    @santanderuk Is this going to be every bank holiday now? My balance actually went up last Saturday only to be taken away on Sunday leaving me in arrears. Go back to Visa, these MasterCard's are terrible

    @santanderuk Your statement export is atrocious. Your CSV data doesn't have the discription. Your text output uses iso-8859-1 with nbsp chars, it should use utf-8 without display characters. Your other formats are broken. These are not hard fixes.

    @santanderuk what is wrong with your online business banking? We login in and then when we go to do a transaction we are sent out?
