@santanderuk I called Friday a week back and was, promised it would be opened this week, and on Friday, another “we are so busy “message. Think I’ll find another fixed term account because I’m not sure I can deal with Santander’s awful admin again. Santander doesn’t change

Anyone else having a problem with @santanderuk? I can use my card for contractless no problem. But every online payment I've tried to make in the last 3 days has failed. I keep having to transfer money to another bank and pay from the other bank. Getting on my nerves now.

@HalifaxBank if it’s not sorted out asap I will switch to @santanderuk instead. Especially when this is not the first time that your system crashes and I’m not able to get access to my account or money

@santanderuk Whilst I agree with the need for security checks, why oh why do you block online banking after all security has been completed? 48 hours to restore access is a diabolical waste of my time as is the 39 minutes hold to speak to someone!!!!

  • wadethinksagain wadesthinkinghard (@wadethinksagain) reported

Hey @santanderuk - how come your phone lines are always engaged? Why does your website not explain requirements, even when there's a question mark? How does one get a security code? #notimpressedwiththeservice

@TanookiLiam @santanderuk Hi Liam, sorry to hear your refund has been delayed. If you would like to speak to a member of our customer service team then please send a DM to @ExpediaHelp.

  • PeppaPigKilla Pep (@PeppaPigKilla) reported

Santander removing the deals from in app to this boosts on an external site was a bad decision. @santanderuk

  • Sprockalina Elongated Musket (@Sprockalina) reported

@santanderuk thank you for NOT giving me the £175 bank switch money that I signed up for. 2 customer service agents, one in December and one 2 weeks ago said everything was in place & confirmed money would be in my account. Now you say I'm not entitled to it. Appalling

@ExpediaUK @santanderuk @ExpediaHelp I do that and get the usual ‘you don’t have a booking with us’. Show them all the previous correspondence showing the issue and am told ‘go to your bank’.
