    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service

    @santanderuk you moved my branch without telling me at Canary Wharf and the new one has no counter or anyway to pay coins in. Very poor service.

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

    @santanderuk so disappointed that the help people can’t actually help, no calls, no support, no customer duty - this should serve as a warning to anyone thinking @bancosantander can operate a banking licence - they can’t
