    @santanderuk Applied for a mortgage in principle online, approved with no issues, but no proof provided of this other than a confirmation number. Vendor quite rightfully unwilling to accept offer without confirmation of mortgage in principle. Now what?

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?

    Despite this, £40 was charged on June 9 and £50 on June 10 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderukhelp @santanderuk – please investigate and assist. #TfL #Santander
