    @santanderuk yes, but why cant we do it on the app? thats what i asked. some people dont always have access to a computer

    @santanderuk stop sending emails about using my overdraft when the reason it happened is because you stopped sending texts to say I was nearing it. I received no notification you were doing this. Surely youโ€™ve noticed I only pay bills from them, useless bank with no cust service

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
