    @santanderuk yes, but why cant we do it on the app? thats what i asked. some people dont always have access to a computer

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.

    @santanderuk I have tried phoning and have sent a few emails and still no response. Please please can someone give me a message. My account is locked and I need to be able to access it asap

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear ‘queuing’ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation

    I'm being asked to provide ID via driving licence or passport and a face scan to GET INTO MY EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT. And I have three days to do it or my access to my own money could be restricted. Anyone else? Why? @santanderuk

    @santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly
