    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @santanderuk can you explain to me why this is taking so long to rectify and now it seems your customer support team can't read messages through the app, shouldn't take 3 days to respond. Looking into alternative banks.

    @santanderukhelp Although I've been told it is under review and unable to accept or send money, my wage has entered the account but I am not allowed to access it? This is simply no good enough, no access to my own money and given no reason why this is the case. Awful customer service @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I'm trying to register for online banking but keeping getting this message "Please ensure you complete all fields marked with *" - but they are all completed. Please can you help as I need to be able to access my account!
