    Friend just found lady’s purse, containing cards, d/licence 200 miles from her home. He called @santanderuk to ask them to call their customer, and pass on his no. so she can confirm current address (hotel?), and he will recorded delivery. “Can’t do that Sir, data protection”.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk You should have a service dedicated to elderly people or at the least have someone come out and visit sick elderly people in hospital. I'll be writing to the CEO to improve your services for the elderly which are currently not fit for purpose.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk your customer service and onlines services are utterly appalling. What an absolute joke trying to make a payment, speak to someone and still waiting on a response from the customer complaints team. Also your "text" service looks more like fraud! 🤬

    @santanderuk 3 calls and numerous emails to sort out account for father-in-law in care home who can’t remember any of his details prove fruitless. No one will talk to my husband or give any help whatsoever. Stuck between a rock a hard place. Web site no help. Disgusting service.

    @santanderuk Hi Santander, are you aware of any issues with certain payment merchants? I'm having trouble withdrawing some funds from an online casino site who say there is a problem with Santander and their payment processor Credorax / BamboraGa - can you confirm?

    @ComplainingCow Internal bias. Companies such as @santanderuk take away your complaint and Investigate It looking for points to self mitigate instead of looking at from customer perspective.

    @santanderuk I am so annoyed!I received my NEW master card debit card on Friday, it’s supposed to be activated on my Apple Pay but it is not working! I have been without money for over a week because of the jubilee.I’m getting charged late fee as @Clearpay cannot take my funds
