    @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account

    @santanderuk Can I get confirmation that there was an error with the account being opened and the date it was resolved please? Then use that date as account opening.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation
