    @santanderuk why are you emailing me whenever I spend on my credit card...YOUVE USED 90% OF YOUR LIMIT..... yes!! I kno!!! Its my card, its for using, as long as I pay it every month wtf do you care ? Infuriating . Stop it or i'll switch away

    @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯
