    @santanderuk Has anyone else had problems with Santander rejecting payment to and existing mandate and then blocking your account for a 48 hour review period? Also waiting literally hours to speak to their security team? Truly terrible customer service :((

    Hey @santanderuk one of the main reasons we bank with you and have remained loyal has been amazing customer service & being able to speak to someone on your phone line straight away. My husband has now been on hold for 30 minutes. Any explanation for this change?

    @santanderuk is your bank down? Myself and others are unable to pay for anything contactless as “declining” but efficient funds being in my bank
