    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @wideawake_media I had issues with Royal Bank of Scotland so I moved my account. Banks are generally crap. Obviously @santanderuk are a sh!t bank with poor customer services

    Imagine not being able to get your medication for your disability because @santanderuk decided to block your bank 6 days ago regardless of having the documents they asked for same day. Lazy scamming disgusting company

    @santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly

    @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account
