    The @santanderuk app is so terrible. Can't even pay off my credit card on it, have to log in to online banking. Literally the most useless app ever.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - failed me, using their deep pockets and legal experts. I cant believe individuals cant get justice. How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

    @santanderuk But by blocking my account I am affected. If you had just restricted her access, no problems. You have prevented me from accessing my wages without ever letting me know anything thatโ€™s going on. Youโ€™ve essentially stolen from me. I have to wait until she finishes work.

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear โ€˜queuingโ€™ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments canโ€™t get medication, cause this company canโ€™t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    @santanderuk tell me? What is the point of having a branch with no counter service with a fancy pants refurbishment and having to send costumers to already overstretched @PostOffice to do basic banking!

    @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!
