@MorganBroadcast My god Charlotte no wonder you’re off your food this is ******* horrific!! I’m so so sorry this has happened. I hope you have support around you and I will follow you to keep up to date with this shame on @santanderuk

@agegarton @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk You can't make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman until 8 weeks have passed and you've had a letter from the company (Santander) to say the problem cannot be resolved. Once the Ombudsman takes it on and comes to a decision, that decision is final and you cannot raise it again.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk This is because there will be a PIN reminder in your bank app on your phone I had a similar issue with @AmexUK But they held their hands up that.this was a flaw their end and did not charge me Sounds like Santander you do the same here

@bethanyrutter @Magic_Kitten @santanderuk Yikes! Shocking lack of support. I've always trusted Sanrander but obviously time for a rethink.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk So sorry to hear your situation I've had a card stolen and they managed to get the PIN somehow. It was definitely NOT written down. My guess is they have machines where they can get the info off the card. Fortunately there was CCTV everywhere the f*ckwit used the card.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I left #Santander years ago after the most incompetent, mind-numbingly bad service. They are the worst bank I've ever dealt with, if they were the only bank left I'd go back to keeping cash in the house!

@MorganBroadcast What an absolute mare. I am so sorry you had to go through this and not getting the support. @santanderuk are shocking - we have 2 major complaints being investigated at the moment, and both with the ombudsman. I hope someone pulls their finger out and sort this out for you 🤞🏼

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Oh dear, sorry to hear this. I'd imagine if they have been able to access your mobile banking they have gotten the PIN from there for your card?
