    @MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this Charlotte. Do you know if @santanderuk spoke to anyone using your stolen mobile/left a msg? If yes, then they've breached GPDR. I would make a subject access request for your info as there should be a copy of all the calls & what actions they've carried out

    I demand as a long standing customer that #Santander remove View Pin from the app. Just saw it and too scared to look at my own pin in case I’m hacked! @santanderuk

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk They have to prove that you were GROSSLY negligent. From my experience, the ombudsman will side with you. Recommend reading about similar cases on their website.
