    Dear @santanderuk thank you for your great service. I was on the phone for 16 minutes when one of you picked up the call inspite being so busy. Then the guy told me hold the line for a brief moment. The moment never came. After 10 minutes you just disconnected the call.

    @Mystsoftymes @santanderuk @CWUnews later after I tried to kill myself still in the episode i was having when I tried it so I was "hostile" the woman got snotty with me and said she wasnt there to be talked to like that i mean what is she there to do she said shed help me for over a year but actually did nothing

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk took out one of your world elite cards for travelling to the US. Activated it on the app. Notified yourself the dates I’m away, where I’m going and what cards I’m using. Used it in the U.K. first to make sure it was working alright.

    @santanderuk Been holding for over an hour now. I get that your lines are busy but there comes a point where it is clear you don't have enough people dealing with calls. That time has now passed.. How do I get some customer service?
