    @santanderuk @TSB Is Santander down at the moment? I can't log on to online banking and my card won't work on the chip or with the pin. Either in a shop or at a cash machine.

    @santanderuk For the record, you withholding MY money from me & preventing my bills from being paid isn’t an “inconvenience”. The fact that not a single notification was sent to me, nor is there anything on my account to show there’s a block makes it even worse.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @MartinSLewis @santanderuk offered me a cash Isa with a nice perk of an evoucher. They then don't send out the log in details in their own time limit and then stop the promotion so I don't get the evoucher... Investigate this please
