    @benjaminhopton @santanderuk @LloydsBank santander in shipley and bradford isnt there? i miss Santander in 5 lane ends,bloody bingley has shut down as well, i dont understand they made like 7bn profit after tax or something last year,im sure they can afford to keep a few more open

    NEVER use @santanderuk to change money.Flying out in the morning to get married. Ordered next day service with @santanderuk.Received 3 of 4 transactions the next day and just been told that 4th transaction may not turn up after 4 days of waiting!! Good luck for our wedding…NOT!

    @santanderuk cancelled all my cards thus preventing me from transferring my account to @AskNationwide . Given that the reason i went into the branch to resolve an issue relating to an account switch. The person i dealt knowingly did that or does not know how to do her job.

    @santanderuk I'm trying to Switch to your bank but Saundra Ruttledge sent me an email saying she can't recognise my donor account. Of course there is no reply to this mail or info where to go to rectify. Total useless **** - stop hiding behind a no-reply mail

    @financialombuds please advise. Went into @santanderuk to speak to a lady about a problem with an account switch. She cancelled all my cards,now i cannot transfer to @AskNationwide . Second time they have thrown a roadblock. There is a guarantee that account switch takes 7 days

    So @santanderuk block my business accounts, make me hold online for 30 minutes and then when I finally get through, they then ask me to answer questions about recent transactions... which I can only answer if I could have access to my online banking... which they have blocked. 🤯

    @santanderuk why does your online banking keep logging me out as I try to either log in or make a payment or click to do anything in my account? Very unreliable for the last 6 months

    @santanderuk WTF! Went in2 #Hammersmithbranch 2send funds 4 house purchase & u mistakingly sent them 2 someone else in error.I came in branch to avoid this sort of thing happening. #ShockingService
