Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.
