    I’m done shopping on TikTok shop. I returned stuff that went missing after I dropped it off, I lost my money. Now Evri is saying they delivered my item which went missing&it’s a £400 order, they’re telling me to talk to my neighbours and the council🥴 @santanderuk can you help?

    @santanderuk I have been to Tottenham court rd Lewisham and Eltham to try to pay moNey into my account but no cash points accepting cash for deposits. ???? Wtf

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
