    @santanderuk customer service really is appalling. 15 minutes on hold populated by attempts to stop the call followed by having the phone out down on me. Start again.

    @santanderuk I have experienced extremely bad service from Santander since Wednesday this week whilst trying to move money from my account. It has taken 3 days to date and the money has still not moved. This has now resulted in significant expense to me.

    1/2 - Appealing customer service from @santanderuk . They put a block and suspended our business account with no reason. Our business bank account has been suspended for over 10 days with no information provided or updates from Santander. @santanderukhelp @santanderukbiz
