@santanderuk Don’t think your actual bothered how you make your customer feel and your don’t even update us or tell us anything , takes ages.. So hope your going to make it right with your customers… compensation…

@my_soul_is_blue @santanderuk It awful i had people tutting then had to do the walk of shame. Iv got no packlunch stuff for kids praying it sorted in morning. Lesson learnt always carry cash 😭
