I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

Zoe Kennedy (@zoekennedy) reported@santanderuk Thank you, it’s Carnoustie and Google tells me it’s a Friday, is that right? Also, I can’t take her until June, is that likely to be an issue? I am just wondering if I need to email to let the bank know her account will need to stay locked until then?

You may need to take action Please log on to your Online Banking as soon as possible. You have an important new document to read....." I haven't had contact with Cahoot for ~20 years and the task of exhuming old contact info (or anything else) is going to be vast. And if I do, 99% it will be spam or an offer to sell me something - not news of an error in my favour for £50k. Banks sending out these types of messages create a lot of hassle - and there needs to be a way of getting a fast track summary to determine if it is worth the effort.

Rose (@RoseUKvalues) reported@santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.
