@santanderuk my friend had her card details used for an amazon subscription but doesn't have an amazon account. U have cancelled the card but told her she can't get the money back bcoz it's a subscription and she needs 2 talk 2 @AmazonHelp but can't give her bank details? #WTF

Head up; A scam company have been using @santanderuk to commit fraud. They appear on your phone as if it's the same number as what appears on the website, however Santander says in their policies that no in-person consultant would call you, only an automated voice if necessary.

@santanderuk Hi my mortgage application has been delayed once due to a solicitor error and now Santander will take 7 working days to process their new documents. My mum is critically ill and I need to travel to see her. How do I contact someone, to see if anything can be done?

Spent over an hour today trying to get hold of a @santanderuk mortgage adviser. As a self-employed person, I can't apply to increase my mortgage online, but it's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. What to do? Don't you have a chat service @santanderuk?!

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am very distressed by the bank's actions. I have been prevented from withdrawing my own money from my account and have been told it could be 24 hours before anyone from the 'back office' is able to explain this further to me and allow me access to my money

@santanderuk Very poor customer service. Disconnected 3 times on 0800 028 4055 opt 5, the 4. Then when I do get through to someone after waiting for 15 mins they hang up on me 😡
