    @santanderuk Phone banking still not working automatically ....cash machines still not giving out money ??? Whats going on. I have had no response to my e mail regarding loss of income due to these issues

    @santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

    @santanderuk hi, I was asked to verify a payment which I did. Went back to the website and it asked again for me to verify it. Will this payment go out twice if I verify it again? Thanks

    @santanderuk Heres an idea for possible discussion, when you hang up on a customer, rather than waiting for them to go through the labyrinth of getting through again, you call them back on the number you have saved? Radical, right?

    @Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.

    Currently at in my local @santanderuk branch getting a block removed from my account that I've been told was placed because my voice didn't match my name when I called up about something. This is massively transphobic and I will be making a formal complaint.

    @santanderuk are we in STIP again? Payed the water bill and website said payment failed but the money has come off my balance inc pending but doesn't have it in the list of pending transactions
