    @santanderuk your customer service is atrocious. Your staff seem inept unfortunately. The simplest of requests that should be completed instantly are instead done incorrectly or just not done at all.

    . @santanderuk now charging premium rates for customer service phone calls! Absolutely disgusting. Elderly father cannot even order himself a cheque book now.

    Been with @santanderuk since I was a baby & the one time I need their help. I spend 1 hour 23 minutes on hold to be told you need to place your request online. Now I’m on line I can submit as it won’t accept any photos 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Maybe a change is needed !!!

    @gatwardian @santanderuk I had card issues at 12-12.30 today both contacless and pin. Even logged onto mobile app whilst in the shop!
