    Patience wearing thin with @santanderuk @TfL bike hire scheme. The tech was always terrible but now an effective multiple-fold price increase (£2 per day to £1.65 per hire) a massive disincentive for cycling (?!) and with hire stations that don’t recognise credit/debit cards

    Found a phone & bankcard today, now thankfully reunited with its owner. Disgraceful customer service from @santanderuk who were totally unhelpful & could only advise me to drive 30+ miles to a branch to hand it in...after getting advice from a manager! Glad I dont bank with them

    @santanderuk - I have now been on hold for 1 1/2 hours and it is getting beyond a joke!!! This is the worst service I have every encountered and I will be complaining the the financial ombudsman about this - do you have anyone working in your teams????? Very Annoyed Customer

    I couldn't make this **** up So I've spent 30mins in a queue at @santanderuk for them to tell me they can't do anything other than phone the number I did and also sit in the at least 45min queue before we can start to sort my problem out. What ********

    @MartinSLewis can you help us? No one seems to be able to get through to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk and this is causing huge issues for us. We are waiting hours on end for calls to be answered and often calls are dropped. Even the complaints line isn’t being manned!

    Honestly @santanderuk are such a **** bank - @LNER have taken my money and won’t give me a refund and Santander can’t do anything because they “didn’t deliver the goods???” But they @LNER didn’t provide my service???

    @santanderuk hi having a nightmare getting through to u which is only going to get worse now lol. Mortgage ends Jan Been on hold over hour today. Does bury st edmunds still do mortgage help if I book with them.

    @santanderuk I have multiple products with you and am in the process of switching mortgage deal from one Sant product to another. I’ve spent 4 hours on hold to you in the past 3 days and cannot get through to your mortgage dept. You virtual assistant is useless. Please help!

    @lickedspoon She’s not answering calls for @santanderuk is she? I’ve been holding for 3 hours and 10 minutes - surely this level of customer service could only be attributed to someone with her organisational ability?
