@santanderuk I am having issues with logging into the app still. The app says my phone has been rooted but I have never downloaded anything or done anything to tamper with the security of my phone so I do not know why this is saying this 🙃🙃🙃

@santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

Problem with @santanderuk STILL not resolved (Mortgage offer issued on WRONG address 10/11/21). Complaint handler @santanderukhelp has escalated. We are considering our options now, not least because this has exacerbated my anxiety issues & triggered IBS.

Currently at in my local @santanderuk branch getting a block removed from my account that I've been told was placed because my voice didn't match my name when I called up about something. This is massively transphobic and I will be making a formal complaint.

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.
