    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

    @MartinKnight_ I was debanked during covid along with 500,000 others, I don’t have id to open another bank account, I can’t pay for a new id because I don’t have a bank account. My life has been turned upside down by some guttersnipe that didn’t even bother to give me a reason @santanderuk

    Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!
