    @Barclaycard No issue with Barclaycard .. @santanderuk need to get their act sorted. Like many folk, I like to separate parts of my life with different cards. If #Barclaycard ever do a product like Santander Zero card for use in EU .. let me know!!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk my husband attempted to transfer some money and his card has been blocked, after spending SEVERAL hours trying get through or speak to someone that can help, we have been unsuccessful. It is coming to a week now and he is unable to make transactions.

    @the_spad @santanderuk I had a similar experience moving money with @BarclaysUK You can only move a few K with their 'worldclass' app even with multiple levels of auth and signing, yet have to visit a branch - in work hours - and **** about for 1 1/2 hours whilst various staff fail with thier own IT

    @santanderuk Avoid the 123 mini account at all costs. Denied a 17 year old access to his wages for 4 weeks now. Account is healthy but has a fraud blocker attached to it due to an external attempt. No one will help, appointment at Lloyds today to switch. My accounts will follow.

    Dear @virginmedia @santanderuk & other corporates I try to contact, if you have '...been busier than expected' now for the last 2 years, isn't it time that you expected to be busy? Time to change your messages to 'we don't put enough resources into customer service'.

    @santanderuk What's the point in telling customers you're too busy to answer the phone to cancel their stolen card, and they should go online, if your website then says they can't cancel your stolen card online and you should call? :(
