Spent a long time today supporting dad opening accounts on @Nationwide online banking. Their platform is awful, as bad as @santanderuk . Not intuitive at all, customer journey clunky, and changes not real time. he’d already wasted 2 hours trying to sort it on his own

@santanderuk Can't believe how bad SantanderUK customer service has become and how difficult it is to speak to a real person! Unbelievable and very poor experience to do the simplest of tasks!
