    @santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

    Hey @santanderuk , can you please stop blocking my banking access because I'm trying to move money into a savings account? This is twice in 2 days, now I won't be able to use my accounts until next week. You shouldn't be flagging every transaction as fraud. Shocking service.

    @santanderuk is taking 10 days to decide if trey will “grant me” access to my own money. I won’t be able to pay my rent because Santander does not allow to access my account. Great security policy!!!

    I’ve wasted about 4 hours over the last few days on the phone to @santanderuk trying to sort an account problem out only to be told go into a branch - branches are open 9:30am to 3pm and 75% are closed at the weekend 🙃. How is this helpful to ANYONE with a job/life??
