    @PolitlcsUK Hey @bankofengland - time to lower the base rates so my @santanderuk stop ripping me off. Inflation at 2.8% but the banks are offering a 5.5% mortgage. The profiteering off working people in this country is abysmal.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk I have told the payers to use my different names for my business account (they vary slightly). I would not disclose here but could in a DM. But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!
