@MorganBroadcast This is horrifying. I’m so sorry. I hope shining a light on @santanderuk’s lax security, victim-blaming, and vile customer service helps motivate them to make things right with you and make changes to protect all their customers.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I use a 6 figure pin. But it doesn’t help if it’s so easy to get the bank to send a “reminder”.

@santanderuk We would like you to be pleased to help @MorganBroadcast ! Her money was stolen because of your poor security measures! Her pin was accessible within your app! There's no transparency, your strategy is poor, and your performance feels the same.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk But to access PIN they’d need your 6 digit security passcode (the banks one) I can’t fathom how they did it. Unless it’s an inside job at virgin they’d have your deets via membership

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Oh dear, sorry to hear this. I'd imagine if they have been able to access your mobile banking they have gotten the PIN from there for your card?

@MorganBroadcast I have palpitations just reading this. It’s so awful. I bank with @santanderuk too, and would hope they would back their customer through your general banking transactions. Calling a mobile you have reported as stolen along with your cards is just beyond dumb. Hope it gets sorted

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk So sorry to hear your situation I've had a card stolen and they managed to get the PIN somehow. It was definitely NOT written down. My guess is they have machines where they can get the info off the card. Fortunately there was CCTV everywhere the f*ckwit used the card.

@MorganBroadcast I hope you get things sorted. Sounds horrendous. Worst thing I ever did was go to @santanderuk. My bank a known for their customer service, can recommend first direct. I won't go anywhere else now.
