    @santanderuk absolutely disgusting blocked my account been on hold for 2 hours and stranded in London with 2 young children and zero access past through 4 departments and still no resolve!!! And NO ONE know why

    Very disappointed with our treatment from @santanderuk We’ve banked with them for over 15 years without any issue. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. #SteerClear #Charlatans

    Appalling service from @santanderuk - 2 hours on the phone trying to justify why I want to move money to my savings account with another bank! Result is I’m now barred out of online banking for 24 hrs until the ‘back office team’ decides if I can transfer my own money 🤬

    @santanderuk you close at 3pm on a weekday, not opened on a Saturday and then of top of that we can't use the ATM. I'm starting to lose my ****. So what happens now, you tell me?
