    @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

    @TheRealJimShady @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Just got off the phone with the mortgage team, who say that it is down the to underwriters to decide on who is granted a mortgage. No info available on whether a different approach was being taken for buildings with fire safety issues, following this statement.

    @StuMan21953001 @santanderuk It's a joke. I can't pay bills or get my own money. I also can't spend hours on the phone. I bet they are all " working from home". I am going to close the account if they don't sort it today.

I can't access my business account the past 5 weeks and I have 60 staff who are on the verge of being unemployed plus can't afford their bills or feed their families But don't worry they said they will look into it for me!!! It's now 5 weeks later.

    @PeterMa33025602 @santanderuk I feel your pain I can't access my business account for the past 5 weeks 60 staff who can't be paid or feed their families and I am told we are looking into it!! Joke of a bank I can't access my own money and their is no branch access apparently. You might be waiting a while!

    @santanderuk Had to call several times recently to pay off my mortgage. Every time, a 40 minute wait in a call queue. I ring First Direct and I'm talking to someone within a minute or so. Santander, really poor customer experience, I'm glad we're parting company

    @santanderuk Santanderuk blocked my credit card & harassed me with phone calls & letters because I was £5 overdue. Yes I did forget because I was on jury service for 2 weeks. Shame on you. Such a nasty company.
