    I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latter’s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments can’t get medication, cause this company can’t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎

    @santanderuk @TSB Met another elderly men with his son outside who drove over 20miles to get a statement they needed.. I recommended they phone they said they had tried but no one could understand them.. This is awful for the most vulnerable

    @santanderuk the “please call us so can help you” is a scam btw, next time be honest “please call us so we can do absolutely nothing expect give you inconsistent information & take time off your life”

    @santanderuk really are letting me down. Due a refund after paying off old car. Over a month to get it but it was short. Contacted them and they apologised for THEIR mistake and said it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days… that was 17 days ago and still no refund.

    Just how shocking is @santanderuk customer service in the consumer finance complaints team! So many promises but nothing ever materialises...next stop the financial ombudsman! Good luck @TSB
