@MorganBroadcast This make my sick to my stomach. I’m so sorry, Charlotte. How can this happen? It can happen to ANYONE? Horror story, especially when @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK are refusing to support you.

  • TeddyLeppington Teddy Leppington (@TeddyLeppington) reported

@MorganBroadcast Try you and yours, BBC RADIO 4 consumer programme. I'm a @santanderuk customer seriously thinking if it's wise to remain so.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Im so sorry as my husband has been hacked and I know it's different it the mess it leaves behind is just awful and nobody cares !!

@annettesjl @santanderuk @santanderuk You are seriously making me consider my options - I have been a customer a long time, but this really makes me want to move my account!

  • the_book_bitch the book ***** (@the_book_bitch) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Unfortunately with Mastercards, etc. it’s the guides the bank follow and if a pin has been written down or provided to family/friend’s then it’s 2 counts of negligence on your behalf. The bank won’t raise it because they know they won’t win it’s case.

  • BippetyBoop Harriet - a human. 💚💜🤍 (@BippetyBoop) reported

@drclairetaylor @santanderuk @bancosantander Utterly pants and somewhat bizarre. Even with my basic knowledge of IT security, having access to the PIN like that is totally bonkers.

  • Inglenookbandb Inglenook Guest Hse (@Inglenookbandb) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk terrible behaviour. You should be ashamed.

  • Lorna_May_ Lorna May Wadsworth (@Lorna_May_) reported

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to read about your awful experience and praying @santanderuk see sense and refund you. Would never bank with them after reading how they’ve treated you!!! Sending love x

  • HamstersScreen hamsters.screenplay (@HamstersScreen) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk PINs are easy. If someone has your phone & can access your bank accounts with it, they can just navigate to "Display Card Details" (different banks may use different terms) and then "Display PIN". If you set up biometric access, your phone will require your fingerprint to unlock.

  • Shera782 Shera78 (@Shera782) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they had your phone and managed to access your savings acc to transfer money to the current acc then surely they could use the app to see your cards pin number? Awful that they are blaming you
