    @santanderuk Really disappointing service from you today, my elderly mother asked for copies of a few months bank statements at your Cleveleys branch and was point blank refused, "You're not set up to be able to get them". No help offered at all. Shocking.

    @debbie14022 @santanderuk Got a someone opening an account using my name and I am trying to tell that to kill the account. Went into the shop explaining all and said can you block n kill the account ? No you have to phone up fraud dept !!!!!!! What a ****** joke of a bank

    @santanderuk Hi. I'm having a good bit of trouble at the moment with my account. I can't use my card on PayPal and I can't link my accounts to @QuickBooksUK for my business. I also can't use my card in various other places. Can you help?

    @santanderuk Tried to contact your company by phone ref a fraud and your customer service team is shocking . You can’t even report it at store level you have to contact by phone !!!!!! Madness and shocking

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 7 days with no access to my account and still no contact from the “Back office fraud team” no one including managers or in branch can help I have to sit and wait no timescale no access to my money awful service
